My experience at Huntington Honda was great. Anthony Hunter helped me and explained everything I need to know and made sure all my questions were answered. I love the comfort of my CRV and the technology that they put in it. Overall, Anthony Hunter was great and will definitely recommend him.
This is my third lease with Huntington Honda . I was initially disappointed having called and made an appointment with someone only to find out they weren t there . 2 young men walked over ,Teshawn and Jordon and I am so glad they did . They were courteous, professional , understanding and listened to my needs . They made the process easy . I was however disappointed in the lack of communication in the finance department . It made for a longer wait and pickup time . Had it not been for Teshawn and Jordon I may have walked out , but glad I stayed .
It was my first time at Huntington Honda for service and it was seamless experience. Victoria at the front desk was courteous and professional. The oil change was completed in less than one hour to my delight.
Do not waste your time , avoid this dealer ship . They do bait and switch I confirmed with them 3 times I want black type r and this girl name Wendy told me she have 2019 black type r . When I went there no black only gray .. (bait and switch ) and the sticker price is 36500 but market price almost 10000 more ... rip off bad service wast my time . Do not bother coming here .
Georgia made the impossible possible and put me into a nearly new car in spite of my credit issues. Vinny Pallota is a genuinely nice person and went to extra efforts to fix up the blemishes on my used CRV. If you want professionals with heart and devotion to making the impossible, possible...these two are the financial manager and sales person to go to.

Every time I go, I wait 10-15 minutes to be served while the staffs are always using their phone. I have to call them out to get their attention and be served. Maybe it was my first time to get a full service but it was pretty expensive. I probably wont come back.
Pleasant experience until I realized an agent had given me false information about the lease I was replacing, resulting in a large surprising cost to me after the papers were signed. The dealership was not sympathetic about the mistake the agent had made and instead indicated it was my problem (in fact I was told the general manager was emphatic about not helping me). I ve been a loyal customer to this dealership for several years, leasing my last 5+ cars from them and had no plans to work with another dealership in the future. There were a multitude of things they could have done (but didn t) to maintain the business relationship (even if the core issue could not have been fully reconciled). Customer loyalty apparently has little value to them. The desk manager knows who I am if he wants to fix this.
I rarely give 5 stars so don't read anything into it. My experience is with Huntington West. It's there used car portion of the dealership. Bought a used Pilot when the virus first started. I'm a essential worker so I knew my job and income was secured and wanted, not really need another vehicle. My salesperson was Marvin, great guy no pressure from him at all. I'm a mechanic and did my research. I low balled them on the KBB price. With the virus hitting they took my offer. Unfortunately that was the same day last March the Governor shut down everything so we were unable to finish up the sale till last week , this was no fault to Huntington Honda they had no control over any of it. Over the month and half I was waiting Marvin reached out to me every week and let me know as soon as possible the sale would go through. Even the Sales Manger call and reached out to me couple weeks ago. Over all good experience, Liked Marvin and would recommend to others.
Elijah was very helpful in selecting my new lease. He took the time to go through all the new features that I was unfamiliar with. He made the experience very pleasant.
The service department was courteous, prompt and professional. My issue is with Honda itself for manufacturing a car that after only 4 years had to have the starter replaced. Ridiculous.
I just wanted copies of my two ignition keys, which I finally got- but paid through the nose for. But first they misplaced one of those ignition keys, then had to code a new key that they forgot to code. Everyone was nice enough, and I got my new keys- but that is close to an hour I will never get back. I think I am owed a partial refund for the time and energy that I wasted.

Staff is super nice - especially Andrew in the service department, and work is always impeccable!! Wait time was the worst - We were told one hour and it took almost 3. Other than that everything was great!
Just left Huntington Honda NY and this was the most disappointing experience i have ever had at a dealer. We were greeted by a salesman with a long beard and he was supposed to be the one of the best salespersons on the floor. (I believe his name was Bhuiyan) He had all these best sales man plaques displayed on his cubicle wall so i thought we were in good hands. I asked him what's the best price he could give me then he first said no lower than msrp (who pays msrp price?!??). So i told him the quote from a Honda dealer that participated in Costco auto program was $2000 lower than msrp. He immediately got upset and started to raise his voice. He accused me and the other dealer of lying. He was very angry and loud. We said that's what we were quoted and we can go there to make the purchase. He yelled "There's no way anyone would sell for that price. Go ahead, waste your gas driving to the other dealer" as he stormed out of his cubicle. I must say, isn't customer is the one usually that storms out? He was extremely disrespectful. He made a big scene by unnecessarily raising his voice, and needless to say, everyone in the showroom was looking at us. His unprofessionalism and disrespectful manner poorly represents Huntington Honda NY Dealer.

