I won't say it was the perfect experience because ...

I won't say it was the perfect experience because it never is, and I won't say it was the perfect car because it wasn't, however, with that being said this dealership in my opinion is the best in Suffolk County for the following reasons. I dealt with Nick and he did a great job 10/10, he's a rare breed for car dealerships.

1. First, and foremost I wanted a Chevy Malibu. I think it's a better car, than the Honda Accord in terms of UX, tech & overall handling on the road. I really tried to get the Malibu but the sales people over at Hunting Chev just gave me a real bad gut feeling. They tried to push me into two different colors after claiming only one color was available the day before, not to mention they came down almost $120/monthly from what they originally quoted me at. Now this price was lower than the Honda Accord, however, buying a car is much like a temporary marriage, you aren't just marrying the girl, you get the family as well, and to be perfectly frank, the Huntington Chev dealer was not a place I ever wanted to deal with again, not even to pick up free money let alone go for tune-ups & oil changes.

2. Some car sales people think that talking for five minutes and they scurrying off to the back to "talk to their sales manager" is a viable business tactic, I could not agree less. As someone who is currently working a full-time job and taking night classes to pursue an interest/hobby, I don't have much time. Huntington Chev did not understand this, even after I said it 15-20 times. Their blatant disregard for their client, the person they called 12 times in four business days, was some what disgraceful. Babylon Honda listened. As soon as I laid out my situation and my time constraints they brought their A-game.

**** Current Score ****
Huntington Chev = 0
Babylon Honda = 2

3. I can't speak for other people because I am only me, myself & I, but something that really pisses me off is being interrupted. I understand if you're at a bar talking sports or movies or tech of what be you, that people can get excited to share their perspective or opinion, that is life, people are people. However, when you are giving a business your time, and you are explaining something, to be cut off, not once, not twice, but close to 50 times, that is downright verbal customer abuse. In case you are not keeping up with the current theme in this review, yes, Huntington Chev's appalling "sales team" barely let me get a sentence out before cutting me off. Babylon Honda, they waited a second or two to actually process what I was saying before responding. There are people who wait for their turn to talk (i.e. Huntington Chev) and then there's people who actually listen (i.e. Babylon Honda). Again, I don't/can't speak for anyone, if you get your giggles by being interrupted that is not my business, but as someone who has things to do, this was a big red flag, and a serious reason I went Honda.

4. The guys at Huntington Chev just gave me a bad vibe, very typical sales people. Babylon Honda, while it's a smaller dealer, the people seemed like actual people and not poorly programed JavaScript functions that need to be debugged every other day. Nick was very personable and easy to talk to in terms of what was doable and not doable.

5. Parking. This is the last and final point, there is no parking at the Huntington Chev dealer. They literally put so many overpriced Corvettes out front to show off, that their customers have to park at Stop & Shop and walk over. Is this is a big deal all things aside? Yes. It's a big deal because it shows you what kind of business Huntington Chev is running, they would rather try and showoff that make sure their clients are taken care of, downright telling right there.

*** FINAL SCORE***
Huntington Chev = -1
Babylon Honda = 5

RECAP: I won't say that this was the best experience of my life, it wasn't. But I will say this, I wanted a Chev Malibu, but Huntington Chev dealer was terribad x 20000, and Babylon Honda was extremely reasonable, honest, and gave me a great price.

I don't know who the woman is that answers the phones at Babylon Honda but she is extremely impersonal and rude. She doesn't even introduce herself therefore, I have no clue who I'm speaking to. Secondly, she doesn't even let you finish asking your question without placing you on hold or even asking to put you on hold. Thirdly, my call got redirected back to her at least 5 times and she doesn't even bother to say anything other than, "Sorry, the service center is busy." You couldn't say that the first time I called? She needs to be retrained on customer service and how you answer the phone. I didn't get my car for free the last time I checked.

I have a 2010 Honda Civic. After I was informed by American Honda that I had a recall on my passenger airbag inflator, I decided to go to Babylon Honda for the repair. Christie was my Service Advisor & she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She was so accommodating, friendly & informative! She went out of her way to assist me & I was so grateful for the exceptional customer service I received from her! She truly exemplifies what it means to provide excellent customer service!

