My truthfully answer is I will never shop there again. They got me for $270.,000 twenty seven thousand dollars and I paid them 20 thousand cash and have all the receipts We were buying a 2016 titan and they demanded the the money after a Finance issue Eddie got a mulitude of hard copies against my credit report and did not need . We decided to down size to a Frontier we called the salesman and he told us it was no problem !!! Needless to say but Eddie came over to talk to us we could not except the down size telling we were locked in on a contract. Not knowing the contract was a lie we were told to continue driving the loaner. So believing he was looking out for us. We gave twenty thousand and he never informed us we had a seven thousand rebate due to us yet He applied it to the monies we gave him
Now we go back from December 8 2016. We did not get the truck til January 28, 2017, we ended up trading it for a Frontier however it didn't get applied to our purchase. Nissan Charleston SC had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. We sure didn't.

Since moving to Charleston (2013), I have been a steady an dedicated customer of one of the BEST Nissan dealerships I have ever experienced. Ray at the service desk, is the "go to" guy, whois friendly, professional and makes sure you (and your vehicle), are treated respectfully and with immediacy.
Wesley & Marshall are outstanding second generation owners, who have ALWAYS made sure that I am treated fairly with dignity, and of course care about quality of service. If there was ever a need for an answer, they both were right there to share positive answers!

Very unhappy with my recent service at Hudson Nissan of Charleston. I made a service appointment over a week in advance for new tires. I specified which tires I would need, and also got a price quote. When I arrived this morning for my appointment they did not have my tires in stock, and had no tires for my car at a comparable price point. The only offer I was given was to wait until the tires could be delivered much later this afternoon, and was denied a rental car. The service manager was "not in" for me to speak to, and when I called to speak to the dealership manager I was sent to voicemail. Terrible customer service.
Steven and Nick in the sales department are awesome to work with. This is the second vehicle we have purchased here and will be a return customer. The service department is also easy to work with and get you taken care of as well.

I always have good service when I take my car in to be serviced. The people are very knowledgeable and they make sure you have everything taken care of before you leave. I love that they have snacks and drinks to keep you comfortable while you wait. Their shuddle service is great to...the driver is very friendly and will make sure you get where you need to go and get picked up on time. I have never been to a dealership that treats me like they do...

We were told in the morning that my husband's new leased work car was ready to be picked up. We arrived and they said that the insurance paperwork was not ready. Since it was Saturday, the insurance company was not open. So, we made the 40 minute trip for nothing. We could not take delivery of the car.
He proceeded to tell my husband he would drive it to his work place on Monday. The car did not arrive Monday morning as planned. Throughout the day there were a few exchanges. My husband was told he was with customers and that is why there was a hold up. Well, my husband was a customer as well. We like the Nissan product, but I would think twice before I actually purchase a car from Nissan of Charleston.
This is the best experience I ve had yet at a dealership. I was helped by Andres Morales and he was honest, understanding, and very easy to talk to. He actually took his time helping us choose the right car. Would definitely come back.
Was not good when it came to finance part of deal was told one figure on payments then changed when I got into office to close the deal not happy with that

Neither my wife nor I could get through on any of your telephone lines to make an appointment for service; Every time we come in for service there are never the same people there; Service took way too long.

Very friendly and helpful. They let me test drive a Pries and told me a lot about it. I really wasn't familiar with that car. They drive great, and there seems to be plenty of room for the driver. I thought it would be smaller. You have to test drive one if you think they are too small.

Going to car dealership is just as bad as going to a dentist long and painful, however the experience I had at Hudson Nissan was quite the opposite, you had your typical going back and forth and negotiating, your hard sells pitches and so forth that all comes with car shopping and you come to expect that. So when you walk away with what you feel is a great car and great deal that makes it all worth it. I left Hudson Nissan feeling great feeling that ingot a fair deal and amazing service. I trust the rest of my experience with Hudson will be the same in my future interactions with them. Greg,Terry and Adam were all great in helping me get in and out timely with a car and deal my wife and I were happy with.
I love and will continue to come here for all my car needs. Staff is extra helpful - I come in tow with a newborn and toddler and they always offer to help. The waiting area is clean and I LOVE getting my car back after it s been taken care of and WASHED. Prices always seem fair and I don t feel pressured to get the extras done ever.
I purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from the team at Charleston Nissan. It was a great experience. Communication was straight forwad, and I didn't feel pushed or pressured into doing anything I didn't want to do.
I purchased the vehicle from Utah and had to fly in to South Carolina to take possession of it. This all could had the potential to be problematic, but thanks to Melanie and the other good people at Charleston Nissan the experience was very pleasant. They even picked me up from the airport when I arrived to get the truck. What a great dealership!

