Very unhappy with my recent service at Hudson Niss...

Very unhappy with my recent service at Hudson Nissan of Charleston. I made a service appointment over a week in advance for new tires. I specified which tires I would need, and also got a price quote. When I arrived this morning for my appointment they did not have my tires in stock, and had no tires for my car at a comparable price point. The only offer I was given was to wait until the tires could be delivered much later this afternoon, and was denied a rental car. The service manager was "not in" for me to speak to, and when I called to speak to the dealership manager I was sent to voicemail. Terrible customer service.