When I was in contact with American Honda re: the airbag recall, I was asked if I had paint issues with my car (which I do!!). I have several white, cloudy & faded areas of paint on my trunk, roof, hood & right/left fenders. The agent told me that the recall expired in April 2017 (7 years from the original purchase date of April 2010). The problem is, I was NEVER informed about this recall! I am the 2nd owner of the car; however, I find it interesting that I was notified about the airbag issue & not the paint recall. I purchased it in Jan. 2016 & started having paint issues not long after. It was very disappointing to me that a 6 year old car looked so bad so quickly! Prior to this, I had a 2003 Saturn which I had for 12 years & the paint looked a whole lot better!

I spoke with Christie about this issue & again she went out of her way to assist me! She assisted me by having photos taken of my car & sending them to the District Manager for a decision on rectifying the issue. Though I truly appreciate what Christie did for me, I was very disappointed with the decision made by management. To repaint the affected areas, I was told I would have to pay $1,200 toward the job & Honda would pay the rest! I just feel that it is not fair that Honda expects the owner to pay anything for a manufacturing defect that Honda is responsible for! Furthermore, there should be more of an extension for the recall when Honda doesn't do their due diligence to inform the owners! It is very apparent that a good quality of paint was not used! Otherwise, this would not be an issue.

However, in regards to Christie's customer service, I was extremely satisfied!

Went straight to the Babylon honda parking lot for a honda accord sport on 6/4/2018 around 230 pm and one of the employees was showing a car to a customer so I asked him if the other closed parking had the accord sport so his answer was " you have to access with a sales person, we don't sale cars to ghosts , we don't know you ". SO THIS GHOST WENT STRAIGHT TO THE BAYSHORE HONDA AND 5 DAYS LATER I WAS DRIVING A BRAND NEW HONDA ACCORD SPORT 1.5 . PROFESSIONAL ETC

This services department over charges and prays on people who may not understand industry standards for shop work. They charged us $462.64 for an oil change and wheel alignment. This would put the labor rate at close to $400.00 per hour - more than a Surgeon. I called the next day in an effort to review this with the service manager and was dismissed by him saying "well you agreed to it" - Warning Watch The Package Pricing!

I am very unhappy my car is 3 years old, my battery has been replaced 3 times. The first battery after one year was still under warranty so there was no charge, the second battery failed again after one year and there was no warranty on the car but should have been on the battery, their answer was you should put more miles on the car. As I sat there for several hours I heard the service people tell others their problem was they put too many miles on their car. It seems the problem is always
the customer. A car battery that fails after one year is definitely crappy, 3 batteries in 3 years tells me to buy batteries elsewhere.

I purchased a Honda Fit Sport here in 2007. At the time I was inexperienced buying from car dealers and I wasn't up on all the tricks and gimmicks they use to make extra money on their customers. I wound up paying the sticker price on the car, which wasn't a great deal, but wasn't a travesty. The scam came when I went to the financing office. I had all three credit scores above 730 at the time and I explained to the finance manager that I was expecting a good rate on the auto loan. He assured me everything would be fine and offered me 3.5% for 60 months on the car. I agreed to everything and they said the paperwork would take some time. They sent me home and called me to come back later that night. When I came back into the finance office to sign the paperwork and take delivery of the car, the price had gone up by $3500. The finance manager explained that in order for me to get the low percentage rate he promised me, I HAD TO buy a warranty with the vehicle. Being in my early twenties and foolish I caved to his demands and wound up with a warranty I didn't want or need. Buyer beware. I signed the papers, my hand wasn't forced, but this place will get over on you if you aren't prepared to walk out the door on a bad deal.

I came here looking to buy a 2019 Honda Accord back in October 2019. We had a deal and the car was outside ready to go (plates on and everything). Then we had to do hours of paperwork with the finance manager. That's where the issues began. First of all, he tried to get us to sign off of documents we weren't legally required to. Then he told us our APR would be 6% yet when we skimmed through the paperwork, it magically changed to 8%. We ended up leaving because of the shadiness and decided on a deal with Huntington Honda. While they prepared my car, I noticed that the set of keys they gave me were different than the ones New Babylon Honda tried to give me. I realized that Babylon Honda was going to let me walk away with an AFTERMARKET REMOTE START for the car (which by the way gave the car salesman issues when he tried starting it). This place is an absolute disgrace.