I had a 11am scheduled appointment for what I thought was my 15,000 mile maintenance service only you find out 2 hours and 45 minutes later that they only did any oil change. An express oil change, he had the nerve to tell me. When i asked why I was still waiting, he said they haven't started the complimentary car wash yet. Give me my damn truck. Worst service experience ever. And no car wash.

Went in to have my passenger-side airbag replaced as part of a recall, and the staff was very courteous and quick. The job was done in just a couple of hours, even after they had been lenient with my needing to come in later than scheduled, due to a last-minute work conflict.
They also checked the rest of my car for any necessary fixes, and gave me a quote - but no pressure - to get the work done. A thoroughly enjoyable and efficient experience - I'll be back any time I need anything too complex for me done to my Nissan. Thanks, Jim and crew!
Ron Hannon was my sales consultant for my recent vehicle purchase at Hudson Nissan North Charleston. For a first time car buyer this was a seamless experience start to finish. I went to 4 different dealerships prior to Hudson Nissan and did not have the reception or straightforwardness Hudson Nissan representatives gave. Ron was not pushy for the sale and assisted to answer my questions to my complete satisfaction. Did not appreciate several employees during my experiences with Hudson Nissan of Charleston. Being stereotyped by an associate who assumed I could not afford my brakes being bleed and a filter ($450 max expense) offered to place me on a payment plan. I was highly offended. Second and FINAL offense was an employee calling me back after I cancelled my appointment demanding to know why I did so. After I explained, I was judged and ridiculed for choosing not to keep my appointment with Hudson Nissan. This made me wish I'd never purchased a Nissan in the first place. Grainger Nissan of Anderson was so much more pleasant and had much better customer service than this place. I will not be returning for services here.
Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Devan was my sales person and Jordan was my finance manager. Both made the process easy, streamline and even fun. The music while playing was a fun conversational piece. Devan made sure I got my rental car and my new car home and safely on the night of my purchase.
I had experienced a new vibration feeling in the car (first time CVT transmission) and I went back the next day. They were open but not open on Sunday (online showed open, door sign said closed but there was someone there.) While he couldn't help me that day, Tim was helpful in being pleasant and patient while getting the information I would need.
On the day I took to get car checked, everyone else was equally patient and helpful. Seth got me started with the service check and Danny took care of the rest as my Service Advisor. While what we expected the outcome to be was indeed what it was, I didn't feel belittled or put down. He explained that he would be more than happy to make sure all was fine for me. Gabby got me all set in a loaner car while mine was being serviced. While waiting for a quick second when I came back, Chris and some of the other guys (sorry, I didn't catch all of your names, but you were awesome too!) kept the mood fun while I was waiting to hear about my diagnosis.
The vibration I was feeling for about 2-5 seconds, while frequent enough but still intermittent while in Drive and stopped at a light was the AC condenser engaging and disengaging, apparently something a 2013 Rogue SV does. Danny assured me that all was well, that the condesor was fine, that this model does this and was given a clean bill of health. Got all paperwork done (and Danny went the extra mile and got me a copy for my records despite no parts needed/work being done) and off I went on my merry way.
Only downsides I experienced were that yes, while busy, my initial walk in to discuss cars and purchase options, I was not greeted in a timely manner. I've been in the hospitality industry for almost 12 years and greetings are something that are very important and equally ingrained in me to give and receive. I almost left to look elsewhere, but level of service soon after recovered the situation. Again, they were busy on a Saturday afternoon, but I saw several people that could have been like "Hi, welcome to Charleston Nissan. Have you been helped already... Somebody will be right with you..."
2nd thing I wasn't a fan of was the level of gas in the cars. I noticed during the test drive we were getting pretty low. Since hadn't gotten to the financial part yest, I dismissed it. Bought the car and it was getting detailed while I was settling up in finances. Once home, after getting the rental and mine home, I noticed that the I was left with 59 miles on the gas tank. I would like to think that after making such a big purchase, that I would have been given either a full tank or even up to a half tank (especially after A) buying said car and B) buying extended warranty). Luckily I live close that it didn't make a problem but if I further out (say Summerville), that could have gotten tricky. Something you might want to think about and honestly it has rubbed me wrong a little on this. I was very disappointed when it was enforced when I had the same level of gas on the loaner car as I ended up putting more gas in because the system lit up on the computer screen that I was low on gas as soon as I pulled out the lot to go back home for awhile. So between filling up my rental car to return, the filling up of my new car and a couple gallons in the loaner, it's definitely added up. While I understand not wanting to put too much gas in and letting it sit and settle, I would think a littttttttttle extra care would have been nice.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and the level of service I've received.

