I was on the phone with a customer service representative name Jessica Espinoza and she was absolutely rude. I had to call back and speak to someone to give me her full name so I could make a. Complaint. She had horrible customer service. I use these services because people I deal with need help. I don t call to get terrible service. I really hope they don t decide to keep people like her around for long. It s not professional to have people who are going to be rude. If you don t like what you do , then don t be there simple.

Anything that an interpreter does, is on them. They are privately contracted and there's only so much control this company has over them. Besides that, and the long hold times, this company is worth doing business with. They care about each appointment that's worked on because in this business, it's all about the patient.

Very unprofessional company. I feel bad for the people working here that are getting used and treated unfairly. Wouldn't recommend this company to anybody because they always struggle keeping up the professionalism. The people that work in the office don't even have basic english skills so it makes it very difficult to communicate. Mostly everything being told is a lie and the management is rude and defensive. The company is one big lie. Good luck in your job search.