This was my first time purchasing a car and I was so nervous and worried and didn t want to be taken advantage of. Phil Nociforo was the BEST the process went smooth and easy. I love my 2016 Honda CRV with very low miles. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. Again Phil thank you so much for your great customer service.

Almost one year and still waiting in refund in my policy ( extended Honda care and Tire warranties) cancellations. Every time there is new excuse.

I have been following with them for almost 1 year now and still not resolved.

Recently I went in and was told can not be done that day ( calling to setting up an appointment since then).

The best experience we could have asked for! Their customer service was impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure my family received quality service, a wonderful car and the best deal we could have gotten! We will absolutely be back for our future vehicles. Thank you Jesus and Tim!

Great customer service here at the dealership. I have been to other dealerships in the area and i have gotten a few bad vibes, but this dealership was outstanding, especially from my salesperson, Thomas Freyer. I first came in May to get price ideas on my lease for the civic ex-t, and he was very friendly, kind and helpful in exactly what i needed. I finally signed the lease papers this month, and in between he has kept in touch on price updates and even on how i was doing, which he didnt have to do, which goes to show he actually cares. Not only, he was very open to my price requests and gave me a deal i couldnt refuse with absolutely no issues. Without a doubt coming back to release in 3 years, and i hope Thomas will be able to help me again. 5/5

(Long, but worth the read.)
What a terrible experience I had with this dealer. The initial sale was okay but the follow-up sucked big-time. First off I had nothing but problems with the check engine light coming on - drop the car off, it's "fixed", drive it a few miles, light comes on: Repeat ad naseum. Ultimately it turns out a MOUSE had built a nest on top of the gas tank and chewed a hole in some plastic component. More waiting. Finally it is fixed.
In the meantime we had purchased a remote start from them when we bought the car, to be installed with delivery. It was, but being a technical writer I actually *read* the manual and it indicated a function of the remote start was to turn on the rear defroster. Great! Not so - they didn't hook it up. The dealer argued it is an option: I pointed out that word is NOT used anywhere and it is specifically called a FUNCTION. Still, Babylon Honda refused to honor their commitment. Ultimately they won the battle - I gave up, it was so tiring dealing with them - but lost the war. Unfortunately the car was totaled some months later - I was t-boned and had to be cut out of the car - and I REFUSED to even look at Babylon Honda again. In fact I tell EVERYONE I know looking for a Honda to AVOID BABYLON HONDA!!! I purchased the replacement CR-V from Baron Honda and have had good luck with them since.

It's my 2nd lease and I love it. Incredibly good and reliable cars. Plus the salesman was exceptionally good and helped me totally. Knew my likes and style. Found the perfect fit for me. Went out of his way to assist me in getting a fair price despite my poor credit. Friendly and good at his job....

*MUST SEE SALES PERSON THADDEUS!!! He was the best. I went with intentions of buying another car and he was very patient and understanding to all my wants and needs. We went out of his way to explain all the perks of each car and model. Even after purchasing my new Honda, he checked in to see how I was enjoying it and if I had any questions.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Babylon Honda service center. Though It did not go smoothly, nonetheless I must say the staff there, particularly Steve Ferchak, is very courteous and professional. Overall, it was a good experience as always.

Hello,

Hello,

I want to take out this time to sincerely thank Babylon Honda for recently servicing my 2009 Honda Odyssey.
I want to specifically thank Donna in service, for her professionalism while my car was being serviced.
Donna took out time to call me and keep me updated every step of the way while my car was being serviced.
She was very understanding with my situation, and really took the extra step to ensure I was happy with at the end.
It was a pleasure working with Donna, and I am very pleased with the way my car is running. After many years of driving Nissan. I am now a big fan of Honda, and I would not hesitate to recommend Babylon Honda to my family and friends.

Thank you,

Phil Harvey and Jesus Ramirez were amazing. They were thoughtful, caring and understood my very special circumstance. They made my request work seamlessly and quickly. They are the managers there and if that's how they treat their customers, I would recommend working with anyone on their team.

Had such a great experience!! I will definitely be recommending some friends and family! The process took a little long because of my situation but in the end i was a satisfied customer. Carl Taylor in preowned sales is such a great guy and went out of his way to make sure i drove out in a car I was happy with. Thank you so much Babylon Honda

We were at the end of our lease of a 2015 Honda CR-v EX. My wife and I decided to bump up to an EX-L model and purchase a low-mileage 2015 instead of going into a brand new vehicle or lease. From our first contact with Babylon Honda over the phone, to visiting the dealership, we were very pleased with the abundant supply of cars meeting our selection criteria and the friendly, no pressure interactions with Noreen (front-desk), Sal (sales), and Will (finance). The overall quality of car, price, and service sealed the deal.

