Hyatt Regency Belgrade Review

Very elegant place. Although built some 30 years ago, it managed to stay luxurious and contemporary. Rooms are very spacious and bathroom is huge and really clean. Rooms have smallish walk-in closet with ironing board. You can't open the window and air conditioning cannot be turned off. Rooms are non smoking as is almost entire hotel except few tables in the bar. Three elevators are at your disposal. Staff is really cordial. Hotel is close to the centre of the city, while U e shopping mall is right across the street. Public transportation is available in the vicinity of the hotel. Worth the money.

The hotel is the second most expensive in Belgrade, besides that, you have to pay a separate breakfast DKK 200 per night. person (with very poor morning food buffet), and parking kr.130, -, and can not use it if you do not deliver the key to the parking guard, otherwise you have to park mine. 400 m. From entrance. When using the spa, my wife was injured during the shower, handles were stained and there was a sharp corner so she came to cut herself. The staff is very friendly and the spa is perfect as well as location.

Good outlook 5-star hotel but the restaurant waitress is not hospitality.

Stayed here for business for 2 nights, wish I could use the facilities more, the health club is out of this world! Personell was also very nice and attentive, top quality hotel, highly recommended. Location is not walkable to old city but there is a huge shopping center within 5 minutes walk.

Still the best hotel in Belgrade. Reasonable prices in comparison of service they provide. This hotel has very educated staff in all segment in the service. The hotel has pesident apartments. Luxury apartments. SPA. Basin. Lobby and piano bar. Restaurants. Large hall and kitchen for diplomatic and business events. Only best words to the CEO Hom Parviz who is always on the side of customers!

Hotel is well located, has high-end rooms, bathrooms and all accessories that follow its class. Wonderfull spa center with swimming pool; Staff is well trained and know the rules of etiquette; Food? I was speechless what you can get, even if it is offered in the buffet. I consume gluten-free food and the chefs on duty were absolutely great!

One of my greatest luxury experience. We were in bed and breakfast, both was great. The people are smiling, they are really kind all time. The swimming pool is open late at night, so I could swim after a long, exhausting day, which was a recharge before bed.

It's a good hotel but I'm not really fascinated ...

I stay here for 3 weeks and loved every experience from the amazing staff to the live jazz to the Olympic basketball teams to the dignitaries. It is an overwhelmingly amazing experience.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Door staff and wait staff amazing. Need to tweak housekeeping, always clean but not consistent, for example one day they leave water, next day not. But they never forget shampoo, we have 7 bottles

One of the best. Sale and restaurants are wonderful. Rooms ok, the bathrooms are great. Food .. Hm .. It's nice if you do not find that you can not breathe, but it's so in those places. The price of abnormal payments is only payable if you send a company to a seminar or similar there.

Luxury hotel but parking access is complicated and staff insufficiently help guests stay out

A comfortable luxury hotel. Large rooms, very quiet, has a wide offer at the breakfast buffet. Excellent spa: swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna for 5 euros and various massages. The view from the rooms is not very good. Professional and friendly staff.

Very friendly service and nice facility but smoking almost everywhere. The restaurant was smoke free. I had a smoking room that they didn t tell me about and they wouldn t change it. Everything was booked because the president of Turkey was staying there.

Enjoying a cup of tea but was given 2 cup! Should I take the extra biscuit? I left it in case I was charged for 2 cups.
There is a greenhouse effect in the basement surrounded by shops.
The spa was good value but I did not use it.
And yes the bill was changed from 2 to 1 tea.

Brilliant 5 Star hotel. Only negativa aspect is that if you want a good Wi-Fi connection be prepare to pay extra. Breakfast is very good and the attention even better.
