Wonderful hotel. It didn't take us long to make the choice. Nice location. Very nice interior. Large room, large and comfortable bed, king bathroom and everything we needed as guests. A friendly staff welcomed us. We ate a very rich and varied breakfast. The service was unobtrusive and fast. Espresso coffee is rarely so good. Homemade delicacies caressing candy. The Hotel Spa is clean, large and interesting for everyone. Very friendly and professional staff who are always up to date and always available. Ten-star experience. Highly recommend! Great masseuses especially Jelena is super sensitive. The massage bed is heated which guarantees additional relaxation from the stress of the day. Go there always in the massage and spa and then I order in the lobby Vegan Rissotto. Professional service and distinguished guests.

Expectations from Hyatt Regency, quality at the highest level. Spa and Gym at the highest level. The rooms are large, luxurious, bright and clean.
The discordant note is given by the bad smell of cooking in the breakfast room. They should turn on the vacuums and still use a better fume hood. The hope is that they will read the review and fix the boring problem.

One of the most famous hotels in the heart of the city .. good prices for drinks and food, excellent location. I have resided several times in this hotel and I am pleased with the level of service as well as the exceptional service employed at this hotel. I would especially like to thank very friendly staff in the restaurant as well as the staff working at the reception desk. All my recommendations .. I'm Sasa Stajic and considering that my business is related to staying in hotels I can recommend several hotels where I often stay .. the rating for this hotel is a clean tenth.

Nice hotel but there was birthday party and lobby was very loud. It smells cigarette as everywhere in serbia. Price quality ratio is good.
