I had a great experience, and met some amazing people and staff. The service is thorough and the people are super friendly.

5 stars: very nice Hyatt hotel, large scale as a Palast, rooms are comfortable and large, breakfast, dinner (in restaurant) as well as the dinner in the business are very good (happy hour 6-8, is really a proper dinner), spa/ fitness area is very good (sauna, massage (Maria gave me an awesome deep tissue massage), swimming pools and gym are great), very attentive staff. Really nothing to complaint. Lots of fairs and business meeting are taking constantly place. So it s sometime busy.
Next door is a shopping center and some restaurants.

It's not Hyatt what used to be, the service is at a lower level.

Simply amazing. I've stayed in the Hyatt for two nights and it was great. The room was very big and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and the ambient was awsome. If we taken the price into consideration then this hotel is a no-brainer. I would definitely stay again there.

The room wasn't cleaned regularly, that is the only negative. Great selection for breakfast - I even spotted kanji. Huge rooms and comfy beds.

Nice and clean hotel air conditioners are cold, so do not run this season if your room is warmer than 3-5 cigarette smoking rooms are non-smoking rooms in the rest of the room if you smoke in the room if you keep the 50 euros penalty even if the smell is not fast enough breakfast

Lovely hotel, if not a bit dated. Excellent & helpful staff. Just be warned that the smoking & no smoking sections of the 'Tea Room' are in the same area without ventilation, as is usual in Serbia.

The good Hyatt is nothing, it has always deserved to be a prestigious hotel at the very top. Whenever I stay in Hyatt, I remember the meaning that the word hayat has in Turkish, which means life. And it really could live on in Hyatt . What I would like to point out are the halls where there are plenty of places to organize events and of course the food, the service is always fresh and tasty, in a word superb.

Very nice hotel and centrally located. The bar is open long and good drinks. The room is also very nice and you feel very comfortable. An impressive hotel with a huge lobby. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