All the negative reviews are true... I honestly thought it was a lie, and people were over reacting. I got multiple different prices. I even had the buy order in front of me. They attempt to nickel and dime you. Ethics are non existent. Pretty sad, go to another dealer, it s not worth the struggle here . Huntington Honda is closed. Less than 0 stars would be optimal.

After purchasing a used vehicle, things felt wrong with the driving. Took back ask to check out, charge fee to do. Not even a month having it. Rude representative. Was very upset when talking to man who sold me the car and he says " it's just a car!" LOL, he not paying the note either every month. Bad experience, should have went to Nissan who solved the problems with the car. Follow your mind!!!

My sales consultant Phillip, was absolutely amazing. He was super kind and honest. Ive had a really bad experience with a different dealership in the past and he made sure all my concerns were addressed. Great employee, great service. The owner of the dealership, Gary was kind and he made me feel welcome. 5 star experience over all.

I did not like this place to much. Went in looking for a si civic they had posted but car was not there, asked for a call back as soon as they got one in and never heard back from them. I did not have a good experience with there service department, they tried to NOT do work on my vehicle that was covered under warranty and had a very bad attitude towards the customers. Will not go back for service ever again.

Extremely disappointed wish the manager did their job and made sure the customers were treated well. Waited more than 30 minutes to test drive a vehicle and the guy NEVER came back with it . This is unacceptable and horrible customer service. If it was a free vehicle I would understand but it's not. Guess another dealer will be having my business!

These people advertise 10% below their sticker price to get you through the door, and diceptively fine print the 10% mark down not exactly at the very bottom. So a 22800 crv turns into 25000. Then try to convince you the told you over the phone. Go ahead, like straight to my face. Don't fall for them trying to discount the price with your trade in-thank you/no thank you for letting me have money for my own car. If you offered a real discount, you would have a sale. Don't waste your time.

Fred was great. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns right away. He gave us valuable feedback and perspective to help us make our decision. Will was able to assist us in our finance with the bank we wanted to use and made the process speedy and easy! He gave us great direction in picking an extended warranty that met our needs. Both men are assets to the dealership!

Reed, the service rep, has always been responsive to my car needs and personal situation. He was aware that my elderly mother was ill and made sure to get me in and out as quickly as possible. He is a superior, compassionate representative and deserves a raise, He also advises me of the car maintenance needed and lets me know if I can apply coupons (since I am on a tight budget). The facility is beautiful and a great place to wait. The staff has always been professional and courteous. One little note, please have napkins in the coffee area so people can clean up if there is a spill.

This review is being written by Denise Schneider, a new owner of a Honda Civic EX.

How lucky was I, the day I drove to the New Babylon Honda and Dana Wark greeted me at the door.

From that moment on, Dana guided me through the process of purchasing my Honda Civic.

Dana's kindness, guidance and expertise was really awesome. She was GREAT!! She has style, great fashion sense, people skills and very smart. She was also terrific at explaining how all the features work. Dana is the person you would want to help you find your dream car.

The financial team, also, did a great job!

The names of that team were Jose Abreau and Ron McDougald. Jose did a great job making sure we had all the information in regard to the warranties. He was very warm and friendly, and wanted to make sure we got the right protection for the car. He was very trustworthy!

Ron McDougald was the man closing the deal with all the paperwork. He had the patience of a saint. My sister and I asked many questions as I signed. Ron answered every question with a smile. He had a beautiful attitude. That is Very Important in this business.

I cannot close without mentioning Bob Mitchell who did my trade-in. He was awesome! He went over the car and explained everything to me about what I would receive. He was very warm, funny, courteous and did a great job. They are all true professionals who know what they're doing!

I would recommend that the New Babylon Honda is the place to go to buy your car. I am giving the place and this staff the highest recommendation!

Babylon Honda is a great car dealer. They are helpful and friendly. Dave and Luisa are the best. Always are there for my wife and I through every car purchase and deal we make. Very happy with our most recent purchase of a 2013 Honda Civic EX. There is no better place for all your car needs. Just go there and you will see.
Thanks again to Dave, Luisa, and everybody at Babylon Honda.
Will be back soon for another great car.