Before visiting Huntington Honda I was searching for 2 SUV's, one for my growing family, and one for my mother. Needless to say I always left other dealerships feeling a bit uneasy and continued my search until finally getting over to Huntington Honda and boy am I glad I kept searching. Huntington Honda far exceeded my expectations in not only their approach to selling cars, but the way they treated myself and my family. Steve Berkowitz did not come off as one of those hyped up car salesman looking to push their high end vehicles or put me into something I didn't really want. He came off as a genuine guy that just wants what's best for my family. When I told him my wife and I just had a daughter and are purchasing a house Steve brought up some excellent points as far as our vehicle purchase goes and even went as far as almost talking me into purchasing a lower priced vehicle then what I was looking for...Who does that in this industry!?!? I'll tell you who, the genuine, understanding, honest people at Huntington Honda! After speaking with Steve we worked with Angel Falcon, what a nice guy. Angel was extremely patient with my family. My wife and mother must have asked to see just about every SUV they had on the lot and Angel patiently took us to each and every vehicle answering every question my wife and I could throw at him. He never pushed or steered us towards other vehicles or tried up-selling us. After about 3 hours of kicking tires in the lot I knew these were the guys I wanted to purchase my vehicles from. If you're reading this review you're probably doing so in the hopes you can find a reliable, ethical, knowledgeable, and honest group of individuals to purchase your next car from. All I can say is you can't go wrong with these guys. I'll be going back to them again when my wife and I decide to upgrade down the road. 5 stars across the board from me. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had.
No words to describe my experience, I would have given -ve stars if there was an option. The sales guy talked to me as if he doesn't want to sell me the car wasted my time to drive 20 miles to go to the clowns, empty showroom with no customers tells the story of these people. The guy keep talking about he been selling car for 25 years, I tell you what you been making fool of people for 25 years for sure. First learn how to talk to customers and then sell the car.
Very straightforward process. I brought in a competitor's ad for a Honda Accord lease. They matched it and a couple of hours later I drove off with the car. Nice, efficient staff. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

After they treat you like crap, they literally BEG you to give them a 5 star review. Yea right, that aint happening.

I went here for the first time today for an oil change and was blown away by the customer service not only from the service department but the salesmen as well. Everyone was so wonderful! Never had a problem with this dealer before, but this last one was just horrible. Called the service department fir help with was car that wasn't running and treated like a second class citizen by the personal who answered the call. Very unprofessional. Avoid using this dealer. Zero star if I could.

My son and I were very fortunate to have Ali as our sales lady.She took the time to explain the features of the cars. I finally decided on the Honda Accord after she found the blue car that I really wanted.Her biggest achievement for us was getting her manager to agree to the repairs on the Honda. My car was hit while we were in the parking lot of Honda.Ali managed to get Honda to repair the car and And a rental free of charge Ali easily could easily have said your problem but she went above and beyond..
Was greeted by a polite employee upon arrival. He took time to cover the drivers seat and footspace to protect it. Our next step was to check in with Victoria. She went over what service was scheduled with prices. We waited approximately 20 minutes for Victoria to discuss service which needs to be addressed soon. We added one additional service. After 30 minutes more, we were complete. Victoria and the cashier were a pleasure to do business with.
I m very disappointed that the complimentary shuttle wasn t available this morning or in the evening.
When I did call for a status on my vehicle I was transferred to servicing where call was then disconnected.
Called again, phone rang for roughly 15-20 minutes, which I then hung up and tried again.
After being on hold I did eventually speak to someone who was very helpful, only to find out the shuttle was going to be out of service this evening.
When I asked why that was I was told that Servicing was closing in a little over 30 minutes, and not able to give me a ride from my office that was 4.5 miles away.

Waiting time is too long, more than 2 hours. Price becomes much more higher. No one informed me the car was ready until I checked with them. This might be the reason for the long waiting time.
Made an appointment with sales associate Z to see 2 vehicles. She confirmed that they were still were available. When I went there there was no record of my appointment. In addition neither vehicle was available. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
I had a great experience at Huntington Honda. The staff was very polite and helpful. I worked with Teshawn and he was very thorough and easy to work with. I did not feel intimidated at all, despite walking in alone and having minimal knowledge of cars. A month after my purchase, I needed assistance on two occasions and Teshawn was quick to solve my problems. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Honda!

I arrived at this dealer at 1 pm. Salesperson Sadrac was good tried to make up for inefficient management. We told Sadrac what our offer was and not to keep going back and forth to confirm price he didn't, but sales manager did. Very loud in the place could not hear insurance company on the phone had to ask that they lower the loud speaker. The finance guy Mke was rude and unprofessional he had to slam things around while we were leaving his offce. I was told 2 hours for deliver. It took more then that. Took an 1hour to just to get the car washed after i was told 30 mins. Well its over 4 hours later finally got the car. My advice is go somewhere else to get a car.
On Sunday I was greeted by AK as I entered showroom. He was courteous, knowledgeable & friendly.Discussed my needs. Test drove an Accord. Pleased with its performance. Made an appointment for next day to purchase. Again AK Listened to my family s concerns. Returned for pickup. His assistant, Will was so patient, kind & helpful in explaining all the how-to operate the features. They are an asset to Huntington Honda.
I ve been servicing my car at Huntington Honda for a few years and I ve usually had a good experience. But now I m pretty mad because one of the things I wanted them to fix on my last visit was an aux outlet that was not working. They quoted me an astronomical $295 to fix it, so I passed on getting it done. That seemed crazy, as it s not even part of the radio but sits below it. And I went home and googled it and found out that to replace an aux port requires a $15 part and takes about three minutes. Now I m wondering if I ve been ripped off on previous visits. Will give HH credit that they messed something up on my next-to-last visit (rotated tires but didn t balance them, so car was pulling badly) and fixed it for free, no questions asked, after I realized that something wasn t right. But my sense of trust in the shop has taken a little hit because of these incidents.
this dealership offers deals like in particular the honda fit lx for $159 a month only have to put down first month payment bank fee tax on bank fee and ur dmv fees n plates if you need knew plates but the trim that they offer which is the lx they dont have on the lot they say we have it in stock yet who knows they can say anything they want as you see in other reviews they say anything to get you into the door or to stick around and make a deal. I feel if you are buying a product as big of a purchase of a car you should be able to see it. but not here they just do that to lure you in and then try to force you to the other trim model and goes back and forth to the manager and comming back with offers that arent even close to what you offer...well they lost me as a customer and i only give them one star because you cant give less

