Bought a used Rogue at a different non-Nissan loca...

Bought a used Rogue at a different non-Nissan location. Needed some mechanical things done and the Rogue still had manufacturer warranty left. Hudson Nissan was closest so I made the appt. I had no great expectations. My service advisor, Jerry Hawkins, raised the bar, met all my needs and than some. I was sent a text with a narrated video by the Technician explaining all he found and what needed to be done. The waiting area was comfortable with many amenities, such as snacks, drinks, and TV. i elected to wait on the vehicle and I think the time to get all that needed attention was very reasonable. I have had many vehicles and have dealt with an equal number of dealership, & private service departments. Hudson Nissan Service rates a 10 on all counts in my opinion. I will be returning.