I'll start by I love my Town and country. The sales person was a great guy. That being said that's where the good things ended. First they sent my title to the wrong address and refused to get another one for me . I had to pay a second time for one. I got no jack and spare tire. 6 months to get a junkyard tire covered in grass and 1 year later still no jack! Thank god I paid in cash so they don't cash in on my loan interest.

After all the bad reviews I'd like to add my own. I just went on their website and filled out the get your special price certificate form only to get an email telling me someone will be contacting tomorrow with a price. Just another sales scam to get my info. This aggravates me beyond belief. Don't ask for my info on your website to give me a price quote only to have me wait until the following day to get it from a person I could have called myself without handing out my phone number and email address. Not a good way to start a customer relationship.

Steven Ferchak is a great asset to Babylon Honda...how he approaches to an individual customer and his guidance is very genuine. Individuals like him surely builds the long term relationship between the customer and the company.
I surely recommend this place and specially Steven Ferchak & his services. Great leader in this small town of Babylon!

Bought a CRV in 2011 and was very easy. Said I want to pay invoice plus sales tax and they said "ok". Only place with 2wd CRV's around too. Would go back when I need a new car. This place reminds me of Pastor Chevy in West Hampton, a low pressure, type atmosphere.

Avoid Atlantic Honda, it's the stereotypical high pressure dealership.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at any car dealership ! Couldn't get a straight answer on anything. Promised the car I wanted three different times but was offered a different color or more expensive model each time. Avoid the trouble.

Bought a 2009 Pilot there new, and I had an excellent experience. Got the SUV for the AAA price, and they threw in the roof rack cross bars to seal the deal. The service department has always been good to me. I had the front and back brakes done there recently. Maybe it's just me, but brakes and tires are NOT something I want to go cheap on. As far as the scheduled services, never had a problem. They've always done what was needed, and in fact replaced a battery that they thought was too weak even though I hadn't noticed it. On their dime. I actually drive past the Honday City service center in order to drive to Babylon Honda. The only reason for four stars instead of five is I think all cars are overpriced. I'm crusty that way.

I wasn t sure what I was going to buy, but Honda always seems to be an excellent product. I came in and dealt with Nancy and she was very helpful and accommodating . We sat down and talked numbers, and after a short negotiation we made a deal with the help of the sales manager John. Overall it was an easy and very comfortable transaction and I highly recommend this dealership . I prefer to keep my business local and very happy that I could buy in the town I live in.

Experience was excellent from beginning to end. Started as a truecar inquiry with Stephanie calling me back. She gave me enough information to get me in the door as I was looking to replace a Odyssey lease that I had from North Shore Honda (who were terrible). I had 2 months left and honestly did not want to deal with the previous dealership.

I knew exactly what I wanted so it was all about the numbers and the deal I would get from Babylon. Tom Freyer was excellent and got me everything that I needed including the right price for my new lease on a 2018 Touring model. They got me out of my previous lease with 2 months left and getting me into this new car was seamless. Getting a new car can be tedious and most ppl already did all the research on dealer invoice and MSRP, so it was nice to get right to a good price and a decent lease deal. Thaddeus also was very helpful with information on the vehicle. I was able to do everything in a very timely manner and appreciate all that Babylon did. I will definitely recommend to others and shop with Babylon again in the future.

WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GET YOUR CAR FROM THIS PLACE. As soon as you sign and get your car they do not care about you any longer. I had a bad experience with a sales manager there who was incredibly rude. Now I have had another issue with the service department. Honestly go anywhere else but here.

My quick statement (with more to follow) is to avoid this place at all costs.

I wonder if many of the good reviews of this place were duped or paid for fees that they just didn't recognize. I saw a 2014 CR-V EX-L on autotrader for an attractive price so I sent them an email and talked to a lady on the phone. I will not be giving names out as my intent is not to bring hate upon the individual people but to warn any prospective buyers of the business practices. I was then referred to a sales manager who I spoke to for a few minutes. All seemed well until he mentioned that the internet price included a 10% trade-in or down payment and since I didn't have a trade-in I would pay more. The final quote (excluding taxes and registration related fees) was ~$3,000 more than what they posted online.

