I had a really good positive experience here and I was treated with respect. I loved my salesperson Desiree and I would have bought 2 cars from her if I could. I do not know her managers name but he was lovely as well . I would return anytime.

They do not accept their own service special when they are busy. Who does that??

Leigh Charity was the most helpful sales person I have every used. She sat with me in the my new car and showed me how to do everything. She even called me to see how the new car was. As far as Bob Hertzka as the finance manager he was a very kind gentleman. The whole Huntington Honda staff is kind and friendly. I would not go to another dealer to buy a car. when you have the best why go any place else.

Took my 2011 Honda Accord in for service and selected Major Scheduled Maintenance (F) Service as it has been over 5 years since I got service done. Worked with Andrew and he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. For the oil change, I had requested them to use the oil and oil filter I had purchased which I left in my trunk. Andrew said they would but after the service was complete which took a little over 2 hours, I noticed my oil and filter still in my trunk untouched. Other than that snafu, everything else was supposedly done.

Went in looking to buy a 2018 Honda Civic si and was ignored for 20 minutes (maybe due to me being young.) I asked to look at the car and test drive and the sales person told me they didn t have any cars available because it was the weekend and asked if I wanted to test drive a crv saying it s a Honda they drive the same . After that i walked out and looked up the nearest Honda (Atlantic Honda) ask for John. he fought with me for a good price on a new Honda!

If I could give more stars, I would! Such a wonderful experience and such a nice nice salesman! Andre was absolutely the most patient and knowledgeable man! I just got my first SUV and I LOVE IT! I was a little intimidated to drive it home and Andre actually drove my car right to my doorstep. Can you believe that???? Then he sat with me in my driveway and went over some of the features again. If you are looking for a new or certified used car or truck, RUN yourself down to Huntington Honda, but you absolutely MUST ask for Andre! And if you plan to finance, Charlie got me an AMAZING deal. We had paid for a lease deal, but had a simple question about a documentation fee as at the bottom of the page it was mentioned as optional yet they were charging us. When we asked the manager, Nelson Rivera, question he angrily snapped at us saying, "That's part of contract, cancel the deal and get refund, you don't want the deal don't take it" imagine that but yelling, and you can understand our situation. Really bad service never going there again.

Some good people (Like Hassan the sales person) but terribly managed processing. Was there over 3 hours just to pick up a new car. Others I spoke to were there well over 4 hours. They try to push everyone to talk to their finance person so they can push additional ad-one like extended warranties, etc. I rate the salesperson as 4 stars. Management and processing a 1 star. And a zero for trying to push more cost items even when they were specifically told thaT I wasn t interested.

Great experience and great prices! I was able to get a great deal and the staff is super accommodating. The process is simple and easy. When you re there, go and ask for AK. AK did everything to make sure I had the best deal possible and that everything went smoothly from start to finish.

10/10 recommend and I would do business here again.

I had an appt for an inspection and it was done faster than I expected. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Went in on Sunday to look at getting an Accord, and ended up leaving Monday night with a new car! Great experience, super easy to deal with this dealership. I came into Huntington Honda with really low hopes of being able to be helped out giving my own situation, however the Salesman Carlos made everything go so smoothly and was able to get me on my way with my new vehicle. Definitely a salesman I will be recommending to friends and family

I had a very very bad expierance with Huntington Honda. They sold an Audi A4 to my wife at their Huntington certified used locations
Negotiated the price of the car and my payments. The finance guy in turns tacks $10,000 on to it and my wife didn't read it. Shame on her for not reading it but shame on them for taking advantage as well.

Now this $10,000 is haunting us and the sleazy used cars saleman sterotype lives on.

We went back to trade it in and they had to gall to tell us the car is underwater. Yeah we know. We only came back to see if you would bad mouth the person who sold us the car. Which they did and I promptly told the sales guy what happened.

Hope the blood money .. sorry commission was worth it.

While the sales person Eric was pleasent and professional, the entire process was ALL day,from 11:30-closing time which is 6 on Saturday...Theres seems to a breakdown of this process of purchasing a car at Huntington Honda which was arduous and dysfunctional !! This process made my car buying experience less than what it should have been. There's alot of hidden fees that you dont see due to the fine print and i mean very fine which can be misinterpreted.
Ive called Huntington Honda in reference to a cover for trunk and have yet to get a response which tells me it was all about a sale which Huntubgton Honda got and not about custoner service that should continue well after my purchase.

My experiences here on the service side have been positive. The staff, from write-up to cashier are friendly. The waiting area is small, but clean, and I did not feel pushed with respect to recommended service that I had the option to decline.

