Very large rooms, perfectly clean, very good staff speaking English. The food at the restaurant is really tasty. Breakfast is great. Meeting rooms are quite big as well. The SPA is nice and huge. Too bad no windows can be opened within the hotel and rooms for some fresh air.

Went there for a meeting. There was few chairs for waiting, all occupied. I need to stand and wait. It is Hyatt standard, nothing special to say.

This is my second time staying at a hyatt hotel. I think this hotel is the best accommodation that Belgrade offers. I stayed in the room for the first time, while this time I rented an apartment. Truth be told, the rooms could be a little better arranged, but I have no objections. However, I think that the main advantage of this hotel is the friendly and dedicated staff who will do everything to make your stay easier and fulfill every wish. These people are one big reason why I choose a hyatt, and I advise you to make the same choice.

A taxi is required to get to the Old City somewhere between 400 and 600 Riyad and quite cheap for a taxi

The price is salty, as the overnight stay of 80eur without breakfast and 20eur for parking was not worth five stars. Goalkeeper arrogant, room obsolete. The shower in the bath was throbbing, the drain of a spa that could not be closed. Needs renewal or downsizing. However, too expensive, as there are many indications that state matters are well over 30 years old. The elevator is in its original form, and the doors sometimes creak.

An old, dull hotel. Scuffed, no bidet, no outlets by the bed. Scoop beds, entourage too. Everything is really old and needs to be updated. Yes, and there is horseradish understand where.

We spent our New Year's Eve at this hotel. We felt very disappointed! In the ballroom, which seats 200-300 people, there were at least 500. There was no distance between the tables, even for passage. The food for these 500 people was on two small block tables and all people had to wait in line for at least half an hour. The food was poor and for 120 euros per person alcohol was not included. We tried to get a bottle of wine from the menu, but the waiter explained that they didn't have these wines and there was only one type of wine. We left this horrible hotel with nothing to do with 5 stars and we were surprised by the extra payment for parking !? There was nothing in the mini bar in the room and we had to talk to the receptionist several times to get it loaded!?! The room had towels and accessories for only one person. Everywhere in this horrible hotel is smoking area! We never go back there !!!!
Rude staff! The receptionist let 2 guys checked in before me! Then when I brought it to her attention she said she didn t notice!! Not respectful! Check in quality sum up the hotel service and level! Not recommended
Excellent Staff. Unique decor. Great for meetings. Location is right across from shopping center. Door men are excellent and talk with taxis to ensure everything is understood. Front desk is helpful and pleasant. The tea room is elegant and I really like having meetings there. The waitresses are super attentive and really are great at their jobs.

The breakfast room is bright and serves a variety that covers everything you can imagine.
Unfortunately the recipes they use for dinner are awful. I had dinner there a few times and its really bad food. All of it is bad even the desert.
The staff however is extremely friendly.
All they need to do is change the menu and have food that tastes good. I felt very comfortable there and safe. Hyatt is Home.

It was my first time in Belgrade and after a very unpleasant hard and long night in the Belgrade airport, it was the best treatment that I had in Hyatt. I enjoy very much the pool & spa. The personnel very polite and helpful. Thanks a lot!