Xenia who was my salesperson and Omar who was my financial manager were amazing. I was trying to get a used 2017 Honda Accord. My dad had to co sign on the car and since he was trying to do something that would prevent him from being able to co sign they agreed to wait. Even though she was only supposed to hold the car for 72 hours Xenia made sure despite her managers asking her about the car over and over that she held it for over a month for me. She kept in constant contact and never once did I feel like she was giving me the run around on price, the car or anything else. She helped me get an amazing deal!! Her financial manager Omar was amazing too when it came to the day of buying the car and we met with him. He explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my dads 100 million questions no matter how annoying they were. Omar and Xenia the day of buying the car were quick and efficient, explains every step to us and what was going to happen and how to do everything for the car. We got everything done in about an 1.5 which is a lot shorter than the normal 2 hours. She made sure the car got the safety inspection that day and cleaned it. Xenia and Omar are kind, courteous, professional, personable and understanding. They are some of the best and actually care about their customers rather than some other people or agencies who may just be worried about the money and flipping the car. The car is amazing, is everything as promised and working great! This was an amazing experience and I for sure recommend using this dealership.

I was in an accident and had basically one day to try cars before I had to decide what to get once mine was totaled because of my crazy work schedule. Marcin at Huntington Honda was my first visit and he was extremely personable and helpful from the beginning. I went to all of the other dealers in the area and this was by far the best experience I had. Marcin talked me through the leasing process, what options I would need for the lease (I drive a ridiculous amount), and was very patient with my decision making process. I loved the HR-V from the beginning of the visit and after visiting all of the other dealerships and test driving equivalent cars, I was still thinking about the HR-V. It s a great ride, super roomy with lots of storage options, so comfy which is usually a challenge because I have long legs and short arms and it s so cute! On a scale of 1-10, Marcin s customer service was approximately 27 and I m super happy that I chose to go with this dealership!

This is my 1st time in Huntington Honda service center. I would say this is the BEST Honda Service center in Long Island. My Car was from Paragon Honda, but due to Paragon Honda's ripping off pricing policy and unfriendly customer service I will never ever go with paragon Honda again. I drove 45miles and face the rush hour traffic from New York City to be at Huntington Honda service center. But the service I received is billion Dollar Worthy... God bless them..
Went to get information about the 2021 cars, specifically the Pilot. I walked in and felt welcomed and safe- everyone had a mask and they have shields between salesmen and customers. There are hand sanitizers everywhere too! I ended up getting to work with Elhassan Zayed. He was a tremendous help. As a first time car buyer I didn t know all the different models and what is worth it. He helped me choose the best car for me and my needs. While he showed me the tricked out car, he went through what comes with the different models. Not only did he explain things thoroughly, he was able to get me a great deal that I can afford. He was friendly and didn t mind that I forgot things and walked me through the process step by step. Even when there was a small hiccup and I had to wait he made sure that I was ok and made sure things were all good. If you are looking for a new car, check out Huntington Honda and ask for Hassan!!
We arrived at 11 am to see a car that was advertised. My son was looking for his first car. Andrea was so friendly and knowledgeable. She immediately sized up our needs, showed us two cars that fit the bill and helped us negotiate a fair price on one that my son had his heart set on. She was so great to work with. Competent and personable, By 4 pm my son drove away with his '10 Civic as happy as can be. Thank you Andrea. The service department was great . Victoria and Kelly were very helpful in getting my problem solved. Couldn't ask for better service . They are always very helpful.
Wonderful customer service. Andy was very helpful. I showed him the armrest on the inside Of the drivers door and he took a picture of it and of my VIN number so that he could look up the right part and color. He immediately ordered it and set up an appointment however, the day that I did show up the part had still not come in however I came back the next day which was not a problem and it was installed in less than an hour and the technician did a beautiful job.
He also have the technician look over the rear struts and shocks as I have always been complaining since I purchased the car that it always had a bumpy and rough ride. Both he and the technician looked over the car again and said this is how that year of this model rides. I ve been complaining about this since I purchased the Accord. Never been happy about it. But I must say the customer service is always very good and honest!