To lease a car or buy a car in the United States there is something that happens every second. Since I came to this country I have been changing cars like somebody changes shoes in another country. In my country, which is Chile, you buy a car and you celebrate with the entire neighborhood. Until now, century 21, still it's something very special and important. Now, guys like Andrew Popkin make, from this whole operation, something special. Today, working with him through the window of the car, I remembered those very happy moments back home when I purchased my first car. Way to go Andrew Popkin. I have always used Huntington Honda for my services. They're very good about being on time with appointments made and I have never had to wait long for the services to be done. If the wait was long, I was told beforehand. It can be pricey at times, but they never fail to make the money spent worth it.

My sales representative was very professional and had great customer service skills, but Bob the business manager is very bitter, he ran my credit a second time after I said no and requested a refund of my deposit, he needs to exhibit some decorum and how to speak to individuals regardless of decisions made.

It was my first time getting a car and the staff made it really easy for me. Great customer service and no pressure at all, which made me realize I made the right selection. Very happy with my Honda CRV. You guys are the best.

Able to wait for oil change with appointment. I didn't have a coupon. They gave me one so I saved a few bucks. Nice waiting area.

After leaving a message 3 times for the general manager of this dealership to call me back I have received absolutely no correspondence. It just goes to show how extremely unprofessional this dealership is. I have had to contact corporate 2 times based on complaints. This dealership sent my key home with somebody else...and their service manager (Justin Kirk) was VERY disrespectful and did not help in any way whatsoever. After their incompetent worker sent my key fob home with someone else, they asked me to take their shuttle service home to get my spare key and then wait an additional 40 minutes to reprogram the key... INSTEAD of making me 2 new keys on behalf of their mistake. When I asked them to make 2 keys, Justin replied: "Did you do my inventory here? What do you do for a living? I don't tell you how to do your job, don't tell me how to do mine." "We get 100 keys every day in this place its not a big deal that we lost it mistakes happen you shouldn't be upset" and walked away from me. It was a huge inconvenience for me that day to spend 2 extra hours at the dealership, I had to cancel appointments I had for the day when I dropped my car off so early! Everyone in the dealership that day, even their own workers behind the service desk, were appalled at the situation and consistently applauded me for remaining calm even though I was at the dealership for an extra 2 hours when I only needed an oil change and NYS inspection. I received NO refund, even after another manager called me and said they would issue a refund...which coincidentally the next day he was not able because "the ticket was closed," Which I learned from corporate they should of been able to give me a refund no matter what because of the situation for BOTH services I received. Instead I was given a coupon to come back for an oil change. Which I will not be going back until I can return the car and would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone for any service (especially since you can't even trust them to hold onto your key!!). I have called countless times to speak to a general manager, as corporate told me to, however, no response. I assume the general manager doesn't care about how his customers are treated. Don't waste your time at this dealership. They could use a refresher on how to treat customers, especially when they are in the wrong!

BEWARE! My wife leased a 2015 Honda Accord Labor Day weekend during a big sale event. After 2 days of having the car, noticed front fender did not fit correctly like the passenger side. Turns out, car had damage under fender and was touched up with paint by somebody, before I bought it. Now Dealership says I'm responsible for cars bodywork, since I accepted car . Didn't realize you have to go under a car and check for previous damage when you lease a new car. Dealership wants nothing to do with problem. Going to Small Claims Court now.

My family and I have been buying hondas through this dealership for years, I went in there the other day interested in the new Civic Type-R. The MSRP on that car is $34,775. Huntington is charging $49,995.. with no interest in negotiating a price with me. Disappointed.

Sales team of TeShawn and Jordan did a great job of getting us a new 2020 Civic Coupe EX in black. Devoted time to getting the deal done and kept in constant contact via phone and text during the process. Went to bat for us with management and finance to seal the deal. Mike in finance also did a great job of finalizing the deal working with management and Honda to get us as good a deal as possible. TeShawn, Jordan and Mike are great people to work with. If you go there, ask for them. They ll work with you and work fast to get the deal done. You won t regret it. TeShawn is not your average salesman, he s a cut above.

From given the guy my keys when I dropped off my car to literally EVERYONE inside, there isn t enough start to show my satisfaction. Everyone was friendly and so nice!

Huntington Honda is pretty big dealer. They have two show rooms, one for new cars and one for pre-own cars. The sales man Lenado is really nice. I got a 2013 Nissan Rouge, which only has 4000mi, for 16000. Great price for a car at such great condition. Couldn't be happier!

you Buy a new car and then they want you to buy the extended warranty. But that s not all then there are extra more expensive levels and packages. Then you bring it for service and they want more money cause that service isn t covered under that extra money you spent on the warranty with all the extra packages.

