I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima from Charleston Nissan. The salesman Mr. Garcia was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. When it came down to the price of the vehicle they did whatever it took to make it fit within my budget. The process was fairly simple. Even after the sale they call to make sure everything was OK. There was one small problem with the vehicle after the purchase and without hesitation they fixed it. Overall I'm very happy with the customer service and the whole experience.

After having to talk to the manager a few times it got straightened out but it was a big headache. I will say they did very well with dealing with as I did lose my temper a few times. After scheduling on line I called and referenced the promotion while explaining additional service I wanted to have done. I appreciated having my vehicle picked up for service and being returned after, but as per the promotion I was expecting to have my vehicle cleaned and due to the amount I spent $40 taken off my bill. I assumed these things would have been done and should have verified with my advisor before authorizing payment.

Charleston Nissan is the best! I was able to complete my buying experience in less than TWO hours, leaving with a vehicle that was far beyond my expectations, while still within my desired payment range! I have to give a huge shout-out to my salesman, Connor Sullivan! He was very friendly and knowledgable in helping me pick out my new vehicle, even going as far as to email me a personalized video detailing all the vehicle's features, as I live out of town.

Travis treated me with respect and when I told him what I was interested in, he didn't tell me about other cars on the lot. And while I cleaned out my old car, he took the time to take a special decal off my car. It spoke highly of his character. Travis Washington at Charleston Nissan really made our car buying process easier then we thought it would be. He went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle we wanted. Before we even came to lot Travis made a video of the vehicle we inquired about that took out a lot of time as far as actual time spent at the dealership. He had the truck up front and ready for a test drive before we arrived at the dealship. He was knowledgeable was very accommodating and offered alot of insight on our options. He was polite and friendly with our son and accommodating his need for conversation while we talked over our options. Other people who also helped in the car buying process was Mike and Kelley they also offered alot of insight and were helpful in explaining every step of the process so that we better understood each step of the way. Thank you to all of you who are part of our first car buying experience.And when we came back to pick up the spare key, we was greeted by the General Manager and was asked how are experience was and if we was happy. We are very happy. Hopefully I'll be buying my truck from here.

They offered me a ride from my location in Charleston. They gave us great drinks/snack in the lounge. They provided prompt, as promised repairs at the agree price. They provided a loaner so we could continue our sightseeing trip while the car was in the shop.

Jim, the guy who helped me was great! He was very very nice and very helpful. The service also very good but they did wash my car and when I picked it up, it looked like it has not been washed. It didn t matter too much because I was going to wash it myself but since they said they did it for free, I said sure. I wish I wouldn t have spent the extra time not having my car for a car wash when I couldn t tell that they washed it. Other than that, everything was great!

Great experience and great customer service from beginning to end. Justin was a great sales person. Highly recommend him and you should ask for him when looking for your next car. The car I was wanting to purchase was also getting ready to be sold by someone else. Justin made sure that the car was mine, secured it and did everything to make it happen. He made all the arrangements to have my car ready to roll when I flew into town. He made sure the car was prepped, gassed up and even picked me up at the airport.

I used to sell for vehicles for this team years ago and so when my folks told me they were looking for a mid range dependable vehicle I walked in with them. The process was seamless and I helped my folks understand the process. When I asked to be compensated for the referral for a vehicle purchase they laughed, agreed and actually sent me a check. I'm more than satisfied. I'm floored. Not because of the small amount of money but because my folks were happy with the experience and the good experience hasn't changed in all this time. As long as you're diligent in what you buy and how you buy it this can be a wonderful place to buy your next vehicle.

