I have a 2 year old Suzuki M109R that I bought brand new. The M109R has a known second gear failure. Because the bike is two years old Suzuki refuses to do anything about it. They have never fixed the issue since it came out in 2006. now you have to spend a third of the cost of a brand new bike just to fix their issue. Suzuki is junk and I will be buying a new bike and never going back to Suzuki

It is the worst car after-sales service I know, I wanted to repair the engine of my suzuki Grand Vitara 1 year ago and until today, I have even contacted South Africa, no one answers me, so do I buy more Suzuki? I'm never sorry again, if I had bought Nissan or Toyota I wouldn't be complaining here.
There is not even a "Contact" on the Company's website, so are you playing Automates Brand? I'm broken

Took my motorcycle to get serviced at one of their "authorized dealers" in Miami...Palmetto Motor Sport; a place where the service department goes through employees like a newborn and diapers.
The newly seated "professional" service manager and staff seemed to not know or care anything about the motorcycle to be serviced. Using parts from some old motor they had sitting around on the floor (of which I was told, the owner of the bike beat up on. And even told me they'd take parts from an alleged customers bike that happened to be the same as mine.)
How many times can you call a bike fixed is the sane amount of times I had to have it towed back to their shop... (two times on my own dime, without being reimbursed) The bike went in for one reason and came out with 5 other issues. I had to have spent nearly $3.000 on transportation to and from the shop, parts and "labor" and the couple of towing fees...when the bike was supposed to have been fixed. (There was even the last time where a bolt to the brake caliper went missing and had to uber myself home until they could come out to replace what obviously wasn't tightened or installed with negligence. I Even had to inspect the bike each and everytime to tell the "manager" of missing bolts and body panel fasteners.
So I guess "service guarantees" is nothing but a 17 letter scam.
Then we come to SUZUKI HEADQUARTERS USA.
To the point of breaking because the bike was NOT fixed, I made a grievance call to "Public Relations". Only to speak with someone who should have been customer service at McDonald's. I stated my case and claim to HIM and if "I could care less" sounded any more obvious, It would have been more acceptable for him to hang up in my ear, than have myself sit and deal with his lack of knowledge or case study.
So he did call the "service manager" of the shop when I was on the phone with him. The "service manager" was saying everything possible to cover his selective negligence regarding the situation. It was getting so frustrating for me to sit and listen to the back and forth of them, yet neither one with an answer or solution of why or how the bike will get fixed properly and professionally........
FLATLINE.
So short story long, "Suzuki Headquarters USA" is a selective quality service team. Though I only spoke with one "employee" there, for some reason I'm sending, careless practices and services are NOT an anomaly or "isolated cases".
Perhaps it's a lack of interest in Suzuki headquarters JAPAN, that they don't check behind their international representatives.
I once held a loyal respect for the Suzuki brand. Yet now, after having to seek resolution behind the scenes, have lost much trust in the product AND those who are supposed to uphold the code of "quality assurance".

Bought two new 140 outboard motors and had them installed on a 26 foot hewes Alaskan in April . Immediately noticed an extreme vibration along with unbearable noise. Tried to solve the problem by balancing props, removing possible vibrating items, installed a rubber mat between motors and transom , and padded many areas within the boat itself with no noticeable difference. Trying to contact customer service at the national level is impossible. Dealer owned outlets are on their own with no help from the parent company . The hqs has succeeded in insulating themselves from outside complaints. There is literally no one to complain to about resolution other than some young fellow in California who blames any defect on the dealer. I filled out a survey the other day and gave them a zero would I ever buyone again or recommend the product to anyone else! I am truly sorry that I took off 115 yamaha s and replacedthem with the Suzuki s . It appears the only way to resolve this problem is to take legal action which we intend to do ASAP . I have never experienced a national company with such disreputable customer service.

Unbelievable! I ordered my outboard motor in August 2020 it's now late December 2020 and still no motor. I've been told several times that the motor would deliver in a week and it's all been lies! I was just told two days ago by the manufacturers rep it would be in next week. I checked the order via the national customer service line and they are saying February 2021. No way! 7 month months, REALLY! They told me 4 to 6 weeks with my original order so I sold my old outboard and now I've not had a boat for 5 goingbon 7 months. I plan to share this review on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and here. This needs to be known. Checkout my reviews, I'm not just a mad consumer. I have 47 million views on my Google reviews.

DO NOT BUY OUTBOARDS TIL FURTHER NOTICE!

DO NOT BUY OUTBOARDS TIL FURTHER NOTICE!
I purchased a flagship Suzuki outboard motor, DF350A and the motor was shipped without propeller stop washers and after the motor has been sitting a month waiting for install at the local dealer, the mechanic discovers no stop washers were included with the brand new engine.
Suzuki customer service indicates the necessary parts to complete this simple installation are on back order and will not ship til the end of September 2018 a month later. I ve asked for a manager, and customer service will not escalate ANY calls, will not allow me to contact the new engine delivery warehouse, cannot answer a simple question to locate the required part. I offered to fly out to their headquarters and pickup the part, but they indicate their office simply has a customer service telephone at their front office.

PLEASE..... DO NOT BUY ANY SUZUKI OUTBOARD MOTORS UNTIL THEY IMPROVE THEIR ERRORS, POOR SUPPORT, AND INADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
