After visiting several dealerships, I came back to Huntington Honda.
My son and I brought a friend who is in the car business, he checked everything out - No gimmicks here. They are honest and trustworthy.
They had the vehicle, the price agreed upon was the price. Easy breezy transaction.
We were in and out in a few hours, I even got to drive the car home.

At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase. June was fantastic when dealing with my interest rate. He was able to get me the lowest rate possible (lower than I could've imagined). Vinny thoroughly examined my car prior to allowing me to drive off the lot. He ensured my car was clean and that all necessary documents/license plates were installed properly. Outstanding experience with Huntington Honda; when purchasing / leasing a car I don t want to spend countless hours going back and forth negotiating numbers - Huntington Honda Gave me a number that was $45 a month less than two competitors. I told them what I wanted and needed and they got me into an Odyssey at a very reasonable price.
This was also all done over the phone. Most dealerships won t discuss numbers until you walk through the showroom doors.
This is the second vehicle that we ve gotten in the last six months from Huntington Honda. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a new car.

Brought my vehicle to this dealership. The vehicle has continuous electrical issues 2016 Honda Civic. These issues were intermittent, and of course when taking it to Huntington Honda they were quick to blame aftermarket parts on the vehicle and charged me $150.00 diagnostic fee and was told by the head forman bring it back after removing parts I won't charge you another fee. Finally removed dash cams on the vehicle front and back hoping maybe this could be the issue, brought the vehicle back. No Re- diagnostic was done or documented on any paper work. Only issues that was fixed was a AC Condensor which had an open campaign recall and simply written remote start works.
Drove the vehicle for about 2 days my ACC Adaptive Cruise Control stopped working. Contacted the dealership and explained the issues and was told there will be another diagnostic fee if problem is not covered under the extended warranty which I have from Honda. My point here is they are quick to take the money and don't have any regards for any customer satisfaction.
I brought the car in with an operable Adaptive Cruise Control and left with it inoperable and was told another diagnostic will be applied. I asked to speak with the GM of the location and yet am I to receive a phone call from GM of Huntington. This vehicle was also purchased at this location. Just very poor customer service. Looking for any excuse to charge a customer.

Now for the big problem. This has nothing to do with service department. I was sold a car with a big fat lie attached. The salesman and the car sticker said MPG of 47 city and highway. That was one of the main reasons for buying the Hybrid. Truth is most MPG I am getting is 31-34. That is completely against my buying this car. It cost me more to buy a Hybrid but I don t get the benefit of a Hybrid. I already spoke to HONDA customer service and was given the old run around. This car is my 4th from this dealership and probably my last. I will also post this on Facebook and inform all my friends about this little/large problem.

Recently I ve purchased a pre-owned Honda certified used car (Civic 2010) and I had really a bad experience with Huntington Honda. After a 2.5 months of wait I've decided to write a review:
I went to Huntington Honda West. I took a print out of their online price and finalized the car. The sales man explained me the price break up and tax calculation in his hand written sales order, I signed the order and he took it the manager for final paper work and financing. After finishing paper work the manager called me to his desk and suddenly started showing up how much installment I ve to pay for an Extended Warranty . He described the thing as if the EMI includes the cost of car as well as extra warranty and the delta is very nominal (Actually the EMI amount of the car and yearly charge for that Extended Warranty was almost same around $259 and so he played the tricks to sell the extra warranty).
When I realized the Extended Warranty was costing me extra $1395, I decided to cancel it and submitted the cancellation form the very NEXT DAY of the purchase. He said it ll be cancelled within 4-6 weeks. But still I found there was some DISCREPANCY of $295 in the Final financed amount and the price in the sales order which the sales man provided me initially. He was trying to convince me that it s some tax thing and finally told me that it s because of Theft protection device in the car and that can t be removed or cancelled. When I asked why didn't he tell me before ... he said SORRY !!! This is even NOT the END of the STORY.
I used to follow up over phone regarding extended warranty cancellation status and every time they asked me to wait for 4 to 6 weeks. After 6 weeks when I visited the branch in person, after a long wait the sales man talked to me and informed that they DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CANCELLATION FORM because that manager already left the company (even though I submitted the cancellation form in front of the sales man and talked to him several times over phone regarding the cancellation status)!! That day I resubmitted the cancellation form and it s been total 2.5 months and still waiting for that money back!
Another horrified thing I discovered on that day. That another $295 discrepancy was actually an extra After Sell fee (but they never mentioned about it and it s not there in their website) and the manger never showed me that computerized final sales order and I didn't even signed that form. I realized it when on my request the sales man gave me that copy.
So please be extremely careful about these people, their tricks and hidden costs if you decide to buy a car from them. Also be informed that these kind of warranties can only be cancelled through the dealer, NOT by calling the insurance company!!!
Now Hoping that I ll get back at least $1395 if not another $295 of After Sell hidden fee.

Poor customer service will probably not return here to have my car serviced. Went to have the oil changed in the car and get a new inspection. Waited over an hour before I inquired as to the timing of when it would be done. I was then told that they were having a problem with the inspection machine and that it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. Why I was not told this when I checked in, I don't know. It took a 1 1/2 hours and then I had to wait on line behind 4 other people to check out. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service at this dealership. I will go out of my way to a different dealership if it means better customer service.

