Wonderful customer service.
Andy was very helpful.
I showed him the armrest on the inside Of the drivers door and he took a picture of it and of my VIN number so that he could look up the right part and color.
He immediately ordered it and set up an appointment however, the day that I did show up the part had still not come in however I came back the next day which was not a problem and it was installed in less than an hour and the technician did a beautiful job.

He also have the technician look over the rear struts and shocks as I have always been complaining since I purchased the car that it always had a bumpy and rough ride.
Both he and the technician looked over the car again and said this is how that year of this model rides.
I ve been complaining about this since I purchased the Accord.
Never been happy about it.
But I must say the customer service is always very good and honest!
