The staff at Huntington Honda are very good. From when u drop ur car off in front , the drvers are quick helpful and very courteous. John at the front desk always has a smile and answers all ur questions and goes over ur papers pre n post. The lady cashier blond hair ( forgot her name) also goes over everything post work and gets ur car asap bac to u. I hav leased several cars n bought the last one n can only say the service as it should only gets better.

Leased 18 Honda .First was quoted a different price and then was given different at signing lease, the sales person tried to give us his own loved color instead of our requested. The price we should get with EXL Nav, we got the EXL without. Sales person said it was misunderstanding. After 2yrs in lease, checked papers and saw end of lease buyout price is so high the car would cost me close to 43k. Wow. RIP off. Also stop using CAL Auto leasing for leasing bank. They are worst to deal with than any bank. They have really bad reviews and dealing at end of lease and customer service.
Extremely pleased with the Service I received. From my Service Advisor Michael Canale to Wences who checked my car in to Michael Fiorillo who was very helpful advising me about my maintenance plan, every single employee at Huntington Honda was great!
I came in for recall and a tire come to out 15000 service was due the tire needed to be replaced I wasn't prepared for a $600 bill but if the car needed it so be it hopefully no more service needed before the end of the lease. Everyone at dealership was very professional and courteous

No high pressure at all. They have more inventory than other dealerships we went to and Robert made sure I understood every aspect of the contract and the car. I recently went car shopping. I stopped at many different dealerships when I did. It was last minute and I started at 9:30 in the morning. I went to a lot of places that day and started with Huntington Honda and ended with Huntington Honda. Every place that I went to from 9:30 to 3 was just about the numbers. But I met one of the salesmen a while ago. A real sown to earth guy. I ended up going back to him because I knew what I wanted before I knew. Josh was awesome. Picked out a car for me and dropped everything to make sure I got what I wanted. He was professional, he was funny, he was proficient in his craft. And he got me a car that was way outta my price range. He worked his magic and got me an amazing car. He even took a few L s lol. Bottom line is if you want a car go to Huntington Honda. And if you want a car walk in and tell them you want Josh. P.s if you to get a car from Josh tell him I said 18 5 lol
Rude service and rip off quote from an Middle Eastern guy named AK? Also, we test drove by ourselves too, who does that? I understand they were busy but usually that's what other better car dealerships do and tell us features of a new car. Hillside Honda gave us better service with a better quote. Telling us Hillside is under pricing and will charge extra, doesn't entice us to choose a quote that's $3,000 more at another dealer. And you tell us to come back "seriously" when we went all the way from Hillside to Suffolk? Cheap service, rip off quote. Don't bother.

took both cars, honda hrv and crv for servicing; paid 144.00 for an oil change; didnt even rotate the tires never paid 144.00 for oil change + top off fluids; a complete ripoff baron honda service is way better you bring you car for one thing, and they try to get you for other services, almost paid 900.00 to service my car. 3 years ago huntington honda was decent service was good so was sales; now they are horrible, and dishonest or shall I say insidious; must be under new management. whomever is leading the new huntington honda has to go or should consider resigning and take a career in politics. You say or promise one thing and do another never will use or go to huntington honda again unless they send us a refund.
Great customer service. I broke down and had to get towed there on a Sunday evening. Even though the service station was closed, the front desk assured me my car would be taken care of. I couldn't accompany the tow truck, so I had to trust her. The next day they had my car processed and the service station guy gave me a call with his assessment. They were professional and thorough. I couldn't be happier.

Excellent experience at this dealership- open to negotiation and settled on a very fair price with Christine for a 2018 Odyssey. I felt no undue pressure from anyone involved, including Mike, the finance manager, where the upselling usually happens. He gave advice but left the final decision up to me by giving me prices for 4+ options and respecting my choice immediately. With the large amount of dealerships on Long Island, Huntington Honda is aware of the choice their customers have and deliver. Would return in the future.

Bought my vehicle from Toyota. When I went in to have it serviced they told me my Honda was still under the Honda Warranty. I went into Huntington Honda s service station and spoke to Victoria. I explained the problem I was was having. So told me not to worry and she will take care of every. Never mind the fact I didn t have an appointment.
Within an hour she left me a detailed message explains why was wrong and everything was covered. Thanks to her calming demeanor and the initial conversation I was put to ease. I can t thank her enough.

I came here all the way from Brooklyn based on the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Josh tended to me very well and made the process easy and understandable. The only thing I will mention is it was a very long wait (approximately 6 hours) to pick up the car the same day as signing the lease but unfortunately I needed to. If you the option to pick up a different day, I would recommend it. Thank you Josh for making it easy for me!
I was very satisfied for the service I was provided upon leasing my vehicle. Today I was in need of change of rims and tires and tpms was not reading, I purchased rim & tire protection. When I got there for service they told me it will take about 3-4 days and I was not going to receive a loaner car due to why I brought in my car was only for rims and tires. I have leased other cars and I was always provided with loaner cars even for the smallest things since I wouldn t have my car. I drove about 2 hours to bring my car and now have to pay an expensive Uber to get back home, and for the 3-4 days since I am a floater nurse and my Uber back to pick up my car. Very dissatisfied with this service, I ve recommended friend and family s which have purchased their veichle from them. Now I have to risk my patients and myself from COVID even more from all the ubers I will have to take.