Very disappointed!!! I purchased a used Tahoe on 6/18/12(Sales- Michael Moss). I was told there was a second key and a remote. My wife had to return the following day to have the vehicle cleaned and at this time she would be given the key and remote. When she returned the remote was given to her and the key needed to be found. Michael told her the seat couldn't be fixed that day and she would have to return onThursday. He would call her within the hour with the time. He never called. So Thursday, Michael calls my wife and asked where she was. My wife told him she was on the way down. Michael Moss told her she was told to be there by 10am. He never called and told her anything. He then told my wife that there is no second key. At this point, I took over for my wife and called Mr. Jordan( Sale Manager). I told him what was going on and how unprofessional Michael Moss was being. Mr Jordan told me he would personally take care of this and that there was a second key cause he was the one who did the trade on the vehicle. So after days of promises of finding the key with no luck..... Michael Moss calls me today(6/28/12) telling me there is no key. I told Michael he owes me a key and he tells me basically he owes me nothing and he never said there was a second key. Thats odd, the Sales Manager knows that there was a second key. Now I wonder where or who might have this key????? I called Mr Jordan today and told him how I feel. He told me he would take care of it again( we will see). Still have rude sales and no key. Its a shame since, years ago my wife and I tried to buy a vehicle from this dealership and had problems then also. We gave it a second try and it failed again. My father was in the car business in this town(35 years) and I am a native to this town with 90% of my family here. I will also tell them my feelings on this dealership. My best advice, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING AND SIGN NOTHING TILL ITS IN WRITING!!!!!!!!!! They are not your friends!
My friend and I stopped in to buy a vehicle and we were treated like family. Pressure free. Syed helped us narrow in on what we were looking for while keeping us in our budget. We had trouble finding insurance and he even helped us shop around to find the best insurance rate. Finance was smooth. Beware!!! They had a car at a good price on CarGurus, so I contacted them to see it. We made an appointment, and throughout the day of the appointment I was on the phone with Leroy and his manager Joe, exchanging text messages also. At no point did they let me know that they don't have the car, until I got there for my appointment. They claimed they've sold it an hour prior. I was lucky, as I live 10 minutes away, but I want to make sure that people who drive hundreds of miles, being lured in by a good price on CarGurus, think twice before they actually decide to get on the road. Not realiable, be very careful!
If you decide to buy a car from them make sure you ask for Charlie Bodine! He was a pleasure to deal with!
All I can say is that my family and I will never, ever use this dealership or its service department again. We bought two vehicles from the former Morris Nissan and our last one from this one. The last three times we brought our Pathfinder in for service, the person supposedly working with us was never there or couldn't be found during most if not all of the appointment. We brought it in before the warranty expired to get work done, including our faulty lift gate, and were told that the latch system was "stuck" and they needed to repair another part that was under the deductible of the warranty. Surely enough, less than 3 months later the lift gate quit working again and when we could take it in, they THEN said the latch system needed replacing at 1000 bucks and they had "nothing written" about the sticking situation the visit before. I might end up spending 1000 on that lift gate but it WON'T be with this outfit. Horrific.
Tyler Whitman really hooked me up and I think gave me the best deal within what I could actually afford. It was a long process but he was patient throughout, answered all my questions and had excellent hospitality. :)

I had the PLEASURE of meeting Greg Gould today when I went in to test drive the Armada. I was hesitant and anxious at first, it being my first time driving a car that big , but Greg was extremely personable, kind, and so supportive. Bought a used Rogue at a different non-Nissan location. Needed some mechanical things done and the Rogue still had manufacturer warranty left. Hudson Nissan was closest so I made the appt. I had no great expectations. My service advisor, Jerry Hawkins, raised the bar, met all my needs and than some. I was sent a text with a narrated video by the Technician explaining all he found and what needed to be done. The waiting area was comfortable with many amenities, such as snacks, drinks, and TV. i elected to wait on the vehicle and I think the time to get all that needed attention was very reasonable. I have had many vehicles and have dealt with an equal number of dealership, & private service departments. Hudson Nissan Service rates a 10 on all counts in my opinion. I will be returning.