Insinuated we were liars, chastised us for wasting his salesman's time because we wouldn't agree to a crazy deal, tried to intimidate us, then refused to return our car keys so we could leave until we threatened to call the police. Took my 2016 Rogue in for warranty work on the front struts. Picked up the car and drove it back home approximately 21 miles and once parked in the driveway, the passenger side wheel, fender well and every other component up in there was covered in axle grease. For some reason the cv axle boot was either split or improperly installed. Dealership came and picked up the car and left us a loner until ours was repaired. I asked two different people to please make sure the grease and every other thing it got all over, was cleaned up. Picked up the car today drove it back home and you guessed it!!!! GREASE everywhere still. So I guess I will have to take the rim off and do it myself. Done with this place!!!!! How pathetic is it that a dealership can't even put the vehicle back together correctly or better yet clean the dam mess they made. Car shopping on Wednesday for something way more reliable than NISSAN!!!

Just moved here from NY and needed to find a dealer to service my 2019 Rogue bought in NY. I picked Hudson and I am certainly glad I did. I stopped in to see the place and see when I could get an appointment. I then met Jerry Hawkins service advisor. He was very friendly yet professional. He told me I could get the work done right now and it would be about and hour and a half. The work actually took less than an hour. The work was done perfectly and the vehicle was washed and very clean. Jerry let me know to call him whenever I needed an appointment. Needless to say my experience at Hudson was exceptional and I was very pleased. I will be back and I will definitely contact Jerry in the future, he made the experience very pleasant. I was worried about getting to the dealership to have a new battery put in and Mr. Jim in services was so kind and told me different towing companies. I was able to get someone to jump me off so I could get there and they fit me right in. He told me about the complimentary car wash and it made my day just knowing that they were trying to keep me informed and put me in a better mood. They were successful. What they didn't know was I was on the way to the hospital and they fully took care of my car when I was having a bad day and so much already going on. The last thing I needed was my car not working but they were so quick.. Thank you so much for helping me out.

I was unable to sign immediately and Daemion went out of his was to drive 2 hours just so I could sign the papers because of my work schedule. Service department was good, took care of my recall quickly and found a separate issue with electrical they fixed for free! Sales people up front and out in parking lot very pushy. They did not want to hear I was just looking, they insisted they could sell me a car, neverinf I was not shopping for a new car, just having recalls taken care of and wanted to walk around instead of sitting still in waiting room.

The service department is awesome. People always say "don't go to the dealer because they'll rip you off", it is a common misconception. Mr. Ray and the other service staff are very friendly and helpful. They were able to determine that even though my car was no longer under warranty, the specific part I needed replaced was! They literally saved me thousands of dollars by doing the extra research. I am very pleased.

I am from another state and will not be returning, however this is the best service that I have received from a Nissan Dealership. Definitely 5 star service. Staff was courteous. Explained the whole process in detail. Amenities provided by the dealership were excellent (Coffee, Wi-Fi, Snacks, Cell Charging Station, etc...).

Outstanding service from Charleston Nissan. I arranged almost everything online and over the phone before driving 150 miles to purchase a vehicle. I was a little hesitant at driving the distance in case the deal did not work out. By all means do not let the distance stop you from going there. I worked with four different Nissan dealers trying to get the best price on the vehicle I wanted (2016 Nissan Murano). I got a lot of fluff and run around with all but this one. I made an offer to Victoria Zinger through email, and within 48 hours, working mainly through email and over the phone we had this worked out. With that said it was probably 5 quick emails and 30 minutes on the phone. I believe the sales manager was Travis Washington who put the final details together on the price/payment. I can't remember all their names but from these two people, finance department representative, detailer, and the gentleman who demonstrated all the vehicle options I was simply impressed. Normally, it is a terrible experience to buy a vehicle with many hours wasted. Not here, I have a place to buy future vehicles and love Nissan quality and dedication to excellence. Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication in customer satisfaction.

About 2 weeks ago, we brought our delivery vehicle 2013 Nissan NV200 in to get checked as it was not blowing cold air. Charleston Nissan charged us nearly $2500 to fix. About 1 week after the vehicle was supposed to be fixed a sharp burning smell was sensed when using the air conditioning. The vehicle was brought back and we were told that it required another $500-$600 fix. When we ask why this is happening we get the following answer. "parts break" "that is what extended warranty is for".
