We were told in the morning that my husband's new ...

We were told in the morning that my husband's new leased work car was ready to be picked up. We arrived and they said that the insurance paperwork was not ready. Since it was Saturday, the insurance company was not open. So, we made the 40 minute trip for nothing. We could not take delivery of the car.
He proceeded to tell my husband he would drive it to his work place on Monday. The car did not arrive Monday morning as planned. Throughout the day there were a few exchanges. My husband was told he was with customers and that is why there was a hold up. Well, my husband was a customer as well. We like the Nissan product, but I would think twice before I actually purchase a car from Nissan of Charleston.
