Jess was outstanding! Went there for an oil change and there was no hassle, car was done quickly, and Jess even noticed a coupon was available and applied it without me even noticing. The car came back to me exactly how I left it, nothing was touched, not even the volume. Fantastic and fast.

Come here for my oil changes since its the best baby for your buck for synthetic oil. Service staff will always try and sell additional repairs that are probably not needed, I usually just take their recommendations to my honest mechanic who advises if it's needed or not.

Wait time is long typically, so plan to drop and pick up.

Went in to lease a car. I knew what car we wanted and what I wanted to pay. Made that clear from the beginning. Told them I wanted to be out of there within 2.5 hrs because I wouldn't have a ride after that. They had me there 7 hours! I should have left in a cab. Financial guy wanted me to sign contract without reading it. I was left sitting alone without anyone to answer questions about contract. They tried to blame the lengthy process on me because a small glitch that was solved in 30 min. I had a new inexperienced salesperson too. I would recommend going to a smaller more customer friendly dealership.

Over the past six months i have been deeply disap...

Over the past six months i have been deeply disappointed when taking my car to Huntington Honda. I purchased at Huntington Honda in 2015 and take my car for service there on a regular basis. The only thing I have done at a local mechanic is my NYS inspections. Whenever i take my car to the dealership for service, the service includes "checking all fluids and topping them off" as regular practice when performing service there.

Two months ago, I was having issues with my car where if i played the radio while the car was on accessory mode, the car would not start because after a very short time the battery was dead. I didn't think much about it until it happened again. This time I charged the battery with an electric charger i purchased to keep the battery charged for my other car which is not used often and needs to be charged to maintain the battery in good working condition. When i looked closely at the battery for my Honda, it became apparent that the car's battery was not holding a charge because the wells in the battery were dried out in all but one well. I bought some distilled water at the pharmacy and added the water to the battery and now it works fine.

On December 10, 2018, I took my car to have maintenance performed as scheduled. I brought the car in at 0730 am as I was working at noon that day and needed to wait for the car so that I could get to work on time. The car was returned to me at 1050 as the serviced requested was completed. According to the Mechanical Advisor, the car needed new brakes and this service was performed too. When i received the car, the maintenance minder was not reset (it was still on 50%) which was the percent life left on the engine oil. In addition, there was no sticker placed on the windshield to tell me when the next service is due. I checked my manual to reset the minder back to 100% as the engine oil was changed as part of this service. I was able to put a "post-it " on the window to remind me of the next service for the car.

The total fee for the service performed $784.99 for this service which was recommended for 45,000 miles plus the brakes that were changed and brake fluid was replaced at the recommendation of the Service Advisor.

When you pay this much money to perform basic maintenance on a car that was purchased at this dealership, is it too much to expect outstanding service?

My husband and I went to Huntington Honda for their summer clearance event. We were deciding between the Honda Accord and Honda CRV. However, we were anxious about what the experience would be like. In the past, we've dealt with pushy sales people at various dealerships offering prices that always seem to have hidden fees etc. so that by the time they get done running the numbers, we didn't know what hit us. However, tonight, we had a truly lovely experience. Our salesman, Joe, was kind and mellow. He treated us as though we were his own family members. He went over the details in a logical way, and was not pushy in the least bit. He offered advice as a father would. We were thrilled with our experience. The showroom had a decent amount of other customers as well, showing us that others seem to be enjoying the kind and caring treatment. We will definitely be heading back to Huntington Honda for our next car!

I just came from Huntington Honda located at 1055 Jericho Turnpike, Huntington, NY. I pulled into the service department around 3:50pm on 11/18/17. I waited until an attendant comes and takes the key. There was a mini van that has just pulled up in front of me. The attendant took the other gentleman's key, but told me that they were not accepting any new vehicle for oil change after 4pm. I reminded him that it was not 4pm. He argued that they had too many cars already and were unable to take my car. This was unfair since the door was still open. If they did not wish to accept any new cars, they should have closed the door. I was so upset with their customer service. I related to him that I will no longer bring my car to this location even though I live 5 minutes from it.

STAY AWAY from this dealership. Have been speaking to Glenn Evans the last few days about a used car. We were negotiating the price yesterday, he's of course trying to get me into something different. He says we will talk today. He offers me something different again, I tell him I want the car we have been talking about that I test drove. The price of the car we were negotiating yesterday went up $1200 overnight!! He won't honor the price we negotiated yesterday!