My husband went there with checkbook in hand ready to buy a $27,000 car for our daughter and was treated so rudely by Mohamed that we left the premises without making a purchase. We wanted to put more than 2/3 down on the vehicle and to finance the rest so we could begin to establish our daughter's credit, but my husband had a couple of general financing questions he wanted answered before we committed. Although the salesman was very courteous, each time he left to ask the finance dept. for the information we needed all he could tell my husband upon his return was that he had to put down a deposit to get answers to his financing questions. My husband made it clear for the third or fourth time that he had no intention of putting down a deposit and reading a ton of boilerplate contract language until his simple financing questions were answered and was ready to walk out. Only then did Mohamed (who was presumably from the finance department) finally deign to talk to my husband. He had a huge chip on his shoulder and was rude and arrogant from the get go. He kept talking over my husband because he just didn't want to listen to anything my husband had to say. He wanted to impress upon my husband how important and busy he was and how he has made thousands of deals like ours. He even insulted my husband and called him arrogant when my husband had the audacity to complain about his rude and arrogant behavior. We felt badly that the salesman lost a sale, but there was no way Huntington Honda was ever going to get a cent from us after Mohamed's incredibly rude behavior.

So they working but only to people who making the mistake of giving them business. According to Honda financial they need someone to call in and verify my vehicle has been grounded and that's sufficient for them to close it on my end and they will deal with the dealership when it returns to fully operational but they wont make time for it because they already got my money. 5 stars to salesman Sam and Huntington Honda. Had a great experience with my boyfriend purchasing my 2020 Pilot. We did the numbers over the phone and were assigned a sales rep Sam who was a total sweetheart. Sam was doing 3 other deals at the same time but still gave us his full attention. He did our insurance and had everything ready for us paperwork wise. Even though our insurance kept screwing up he kept at it and finally had it right. We did the final paperwork and Sam went over the car expertly. We were coming from an extremely old car but he made sure to go over everything that would be new to us and setup our phones. I've gone here a few times and I always leave satisfied. Sometimes people say not to go to dealerships for service, but frankly Huntington Honda has given me constantly better service than any mechanic I've ever been to. They aren't pushy and don't try to add on a ton of unnecessary work, their staff is friendly and their waiting room with the windows is comfortable. I also usually get out pretty fast compared to other mechanics.
When they were done with my car today I was surprised how smooth it drove, I bought my civic used and it was always a comfortable ride, but now it feels very light and it turns easier.

We booked an appointment in advance and still took over 3 hours for an oil change after being told it should only take 1. We completely understand if there Are staffing issues due to COVID, but don t our right lie about turn around time.
We also asked some questions about water in the tail light and they said not to worry about it. They missed this during the initial $950 over all check to the car, it s careless and proves they truly don t take pride in doing a good job.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The title of this review is Dr. Jeckyl and Mr. Hyde.
See, the first salesman took me for a 5 minute uninspiring drive In 2 different models and didn t even show me the model I really wanted. He was visibly frustrated by my indecisiveness. He didn t even bother giving me his card.
So, when I took a chance and came back, the owner came to me and was concerned about me wanting a different salesman so he claimed that he would put me with someone really trustworthy because he s old school and he believes the first rule of business is the customer is always right and the second rule is to go back to the first rule.
So, he set me up with John D. Who will from here on, be called, Mr. Hyde. He took my husband and I for a longer ride in the model I was interested in. He was very friendly... for now.
When I told him I needed to think about it, he coaxed me into staying. Obviously, he tried everything to sell me a car.
So, when I told him about my trade in, i misquoted the year of the car. I had bought my car in late 2016 but it was a 2017 model and I had mistakenly quoted it as a 2016.
So, he appraised it and told me they would buy it for $4k less than Another place had offered. Then he questioned me about other details of the car, like if I had Navi... which was insulting. I scoffed at that and told him I was not interested. Then, he said he would try to get me $2k more and like he did before making any decision, went up to that central desk to plot and scheme. He also pressured me into getting the color car they had in stock and threatened me that if I ordered a car, my down payment would be confiscated if I didn t end up taking the car. When I was about to walk out, he finally relented and told me he s give me $13k for my car because he didn t want to fuss about it anymore. I gave him a down payment of $1000 for the car they had in stock,
When I met with the financial guy, they remarked on my near perfect credit and then told me the best rate they could get was 4.1%.
This next part was very rushed and I did not argue or negotiate much because I was itching to get home after a very long day. The financial guy then rushed through packages and other things he said he would throw in as incentives, including door bumpers and splash guards. Then he quoted me a rather large monthly payment and made it sound good because he then took $10 off the monthly payment. I signed the papers and left.
Later that night, my brain kicked into gear. That monthly payment did not make any sense given the amount I put down. And, my car was not 2016! It was a 2017 and fully loaded and worth more than what I finally agreed to sell it for. I realized he HAD to have known that and he let me think he was doing me a favor. Moreover, the after sale accessories, service plans, and extended warranty were never flushed out, itemized , or explained. And! He never gave me my purchase receipt before I left. SO SHADY!!!
So, the next day, I returned requesting my money back. Dr. Jeckyl showed up today. He gave me the third degree and refused to give me my money back. Then the owner tried to tell me $1000 of aftersale accessories had been added to the car, so I was responsible for it. I retorted, oh, you mean the things you threw in? Then, they tried to tell me they found an interest rate of 2.65% through a credit union. I m not a member but he promised he d make me one! you can t make someone a member... of that we re possible, everyone would always do it. Then, I rehashed my story about how the salesman was dishonorable I m not sharing with me, my mistake about my trade in year and how they shoved all these packages at me without fully explaining the details. Then he went to go talk to his boss and stared, everyone has a boss, before offering me $50 less a month to keep the deal.
When I said No, they told me to go through the credit card company to dispute my down payment because they refused to return my down payment.
Worst experience EVER!
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HUNTINGTON HONDA!