I was surprised to hear of the change in price so I reviewed the entire autotrader ad-no mention of the 10% downpayment that was applied to the price listed online. I then went to their website and, sure enough, at the very bottom of the screen in the smallest text by far was a mention that the internet price included a 10% downpayment.

I simply don't understand this approach - I think it's extremely misleading to show a price that is not the price of the vehicle before taxes/fees/etc. It's even worse that the disclaimer is at the very bottom of the screen in very small text. I can only imagine that this doesn't give a good impression on customers (like it did me) to invest emails, research and time talking to the dealership only to be told that, contrary to the original posting you reviewed, the price is thousands more.

My approach is this - if a dealership is dishonest or unethical at the very start of the conversation, run away. You have much better options in terms of treatment from other dealers - I spoke with many others today, both in and out of state, that didn't play the trickery as Babylon Honda.

In my search for a 2015 Honda CRV EX-L I went to many dealerships and dealt with many salespeople. I have to say that Phil Nociforo was the most professional and pleasant sales consultant I dealt with. He understood my specific needs, he helped me find the ideal car (low mileage, single owner, no accidents, etc.) and he even let me take the car to a nearby independent garage to get it checked out., asking only for a refundable deposit. Try doing that at Paragon or Huntington or most other Honda dealers. You can't. I was treated fairly and respectfully by Phil and everyone at Babylon. I strongly urge you to give them a chance to help you find your dream car.

My family and I have been purchasing, leasing and servicing our vehicles from this dealership for more than 20 years. The service department has always been terrific, we have never had complaints with service, The purchase or leasing of our cars always seem to go smoothly. We've always left the dealership feeling that we got a fair deal. For the last 6 years Gary Schwimmer has been our sales person, for three vehicles. The process couldn't have been easier. Mr. Schwimmer has always been patient, fair and very knowledgeable with each transaction.

If there was a negative 5 star, I d give them that!! What a rip off!!! Extraordinarily expensive!!! Liars!!! When I told them I won t do the work 10 minutes after they told me the price, they lied and told me they completed 90% of the work and would charge me 90% of the cost!! Originally they said it would take 4 hours! I will NEVER come here again and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

No stars! I purchased a certified pre-owned 2010 Honda Civic in 2012. The only people to service my car was the Babylon Honda Service Station. They did all of my oil changes and inspections. On 8/31/2016 I brought my car to the service center because the coolant gauge was reading hot. I was told the wrong coolant was in my car. So, either they put the wrong coolant in my car or the car was sold to me with the wrong coolant. They drained the coolant, ( it should have been flushed) and said there were no leaks and they couldn't see anything wrong ($178.04). On 11/10/2016 I brought the car in for an inspection and they said everything was fine. The car was not used for the rest of November and December, while I was in Florida. I returned home for a week in January and could not start my car. On 1/10/2017 the car was towed into the service station and I was told the car was flooded. New battery, new spark plugs, changed oil, and PVC replaced. ($564.12) The car was then sitting for the rest of January, February, March, and April. On 9/9/2017 I brought the car to the service station and told them the engine light was on, the car dies after it starts and it runs rough. I also asked them to do an oil change. I was told that there was a misfire on Cylinder 3 but when they cleared the light it moved to other Cylinders. They said they could not find anything wrong and that I was probably putting bad gas into the car and they sent me home. A week later my car once again would not start and I had to have it towed to Honda service. Low and behold, the engine had to be torn down and they found that I needed a new cylinder head and gaskets because "I ran the car hot". THEY SENT ME HOME ON 9/9/2017 AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR! Now , the cost of repair is $4,433.85, but they were going to offer me a deal. Honda service would pay a portion, Honda assist would pay a portion, and I had to pay $1,251.45. Why should I pay anything when Honda Service kept telling me there was nothing wrong with the car. They could not diagnose the problem. Needless to say, I will never buy another Honda or recommend a Honda to anyone.