I went to buy a used car and and after the deal was finalized I asked for the seat to be cleaned as it had a stain from previous owner. One lady was helping me clean the seat. When the manager (short guy) saw me talking to the lady he asked me to get out of the lot and never come back. I don t speak English properly so I didn t want to confront. Someone is helping me write this review. Something needs to be done at this dealership. Now I know why so many bad reviews. I ll be letting everyone know about this incident and will notify BBB.

This is our fourth Honda from this dealership since 2003. We feel very comfortable there and are always treated well. Everyone there is very respectful, nice, honest (I think) and accommodating. We have other Honda dealerships that are closer to where we live but we like the whole atmosphere at HH.
Mike Gross was our most recent sales person and he was very nice to deal with. He was very patient with me. It took me a while to decide which model of the Pilot I wanted. I wanted certain features and color. He helped me with the pros and cons of each model. He even drove a Pilot to my house to see if the rear hatch would clear the top of my smaller garage. He never became outwardly aggravated with me with the amount of his time I took and the amount of time I took to decide what I wanted to do about purchasing the vehicle. Mike is a "no pressure" salesman and was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely send friends to him.
Whenever we bring our car in for service we always work with John Sinclair as our Service Advisor. He knows us so well now and is always very accommodating. He is also very honest.

Huntington Honda provided an outstanding experience. They gave me an amazing deal on a lease for my new Honda Civic. Nick was able to get me in and out very quickly with no pressure to buy anything other than what I was there for. He was extremely thorough walking me through the paperwork and the details of the new vehicle. Bob the business manager was also able to find one more discount for me to make the price of the lease even better. Outstanding experience. These guys have a great reputation for a good reason. This was my second truck purchase from Huntington Honda. They offered great pricing on the 2019 Honda Ridgeline as well as my trade in. Rey Shah is a great salesman, he was very helpful in showing me all the features of the vehicle when we went for a test drive and went through the whole car with me on delivery. He took the time to set up my phone, bluetooth, Android Auto and all the other vehicles settings. I would definitely recommend Huntington Honda.

We had gone to three dealerships and out of the three this was the only place we weren't pressured to put a deposit down on any car. Peter was very helpful in just showing us the Pilot and then letting us test drive to see how we liked it. The dealership doesn't have any hidden fees which we were made aware of right away. We went back a few times to look at the different models and when a new one came in that Peter knew was the right price for us, he called me on it and we made a good deal. Very satisfied with not only the sale but also the service that was provided for the car afterwards. Thank you Peter for being up front and clear on your dealings and leading us to the car we wanted. Loving our Honda Pilot with all the bells and whistles and would definately buy from here again.

What a relief to go to a car dealership and not be harassed. Straight forward no bs would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new Honda. Rey our salesman was honest which is not normal in car sales, and went over all of the features in the car which some dealers just blow off.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Sales Manager told me what I wanted to hear on the phone to get me in the door. Once I arrived at the dealership I was told exactly the opposite. On the phone I was told the pricing was negotiable. I could finance through my own bank and I wasn't required to put $2,000 down to qualify for the pricing discussed on the phone. Once I arrived at the dealership I was told the exact opposite of my phone discussion with their sales manager, pricing wasn't negotiable and I was told if I didn't put $2,000 down the price would increase. They won't allow you to finance through your own bank and in reality want you to finance through them so they can add a few points to the interest rate. If you're looking for a no nonsense deal, this isn't the place to go.

Recommendation to ownership:
If you want to be transparent don't lie to your potential or future customers to get them in the door. This is a bad practice and a waste of time. I would love for you to review my phone call with the Sales Manager.

My problem is that I spent a lot of money almost $900.00 but from the "itemized" bill, I can't really tell what was done. Normally if I go there for an oil change, I get a readable statement of what was done including an 18 point safety inspection. This time I spent $483.28 (plus a new battery $179 and emission cleaning $179) and for what? I can figure out oil and filter. There's mention of coolant so I suppose my coolant was changed and I can figure out that I got a new air cleaner, washer fluid was filled, 4 weight wheel I suppose means my tires were rebalanced, were they rotated? brake cleaner? I don't understand what that means, ACC....... F service, I suppose means something was done to my air conditioning. it says multi-point inspection but doesn't indicate what that was. I don't see any mention of cabin air filter shouldn't that have been changed? When I agreed to the service I thought the tech mentioned changing my transmission fluid, was that changed? If I go elsewhere for service the next time I don't really know what to tell them about what has been done already.