Ali R made the actual buying process completely painless no pressure about add-ons or services I wasn't interested in. When I went to pick up the car, Ali took all the time that was needed to introduce me to my first-ever new car and get me comfortable with all its tech features. Wow what a truly excellent no BS experience leasing my 2019 Odyssey EX from Huntington Honda.I dealt with Mike Gross who was professional and pleasant throughout.Julio in finance was also knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. Both men as well as the dealership exceeded any expectations I had. I was in the market for a new Sienna lease which was not going well with any of the Toyota dealerships I had interacted with in the last 2 months. I was in the area and decided why not try an Odyssey this time around. I am very glad I did.The EX is truly an advanced comfortable minivan. The dealership did not play any games with me. We are extremely upset and disappointed with the sales and management staff at Huntington Honda. We came in to inquire about leasing a new vehicle with them and possibly returning a current leased vehicle from Subaru early. We were assured by Andrew that we could end our Subaru lease any time and that it wouldn t be a problem and that Honda would take care of it and allow us to lease the new vehicle and give back the old that day. The only reason we agreed was because we were assured it wouldn t be a problem with Subaru and Honda would take care of the rest of that lease. We took home the new Honda, and not too long after we received a phone call from Subaru stating we were still responsible for the lease payments. Andrew at Honda had apparently lied to us or maybe didn t realize Honda wasn t actually going to take care of the old lease. What kind of salesmanship is that? Lie to your customers just to get them to sign into a new lease so you can make your commission? Incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. All the management was able to do was make a deal where Honda would pay half the old lease payments and we were responsible for the other half. This is also unacceptable. Own up to your mistakes and take care of the customer.
A good experience with the replacement of a part due to a recall, the person I dealt work was both nice and professional. The waiting area was great as it had TV's, water & coffee and a child play area.

We cannot enough about our experience at Huntington Honda. We met with Oz Siddiqi and knew right away we were in good hands. Speaking with Oz about our choice of vehicles, he told us right away what was available and got us out in a test drive in minutes. On the drive he explained as much as he could about the car with no rush to get back. Back at the dealership we quickly worked out the details and he even found us a car in our 1st color choice ! Sitting with Julio Martinez in finance was one of the best experiences we have had with a finance person. He got us our financing that we wanted right away and arranged all the details for pick up the next day. We were treated professionally, kindly and respectfully during the entire process even though it was obviously a very busy time for them. Definitely we will return to deal with this team !

The entire dealership has been very professional in scheduling a service appointment as promised to repair a few scratches on the cars exterior to further improve the condition of my purchase!
The job was well done(brakes, oil change) however my dashboard was, for some reason,popped out of place once I received my car back. I had to punch it down to get it back into place. ...there was also garbage left on the front passenger side floor.

This is the third Honda we have bought but the first purchased from this dealership and this was by far the best purchase experience. Our salesperson Angel Falcon was extremely helpful and we were able to purchase a like-new used car at a very reasonable price. I was very impressed with how smoothly buying a user car turned out to be - the selection was good, the cars were in excellent shape, and the entire process from closing the sale to driving out with a 'new' used car was a snap. There was no after sales pressure to inflate the price with add-ons and that was also much appreciated.
2nd time to this place. Told my wait was 1-1.5 hours when I had scheduled an appointment for inspection. Took over 2 hours for an inspection and oil change. I watched every mechanic and sales associate try to sell every person on extra services. I was told I had a mouse living near my filter and needed to spend $100 to clean them or they would chew wires (it was a piece of dryer lint stuck in filter because I park near the vent of my house). I heard a sales associate try to talk an old lady into an oil change because she was down to 40% oil life. Place seems like a scam compared to the one in bethpage. Will not be returning.
They were very friendly and quite transparent with everything including all the upfront fees and taxes. Their rates were cheaper than all the other deal ships for the same car. I did not have to do any haggling. The only reason I am not giving them 5 star is that we had to wait many hours to get the delivery. The delivery should not take more than our, but it took us 3 hours

Kelly the Service Writer was perfect at taking me in as a walk-in for and inspection on my 2017 Honda CR-V. You pulled up the vehicle record and told me there were 2 outstanding recalls, both of which she wrote up and had the shop take care of. She exceeded my expectations when she initially said it would take approx an hour and a half. Only 1 hr later she called me in and the work was done.
Actually the Huntington Honda Dealership has a huge sales event going on during my visit including a local radio station transmitting from there. Every employee I walked past was gracious, courteous and respectful.... no hard sales tactics.
Overall it was an unexpected visit and my best dealership experience ever!

Was out of state visiting famiy and had car trouble on a Sunday. Had my car towed to Huntington Honda and filled out an online appointment request form for 715 the following morning. I had some difficulty determining if my appointment was confirmed, because when I clicked the link in the text message "confirmation" it was took me back yo the form and I had to resubmit again. After doing this 3 times, I figured I had at least one appointment. Dropped the car and used the early bird drop....wasn't an option to indicate that I made an online appointment and detailed the issue there, so I just wrote it all over the envelope.
Got a call the next morning at 715 confirming receipt of the request and sharing the diagnostic fee. Rep said they'd call later. Long story short, they identified and we're able to fix the issue. Didn't appreciate the way rep presented issue/fix to me and the littany if additional recommended services. Asked to qualify "dead battery that has to be reolaced" and was told that it triggered a fail under load on the test, but that it worked fine. I get the "need to replace" but instantly discounted everything after that and decided I'd just bring to my local dealer. Was given the price pre tax. After hanging up, I decided I would do one additional service. I called back, was placed on hold for service. Rang for 5 mins, then busy signal. Called back again. Same thing. Then called back and identified issue to person answering phone, was on a hold for 10 mins, then same 5 mins but someone finally answered and then instantly hung up. I was done. Had a family member pick up the car and the price was above what I was told + tax, so can't wait to see the details when I pick it up from then later this week. Bottom line, good emergency service, but not somewhere I'd ever go for regular support and maintenance.
