Deal negotiations proceed smoothly but waited for a long time for processing the financing documents and other steps.
Good deal using an online coupon for a full synthetic oil change; however, I waited 2 hours for it to be done. It shouldn t have taken so long since I had an appointment. Other places do it in no more than 45 minutes!!
Found service and customer accomadation to be terrible. Felt like all they wanted to do was upsell me on other services. Would not use Huntington service

From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we drove our newly purchased 2011 Honda CRV away, we had a wonderful experience. Everyone that works at this location is extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Steve Berkowitz was our salesman. He was fantastic. He made the whole process easy. Keith (in finance) was also fantastic. This is our 3rd purchase at this dealer. And WE WILL DEFINTELY COME BACK when we need to purchase our next vehicle. And I have already recommended them to my very good friend who is also in the market for a new vehicle.
From the moment we stepped in our experience was wonderful. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who took our names. Shortly after we were greeted by Brayan. Brayan was awesome. He asked us a few questions to get a better understanding of our situation, and what we were looking for. We came in with a vehicle in mind for my mother in law and he assured us he could help us put her in a safe reliable vehicle that would give us peace of mind. Brayan was very professional and attentive, unlike many dealerships in the area that leave you waiting for hours at a time. He wasted no time in working the numbers with us an introducing us to his manager Barry who shared a great amount of information with us and work with us to get to where we wanted to be. Typically we dread the financial portion of the same but Mike made it very easy and quick. the My mother in law drove her car home the next day and is happy beyond belief. Thank you to Brayan, Barry, Mike and the whole Honda Family.
Over all hunting Honda made my car buying experience great. From the start Ray(might not be how he spells it sorry) told me that he was a truthful and honest guy and by the end he had backed that statement up 100%. At first Huntington Honda didn t have the color I wanted in the model I was looking for. But Ray ended up finding me the color I was looking for even tho it was in the ex-t model and not the regular ex I was happy because the ex-t was a little more up my ally then the ex model. Overall the dealership is great and I would say it s worth being you first and last stop when buying a Honda.

Prior to walking into Huntington Honda, I had visited a few other car dealerships and was continually frustrated dealing with the same type of intimidating and aggressive salesmen. I was so pleasantly relieved to finally be approached in such a friendly, courteous manner by John Dumankaya from leasing and sales.
From the very beginning, I didn t feel any sense of him being overbearing or pushy in any way. He was nothing but warm, friendly, extremely patient and above all an absolute professional. John was incredibly knowledgeable about all the car models and features to help me in selecting the perfect car to fit all my needs and personal budget. Instead on dreading a purchase of a new vehicle, he made it a stress-free and positivity memorable experience.

I have leased 5-6 cars in my life all from different dealers. I must say that my experience with Huntington Honda was amazing. As most people may be able to agree with me on negotiating a car with a salesman is very frustrating. There never seems to be full disclosure or transparency and I ve always left with a car but also scratching my head thinking that I got taken a bit.
With Huntington Honda I felt that salesman Marlon Humphrey was not only friendly but went out of his way to be transparent and disclose everything I asked as well bringing things to my attention that I believe the other car salespeople I ve dealt with in the past wouldn t.
I left with a Honda CRV that s great but more importantly I left feeling great that I didn t get taken by a salesperson and that I now can lease any future cars with Honda and marlon and feel like a valued customer.
If you walk into Huntington Honda please ask for Marlon, you not only wont regret doing that but will be happy you did. You will find a salesman that is not short sighted about making one sale to you his goal is to be there for you that you will come back each and every time after when you need a car.
Personable, nice, smart , informative, honest are the traits I take away from Marlon. And on top of it the day I had to pick up my car he was suppose to be off until 2pm that day because he had an earlier appointment but he came in early (mind you I believe he lives like 25 miles away) to make sure I was serviced properly. So and accomodating too to the list of traits.

I had been dreading buying a car since April. All I kept saying was I cannot spend five hours in a dealership on my day off! I initially contacted Ben Canarick by email pleading to do as much as I could both by email and online. Ben was understanding of my situation, super efficient, and a sincere pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Ben to anyone that I know who is shopping for a car and doesn't want to waste time with back and forth nonsense. I woke up the other morning to find out my car wasn't starting and jumper cables weren't doing the job. I called up Honda roadside assistance and asked for my car to be taken to Huntington Honda to get fixed. I've seen many solid reviews and have quite a few friends who've only had positive experiences there. Less than 24 hours later I get a text that my car is fixed and ready to be picked up! When I showed up to get car, the service representative was extremely helpful and had a paper ready to be signed as well as my receipt. In and out within 10 minutes! I'd like to thank Jeff as well for assisting me and making sure the process was smooth and quick. I'd highly suggest Huntington Honda for any situation - Great service and honest, smooth experience!!

This place is like no other ! Always had bad experiences shopping for cars it s a nightmare the stuff we have been through. This is my second time back to back as a customer...no games ...no hassles .. no back and forth with surprise pricing or tricks. Abul is great...wouldn t go to anyone else, he actually makes it the best experiences by far. Our finance manager was helpful and great. Don t waste your time with other dealerships! I wrote a whole story and it disappeared. Not to rewrite it again. So in a short response I was very much overcharged for a service at Huntington Honda that, when I called three local Honda dealers to ask about it never heard of and one charges less then half for it. I did not tell them that Huntington Honda recommended it, just that I went for a state inspection, the car passed, but the provider of the service told me I needed this. There are other previously suspicious to things related to this f to I m them too. I called HH and they told me it was correct to do it and it is something new that other dealers don t know about. While debating what to do I got a call from the lady who calls after you have a service. She was in shock, as I always give them 5 stars! She took it very seriously and in no time contacted the service manager there and after I hung up I immediately got a call from my serviceman there, telling me that I would get the $100 back. I said, you did do something, the car is fine and it technically feels smoother. But the only one dealer! that does it charges only $199 and I wanted $200 back to equal this one dealers price. Immediately he said yes-we want to keep you as a customer - after 29!! Good Years!! I said yes! I went in today Thursday and I got the $200 plus sales tax back on my credit card. They tried a $200 credit from them, I said no, I want it in my CC! And I got it! My service manager repeatedly asked if I was satisfied and I said yes. I most probably will keep using them, but I am sure this won t happen again to me from them. I do and always have had an extended Honda Warranty so other things that I may need are fully covered. I always in the past found them priced good. I hope others who find something like this with them or others, talk up, check it out and hopefully get it done right in your favor!
Came here during the memorial day specials to lease a Honda Accord. My dealer Elijah was very helpful, informative and funny as well. He answered all my questions and concerns with honesty and made me feel at ease being a first time leaser. I picked up my car the same day! Would definitely recommend this dealership!

Wait time was horrendous when I had met and spoken with Honda sales and finance representatives for more than a week before coming to pick up my new car. They completely dropped the ball and bungled a pick up, which should have taken 20 mins but instead lasted for more than 3 hours.