Purchased my car at Huntington Honda. Finance guy bob was rushing us telling us to make a decision because they were very behind. Sales person was okay. Walked out of there after 8 hours finally with my car and now feel like I could have gotten a better deal somewhere else. Kept telling us we offered them very low for the car meanwhile I have the lowest model hrv and my cousin pays less for her sport model. I should have left when I had the chance. I don t even have Apple play in my car. 318 a month no extended warranty. 6000 down credit score is amazing. They failed to tell us the lowest apr they have is 2.9 no matter what ur score is. They with held that information. It s rediculous. Two stars is for the coffee they had there. That s about it.

Recently I waited til 9:30 am to call after not getting thru first thing in the morning and spoke to the receptionist. She told me service was very busy and that someone would call me back to set up an appointment. My wife subsequently called later that morning and scheduled service. Nobody ever called me back. Still giving 4 stars becaue we had a great buying experience and the service that comes with the vehicle is excellent

I WAS a faithful customer to honda in Huntington. I normally deal with veronica who treats me great and makes me want to return. They stuck me with Mike cause Veronica was out sick and he took total advantage of me. I have spent almost 15k with Huntington honda in past yr alone and Mike would not work with me on pricing. I paid $600 to get front and back breaks done and didnt even give me new rotars they just cut them and cleaned them up to make them look pretty. I am so disgusted with how i was treated today and on top of everything else i paid in cash and they couldnt count the money right with 2 different people counting the money so they shoved me aside and helped 6 customers before they got back to me every customer that was on line with me felt so bad for me they all said with all the money i have spent there i could of drove off lott with new car. I will never ever return there i was taken advantage of. I will write a review on every website and social media than i possibly can about the treatment that i had to endure there today. Huntington Honda should be ashamed of themselves on how they treated a no longer loyal and faithful customer.

Not happy with their service department. Up sold my wife on a simple oil change $189 on a new accord. . When I called they promised to give me two complimentary oil changes because they wouldn t be able to adjust the bill. When my wife Went for an oil change today, there was no record of that even though the advisor I spoke to said it will be noted on the bill for future reference. From memory he remembered that he promised an oil change but denied the second one saying to my wife why would I promise two oil changes Like we made this up! We asked for a state inspection it was not done and or explained why or why not it wasn t it done. lastly they told my wife since I m (Her husband) in the automotive industry why your husband didn t take it to where He works for service . Not happy at all with their professionalism.

my first trip to your dealership was the very first stop I made. It was more fact finding than anything else. Alam was patient, knowledgable and very able to answer all of my questions. I did stop at a few other dealerships to be sure that this was the car that I wanted. Honestly, they were so busy "selling me" that they didn't have the time to hear what my questions were.

I came back to Alam. He had other people that he was working with and still made me feel as though I was the only person in that showroom!He literally took care of everything, even making sure my blue tooth was hooked up! The finance manager, floor manager, service manager, EVERYONE was equally friendly and accomodating. This is the first Honda I've owned and I love it!

Since I picked up the car Alam has e-mailed to thank me, called to check on me, and reminded me that if I have any questions he's right there. He made this an incredibly easy and happy event. It was as much fun as picking out my very first car. I've already told two friends to call him!

Service was quick and the Technician James came out and explained what was wrong and what was being done to fix the problem. Highly recommend Huntington Honda. I met Lorenzo Pugliese while my daughter was looking for a new car. She was having trouble deciding which way to go, lease or purchase. Lorenzo who was getting nothing out of the deal took the time to sit with us and to help her make the best decision for her. I was so impressed with Lorenzo that a week later I called him and he set us up with John Dumankaya who was amazing ! John was extremely pleasant, no pressure and a great sense of humor. My husband was in a bad lease deal that everyone told us we could not get out of. John got us out of the lease and got us into two new cars. And we had fun!!
I would recommend this dealer 100%. From the minute you walk in the door and through the entire process it was delightful. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I went to Huntington Honda over the July 4th weekend. We worked with Barry the manager and Josh a salesperson. We agreed upon a price for a car with Barry but he had to find the car for us. We called everyday since then and were told they had to find a car but that agreed upon price was still good. Barry is now on vacation. My husband and I went to the dealership tonight hoping to finalize the deal...............but the manager there now backed out of the deal Barry made. He said "programs" changed and it isn't worth it for him to make the deal anymore. This whole experience was absolutely pathetic. They are dishonest, deceitful and completely uncaring. Take your business someplace else!!!!

