Great place for banquets and other tipe of business ocasions

The hotel opened in 1990, was and remains one of the prettiest in Belgrade. There may be an Italian restaurant and a Jazz club but the service is as always top-notch, as well as a selection of dishes. Luxury rooms as well as the whole building.

Relatively good. Food was average. Bed was excellent. Service, second to none. I enjoyed my stay. Staff friendly.

Not my first stay, I occasionally go on business. Location is fine because it's close to the financial center. Don't go if, instead, you are going for tourism since it's not close to the city center (taxis are not cheap). Rooms are quite spacious but negative points for carpeting (not good for allergies), Windows do not open. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast is middling. Should try harder..

Great Hotel as always. I really enjoyed the Regency club as it provided a good selection of evening snacks which was very convenient as we travelled with a baby. The staff were absolutely amazing the whole week and accomodated our every need. I understand that people are complaining about the prices of parking but its no different than other Hotels - except here valet is free (if you are too cheap to tip) Thank you! Will definitely return!

Very welcoming staff, everything is at hand, also being in Centre of New Belgrade, shopping and transportation is very easy.

Great stay! To bad it was short. Next time bringing my whole family when we visit Serbia. Everything was up the par, since entering the hotel where I just to work 20 years ago till the moment I left. Service is what make this hotel pure luxury. Thank you Hyatt Regency Belgrade!

An excellent hotel in New Belgrade is an ideal place for congresses and other types of celebrations and gatherings.

High standard and excellent hotel. Impressive style lobby with tall pillars and a very nice planted area in the lobby. Palm house / waterfall / pond, hard to describe but great.
The rooms are very spacious. Regarding the service: allegedly emails do not arrive.
Breakfast outrageously expensive (25 ) and a club lounge would be on the 7th floor but this does not consist of an extra room but in a glazed corner area of the corridor.
Prices are given online without taxes.
OK for 79 ++ in a single room.
Gazprom has its office around the corner, I have to say more about that: D

But the truth is: Currently the best hotel in town, even ahead of Hotel Moscow. For sightseeing, I recommend taxis OR the tram to the old town.

One of the few places in BG where you have good convention halls, parking, restaurants and great rooms. Quality of service and room among the best in Belgrade. The location is great. Belgrade lacks more hotels of this quality of service

Fantastic hotel, with good service and great spa and swimming pool. Breakfast is fabulous, bars are good. There is a great cigarette bar in the lobby with fine cigarette and whiskey selection. Room has a great view on the New Belgrade.

There seems to be a lot of unnecessary space in the room and the lobby, and the breakfast is expensive and crowded separately. No big complaints other than the price

I stayed there for two weeks and it is a very good hotel, the staff is very friendly and try to honour requests. The fragrance when you enter the hotel is amazing. The have a health club with swimming,sauna,spa,gym and steam etc.

Overall everything was catered to the perfection

This is a classic pompous Vegas style hotel with grand columns and big entrances. I stayed in a club level room. Design, cleanliness, staff and interior are all highest quality. I'm not excited about the restaurant. And while the breakfast is good, the menu card for dinner is lacking the touch of a chef who loves his job. Selections of meat that can be combined with rice, potatoes, fries, vegetables, etc. No love for food there. It's mediocre at best. The spa and gym on the other hand is fantastic: really a joy to go for a workout or swim. It's missing a feel of romance. So go here for business. For your weekend trip there are better options on the other side of the river.

Excellent hotel. Close to major shopping mall, public transport and 15 minute walk to old city.
Fabulous amenities.

Good expensive hotel. Places in the rooms clearly do not regret, you can play football. Winter garden, rich buffet for breakfast. A small note - no outlets next to the bed.

An impressive hotel by size, with a multitude of spaces for all kinds of activities, a place suitable for organizing large events. The staff is quite well trained, although it can be much better. Prices are based on the sound of the name and the general costs of such a modern pyramid.

Haven't patronized the rooms, but the bar is great. I felt like a gentleman. Can't talk about the prices, it was on company dime.