Best Sale Consultant...I was unsure which SUV I was going to purchase. When my parents & I walked in we were greeted by Thaddeus Brewer, he was great and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. Needless to say I left there with my HRV, thanks to him. He is great, I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a car or SUV at Babylon Honda

Positives: SERGIO handled the car sale with us and he was pleasant to work with and he helped us in getting a price that we were happy with. I would recommend you go see SERGIO. The other car sales folks seems nice enough (greeted you and acknowledge you when you had a question or seem at a loss - I did have moments where I felt lost and that the process would never end). Once we agreed on the price we went to deal with F&I (basically the people who work on the financing of the car if you are buying which was our case). Anyways, that's when it sorta went south. IT TOOK 2 DAYS TO BUY THE CAR. We also didn't get the color we wanted as it was a compromise for the car (this was not explicit but implied obviously) and the sales manager (the bosses of the sales associates) really pushed for us to buy the car and leave with it same day which didn't end up happening of course go figure (man, don't try to test our seriousness...I'm not at Target perusing for things I do not need, yall know what I'm talking about. I buying something functional and what I NEED). Anyways, waited a while for the financing and sat down on DAY 1 with ANTHONY who was also pleasant because PHIL was backed up. ANTHONY tells us the monthly payments and then we come back the next day as the car needs to be cleaned and prepped (if you do come here keep in mind that its south of the island and that its super close to the sea its less than 1 mile from the dealer (I knew more waiting was required so on Day 2 I bought my running shoes and ran down there and back) and once storms hit the area the sea water gets everywhere and into everything), so the car we noticed in the lot had salt water on them but that can be cleaned off (just so you are aware and consider this when coming here). I honestly had so much time to observe everything cause I was in there for so long and might as well shared this information with yall, cause that's the point of a review. Anyways on DAY 2, we are waiting cause there is only 1 person that is cleaning the car until another person came (YAY) and we have to sit down again to go over the financing this time with PHIL who might be the head of the finance managers if that's the structure because then there is a general manager /owner (we will get to that in a second). Anyways, with PHIL, he tried to sell us warranties which we were not interested in and this was too aggressive and too much, just too much my dude. I was pretty assertive and saying we need to move on and not waste time on this topic because honestly he could have saved time with us and used the time saved to meet with the next customers and do his thing. I understand you need to make your quotas and goals and make your money and well that goes the same for the buyer...so please understand no one likes when their money is f*ck with and its not only you with those feelings, plus everyone has different financial means, I am in a Honda dealer sir, I think you can guess what my means are and remember its covid. I have a lot more to say but I will reframe from dragging him because I can empathize. I do have to mention he asked where I was from and I said my ethnicity and then he mentioned he dated someone from the same race, which was totally unprofessional and irrelevant and I DO NOT CARE WHO YOU DATED SIR (how is this person gonna help me pay for my car?). I understand you are trying to build a relationship and rapport but it was already too late at that point (remember this was day 2 where I was still recovering from day 1) and then the whole pushiness with the warranty packages. WE ALMOST WALKED OUT OF THERE WITHOUT BUYING A CAR. On the GM or owner, what's going on? Why am I treated like this? Don't I deserve decency and respect for when I refuse, especially only I know what I need and want and have the means for? SEE SERGIO FOR YOUR HONDA, ANTHONY FOR YOUR FINANCE, BRING A SNACK AND BE PREPARED TO SPEND TIME.

Used vehicles are NOT the price advertised on website. Additional down payment required. Deceiving. The fact that "everyone else is doing that,'' as was said to me in sales, does not make it right. And, in fact, not everyone is doing it. Bad excuse.

Leased a Honda Pilot. Helped by Anthony Serpico. He was not pushy at all which I like a lot. Most car people are very pushy and demanding. and overbearing.
He explained everything very clearly about the car and the lease to us.
Gave us the best deal.
Very pleasant and trustworthy to deal with.
Very happy with car.
Will continue to do business with Babylon Honda and Anthony.

Walking into this dealership was by far one of the smallest but most impactful experiences of leasing my new car. I was welcomed like I was family and right away with no hesitation by recommendations from the employee Elias Nunez and obviously my choice I picked the right car. Test driving it was splendid due to the fact that the dealer was quick and descriptive on everything when it came to explaining the car. Felt like this was already my car, and the dealer was on point with everything. have already recommended this dealer & employee to various peers and will continue to. Once my lease is over you'll se me at Babylon Honda asap for another great price.

Bought a new Honda Odyssey Touring, from Babylon Honda today.
Second car purchase with Ron McDougald.
Working with Ron, Mike and his team was great, no games, no pushy sales, a great deal, and got me right out the door to enjoy rest of the weekend. I highly recommend using Babylon Honda, go there before you go to another dealer.
First review I have ever written but had to share experience.