Not a very good experience.I waited 3 days for an appointment when I came in Sunday one man walked up without an appointment and was seen by a salesman the same time as me.There were not enough sale people.Marcin was my salesman he did the best he could i had to deal with 3 different salesman.So I think it's time to hire back the people you layed off.I was at the dealer ship almost 2 hole day and I saw that alot of cars were sold that weekend.When I tried to call the dealer on Saturday and Sunday after 12pm no one answers the phone both days I call sales service and parts.I had to call my friend that's a machine in your shop he answered he's phone and told me to drove down.Honda's are very good cars I'm very happy with my 2020 CRV.So now you need to get back to normal and I hope you hire all your employees back i have a another friend he's worked there over 20 years he is why i when to Huntington Honda and not Babylon i live in Lindenhurst so Babylon is closer to me.So I hope the owner and the new manager get there act together.Hire all your people back don't hurt the people that made Huntington Honda what it is today

I bought Honda 2014 EXL fully loaded on October 20...

I bought Honda 2014 EXL fully loaded on October 2013 from here. Process was seamless and everybody dealt with me during the purchase were very pleasing. During the purchase, I was given an option if I want to purchase extended warranty. I was kind of a new driver so I asked if I needed extended warranty or not. I was told by the Sales Person that Honda is reliable and may not be required, but just an extra precautions and peace of mind so it is up to me. I asked if I can purchase temporarily and cancel after doing some research. I was told that extended warranty only take effects after 3 years or 36K miles and can be cancelled anytime without any penalty/forfeit. So, I decided to purchase the warranty that time, which costed me little less than $2K.

After doing some research I came to conclusion that Warrantech insurance I purchased did not have good reviews and more importantly Honda buyers have fairly good experience on its reliability and was not recommended for extended warranty; so I decided to cancel it.

I have done one oil change which was free and done one State inspection which was also about $10.
Service is one of the best in the market and it was very quick. I really loved it.

However, during my last service I talked to the Account department and requested to cancel the extended warranty and issue full refund as promised during the purchase. Unfortunately, I have been told that I can not cancel the warranty without penalty and in case if I decide to cancel, I would get only partial prorated amount. I am then told that I have already used the warranty benefits and can not get full refund, but when I asked what are the benefits for the first three years and what I have been used so far. He did not have answers, after looking some papers for couple of minutes, he then told there are no benefits for the first three years and the warranty only takes effect after 3 years but I could only get the prorated amount which could be about 25-30% of what I paid. Are you kidding? I wanted to talk manager or Sales person who dealt and lied to me during purchase, but they were not there.

I have referred at least 5 friends who bought/leased Honda from this dealer and I also need to buy a new Honda for my wife very soon, but it is very unlikely that I recommend any of my friends or buy any new vehicles from here anymore. I have scheduled service appointment next week, and hopefully I can talk to the manager about this and come back to update this review and continue the business with them.

It was pretty apparent that because I wanted to pay cash without financing your salesmen were not enthusiastic about selling to me. I walked in with an open mind. I was flexible and my budget allowed for many of the cars on your lot. Yet I was shown one car and told by Noel "we don't have anything for you." I asked for another salesman. I spoke to James Jin. Apologies were made but I was treated essentially the same way by James. I asked to test drive an 08 Scion (there was no key for the scion )and a red huundai. I was told someone left 100.00 deposit so I couldn't test drive it. Seriously? I patiently asked James if he would notify.me when the buyer decided. I was never called back and the car is still on the lot. I was prepared to pay cash and as soon as I mentioned I didn't want to finance I was basically shown the door. I'm making sure that this policy will become widely known. Your team dropped the ball on a big way. I an happily driving now so it's your loss. I suggest you give your salesmen different incentives to make a sale. This was blatant and obvious and I am insulted. I wouldnt do business with Huntington Honda unless there were major changes.

They will negotiate with you to reduce car price but will not tell you the APR until later. When you go to sign, they will give you an unbelievabley high interest rate to make up for the negotiated price. Basically, they will make you believe that you're getting a deal, but in the end, they take their profit on interest. Overall, I've gotten much better prices from Hillside Honda and Nardy Honda in Smithtown. Huntington also makes you come in to get the deposited amount back as initial hold deposit. Horrible experience. Will NOT recommend this dealer to my friends. They sure know how to do business, I guess.

enjoyable and I highly recommend Johann Santana a newly hired salesman.

His demeanor, enthusiasm and knowledge about the different models belied the fact that he is new to car sales!
