Did not appreciate several employees during my experiences with Hudson Nissan of Charleston. Being stereotyped by an associate who assumed I could not afford my brakes being bleed and a filter ($450 max expense) offered to place me on a payment plan. I was highly offended. Second and FINAL offense was an employee calling me back after I cancelled my appointment demanding to know why I did so. After I explained, I was judged and ridiculed for choosing not to keep my appointment with Hudson Nissan. This made me wish I'd never purchased a Nissan in the first place. Grainger Nissan of Anderson was so much more pleasant and had much better customer service than this place. I will not be returning for services here.
