My recommendation is all excellent little price is stronger the hygiene of the top great greeting.

These people had made a price agreement with us, we would pay the next day, but at the time of payment we hear that the rate has changed so that we have had to pay more. Going into discussion does not work you just have to pay outrageous!

The hotel is nice. There's a swimming pool and a gym, but they are not free for hotel guests. That is disappointing.

I am completely disappointed with this 5 stars hotel. I got dirty room (I found hair on the floor and in the bath tub) and plenty of dust on the bedside tables. During my stay, air-condition was making such a noise that I felt like being on construction site. I complained to the reception and they sent me a maintenance guy to fix it. Nevertheless I didn t want to stay in the hotel under such circumstances so I informed the reception that I am leaving but they offered me another room in order to stay. The 2nd room was cleaner and had functional air-condition. However (due to unknown reason) air-condition has turned off during the sleep so I got up quite frozen.

Another negative experience was linked to the reason that my card was taken for guarantee only but it has been charged for nearly 50EUR more (and the amount wasn t released after check-out). The receptionist said that credit card is taken for guarantee however I had to inform my bank to take over and return back the money charged since the hotel didn t refund it within 5 days. My bank has refunded in within a day however I got informed that the hotel initially didn t release the transaction and I find that simply unacceptable.

During my booking (via phone), I expressed my intention to secure parking and I underlined that I want to keep my car-keys. I initially got informed that it is possible so I got quite surprised when I found out that I can t park in the garage and keep my keys due to the hotel policy.

In my opinion, hotel service is far away from 5 stars hotel. I find that Hyatt Belgrade is far away from the level of other Hyatt hotels.

A very nice hotel, one of the best in Belgrade.
Very well maintained, spacious rooms and huge bathrooms.
Service was very good, I actually lost my sim card and they sent someone to the room in order to find it and keep it for me.
Located in the new part of the city, just across from Usce Mall. Around 25 min walk to the city center across the bridge. Taxi is very cheap, around 500 Serbian Dinars to city center and other spots.

Fantastic hotel, in my opinion the best in Serbia. The whole ambience is perfect.
It's expensive but worth as much as the price.

The ambiance, the staff, everything is top notch. Only when there are larger groups, athletes, etc. Maneuverability for larger vehicles is reduced. But that is solved by the professional approach of the staff. It is not unsolvable.

Sometimes a nice hotel, it should at least turn on.

The breakfast buffet is great, room was large and they brought in a roll away bed for my son for free. Pool/spa was very good, clean, and provided many amenities like Jacuzzi, weight room, sauna, steam room, nice showers and lockers. Location is good too, right on front of the Usci mall and writhin walking distance to the river and restaurants

Luxury at its best. Gorgeous hotel, cosy big modern beautiful room and lovely bathroom. Bed was very comfy. Bedding was so luxurious. Friendly welcoming staff provided an exceptional service. Hospitality in Belgrade is unmatched. Unforgettable desserts and food that tasted decadent and looked like artwork. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to enjoy royal treatment. It s magnificent.

Club lounge rocks, they serve great variety of healthy foods for the breakfast in the morning, but also during evening hours 6-8pm or so. The views from 7th floor are beautiful. The hotel itself seems to be very modern, lot of space downstairs in the lobby, club rooms are big and clean. The downtown is very nearby and quick drive airport. Very much recommended for business travel

a stiff hotel overdone too much. The car we rented took 2000 dinars per day and did not give any information before. 5 minutes late for breakfast they want money. the interior of the rooms is mediocre.

Upon entering, one is enveloped in a cloud of perfume, everything works, a very friendly and professional staff, an excellent and abundant buffet breakfast. The only flaw carpet in the rooms!

The hotel is beautiful, clean and excellent food. It needs to be completely renovated because you feel like you're in it like you were in the 90's when it was all modern.

The price and quality ratio should be better for such a place.

This is my 3rd business trip to Belgrade and I feel at home each time I stay at the Hyatt. It is also nice to see people I made friends with in previous trips are still working at the hotel. Janko Jankovic is the best and has the greatest demeanor and I appreciate him going out of his way for myself and my friend to feel at home.

It is not a 5-star hotel. The old design of the dormitory and the cost of using a low-cost pool service and the inexperience of the hotel's way of dealing politely with guests, as well as the possibility of imposing additional costs. And the irregularity of the hotel for cleaning the rooms of the customer is one of the reasons that dissuades me from going to it.

the best hotel for organizing graduation. impeccable service, excellent organization, great interior. They make everything to feel that you have entered the world, from a cocktail to a bridge over the river. Sweets are world-class, the rest of the food is solid but not like cakes. hotel is a pocket set.