We saw a advertisement for the 2020 pilot lease and couldn t believe the price 289 a month 0 down. We have been shopping for this suv for a while and couldn t believe the price. So we called to confirm not wanting to waste our time and they said yes that is the price. Went down there the next day and picked up our new suv. I always dread having to go to dealerships but My wife and I couldn t be happier with our salesman Arthur we felt no pressure even after declining all the extra warranties they offered us. I couldn t of been happier with our experience. Let s just see how the parts and service department is when the time comes hopefully they live up to the sales staff.

Basically they gave us a great deal on a used car(below market price) but then realizing they couldn t sell us the vehicle for the agreed price tried to screw us on financing. Claiming that a 790 credit score, down payment and the required $ amount for dealer financing only allowed a slightly lower rate than 7% and claiming that a $10000 loan would cost $250 per month. After investing loans from other sources that monthly payment really equated to an intrest rate of almost 19%. We walked away from the deal. They are dishonest sweet talkers bait and switch advertising ambiguity. Stay away. I woul$ have given them a 0 rating if I could. ( The main reason I questioned the loan is because I had done a few loan rate checks before hand and NON CAME BACK WITH A RATE OR PAYMENT THAT HIGH)

Huntington Honda was great, this is my second time purchasing a car from them the sales and service team are excellent. I worked with Marcin in sales and Julio in finance, both worked with me to find a car with the features I wanted with in my budget. Marcin took the time to explain all the features and capabilities of the new car and insured the purchase experience was both smooth, timely and enjoyable. Julio had all of my paperwork ready before even meeting with him and was able to get me on the road very quickly. He was able to get all of the accessories I was looking for at an unbeatable price. A big thank you to Marcin and Julio, my family will be back again.

<Update>. A few days after purchasing my new Odyssey I realized I left my MiFi in the old Odyssey I traded in. The minivan was no longer in their lot. Marcin immediately took my call spent the day tracking my old minivan down and and was able to miraculously recover my MiFi!!!!

I just got a brand new Civic this past weekend. My salesperson, John Dumankaya, couldn t have been better to work with. Easily accessible and easy to talk to. After a little negotiation, I m positive he helped me walk away with the best deal possible.

Customer of 15 years and 7 cars. Referred at least 4 friends that lease multiple cars from Huntington Honda.
After the treatment I got last Friday, business they will not see from me no more.
They think you are a fool and don t understand the contract and charges or bill of sale and will try to confuse you with the total of out of pocket.
The sales person who wrote us up(Alex?) also was not the one selling the car to me, so he had no interest of making the deal. It was more like punishment for him. He talk to us very rudely and just repeated all the time: I am just trying to help you when I asked for explanation how he get to those numbers, $2930 (when the deal is first month payment and DMV) he said: DMV, first payment, bank fee and taxes - pay attention, not the deal we agreed on. When I asked how you got to this tax, he said, monthly payments time the number of payments time local tax. Are you serious? Do you think you deal with stupid person, or you stupid? Do you know what you talking about? He could not and did not want to itemize the charges on the bill of sale, just the monthly payment and total due signing. I already gave him my credit card to charge us, but I glad he left it on the table.
When he want back to the sales manager, we just left... now, who lose the deal?
Be careful and read very closely what you sign on.
You lost a loyal client! We going to lease elsewhere with a better deal.

Huntington Honda Service Dept. does a great job keeping my older CR-V very happy. I don t feel as if I m treated any differently, than if I had a new one. I have a good service writer, who explains the importance of the repairs which is important to me. This makes me want to buy a new one there when I can afford it! They have convenient hours and a comfortable waiting area.

Needed a replacement seatbelt. I was informed right away that it would be covered under warranty. Once they received the part, it was installed in less than hour. Thanks again for A+ service!

I had my vehicle serviced quickly and professionally.

Everything was done correctly the first time.

Worked with outstanding salesperson AK and management to get us into our price range and get us into the car we were happy with.

No selling actually happens. They pull MSRP from website and that's it. No negotiating nothing. Certainly they will monkey with the loan / lease terms, which they get a cut of for selling it to you but there is no getting a good deal here.

I have probably bought or leased 20+ cars in my life and Huntington Honda was tops in every category including not acting like sales people, but customer service people. I called and made my appointment for two things. A low beam headlight out and service airbag light which came on. Explained how I was going on a road trip and needed both fixed. Brought my car in and they had it for over 5 hours, finally I called to check in to be told they couldn t even look at the airbags, I would have to bring my car somewhere else and that I could come pick up car the head light was changed. Pick my car up and drive home. Later that night I get in my car and my car beeps at me to tell me my low beam is still out and whatever they did my car is now beeping every 20 seconds for my low beam. I drove back the next day for them to fix it again! For them to tell me that it also can t be fixed that day. So now I m doing a road trip with a low beam out which is beeping every 20 seconds at night. Not happy-

Went in for service. They offer late hours which is convenient.

Waited four plus hours to pick up my car and no one showed me how to use the different functions of my car. I had to set up apple car connection myself
