We had a great experience at Nissan on Savannah Highway in Charleston, SC. Our sales rep, Oneika, was an excellent communicator, extremely personable and trustworthy, and explained the vehicle s features, etc. (we were interested in a Frontier). Christen, the finance rep, was professional and thorough. We had a great experience and would recommend this Nissan dealership to anyone who is interested in a great vehicle and great service! We also LOVE our new Nissan Frontier!

Both our service technician, Seth, and the manager, Ben, provided outstanding service. We found out we needed a few repairs that were very costly. Ben was extremely helpful in finding us the best deal and Seth's customer service was outstanding! We will definitely be back!

I live in Virginia and was traveling to see my son who lives in Mt Pleasant. About an hour outside of Charleston, my 2016 Nissan Rogue started driving poorly and would not accelerate properly once in town. It kept stalling. Once I brought it to you, Marcello Lombardi helped me. After a few days of not having a car, he provided me with a loaner so I could continue my vacation down to Florida and back. My car needed a new transmission and Marcello handled it all and did not pay a penny due to my warranty! Thanks Marcello!

I was with no hope to change my car, i thought it would not work for me due to my situation , until i went to Hudson Nissan in Charleston, SC. The staff were so helpful and made the numbers to work for me to accommodate my needs . They were caring, smiling all the time, and they took the time to explain everything.
I went to other places before and i quite felt i did not matter. Hudson Nissan in Charleston made me feel like a Star.
I left with a dream car, brand new and i am so happy. Even if i had not purchased the car, it would not matter, they were extremely nice and professional and i would return another time to try again. It was the best experience i had in a dealership and i hope they keep like that because i will definitely come back.

Daemion at Charleston Nissan was incredible to work with! Being that this was my first time buying a car, he made the process easy and comfortable. I am beyond grateful for the customer service of the staff and so happy they were my first and only stop! Thank you sooo much Daemion, the car salesman, and Eddie, the finance manager, for making this experience a great one!

Their service department has improved SO MUCH in the last 6 months. I was checked on, received a text from the desk, was even walked back to my car at the end, and they even called to check on me after. They also checked me in with an IPAD at the car, had an auto checker check the tires as soon as I pulled in. Give them another chance for service. Jim was great! Way to go to Tommy too!

I worked with Mr. Leroy and from start to finish he was nothing but helpful and polite! I was in and out in about 1.5 to 2 hours and that's including financing, adding insurance and all. They didn't have to run my credit a thousand times and I am in love with my car! Would recommend to everyone! Literally everyone!

Not impressed it took nearly nine hours to buy my new car which was absolutely ridiculous half the time or the guys in the office doing god-knows-what taking forever. Then finally when we wrapped up the car buying process it was 8 at night so they couldn't even have my car fully detailed or finish the Perma plate. They also didn't have the second key ready so I had to go back to make an appointment to get the second key and the car done and customer service lady told me that the car would be done by 5 p.m. the same day I took it in. The car was not done by 5 I ended up having to get a rental and then go back the following day to pick my car up. Which initially they were supposed to deliver to my job which no one ever did or contacted me to do so. So then I had to go back to the dealer at 5 p.m. the following day to pick my car up which still they didn't know where my car was and they had to redeliver my car to my house which also took about 45 minutes for them to get back to me about. Bought a lot of cars in my life. This was the worst exp
erience by far. I shoulda stuck with honda

Bought a new car last year, happy with it. Totally unhappy with the salesman who promised a free detail and wax up. When I brought it in at the specified time, NO ONE was there and I wasted precious time and gas. Called him and left a message, of course no response. Typical car salesman, like a politician, all talk, almost no delivery.

had oil changed and tire rotation a few days ago, had to wait for 4hrs, the new sticker for next iol change had 183k miles on it instead 22k.( 160 k miles deference how that can me missed. the bad part of it all its that today i have the tire alert and the oil and oil filter maintenance alerts on on the dashboard. Thank you hudson nissan.

it has been a few years since i bought a car and wasn t looking forward to it because of all the nickel and dime harassment at the last place a few years ago. hudson nissan made it a great experience from start to finish. i appreciate Greg and Kristen.both even followed up with a thank you and if i had any further needs with how to work my vehicle i thought was ingenious. thank you so much. i would definitely buy from there again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. About a month ago my husband purchased a new vehicle and put down $5000 cash. All the proper documents were signed by all parties, monies were received, and my husband drove off happily in his new 2016 Maxima. About a week later he received a call stating that someone had either "misplaced" or "failed to receive" the cash down payment and that my husband needed to come back in and pay the money. After telling them no, as he had already paid them the money when he bought the car, they then began calling and sending letters stating they would get the police involved, threatened to cancel the loan, and even called my husband's attorney stating that he promised to pay them the money, which he never did. Let's be clear on this, my husband paid the money and if it was missing, why didn't they notice it sooner? WHO REALIZES A WEEK LATER THAT $5000 IS MISSING?! What kind of business does not account for their transactions every day? Probably the kind the "misplaces" your money in their pockets. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS CASH MONEY. Actually, just don't buy a car from these people! HORRIBLE service. WORST dealer I've ever had to deal with. DISHONEST. Take your hard earned money else where!

Kinda blown away right now. I needed to get a copy of my title for my car. I made my first phone call around 4:40pm. I kept getting pin balled around to different departments and on several occasions was disconnected. At some point I was told that Travis was the guy I needed to talk to and they transferred me to a Denise phone vm. I hung up and called back and spoke with Shelby and told her I needed to speak to Travis and she said, "I'm looking at him right now, let me transfer you". She transferred to their Parts Department where I was asked to leave a voicemail. I called back and got another person and I told her that I was trying to get ahold of Travis and could I just leave my number and have him call me. 35 mins went by, no call. I called back at 5:55pm and was told that "the ladies in the Finance Department had just left and that I need to try back again first thing tomorrow morning".

Yes this really just happened. I hope a few of you are just as flabbergasted as me. Freaking horrible service. Guess I'll be showing up personally tomorrow ;).

UPDATE: Travis just called me back and said they had been busy today. He told me that I would have to get a copy of my title from the DMV. Why couldn't the many people that I talked to in this process told me that???

Customer service for service department is horrible. Do not wast the money on extra advantage program. Things never get done when promised. Repairs are blown off as there not being an issue. If they don t see it they don t believe it.

I am not sure if there has been a full staff turno...

I am not sure if there has been a full staff turnover in the service department but ever since the change from Morris to Hudson the customer service has seriously declined. To start off it took three days of calling and leaving messages to even get my service appointment scheduled. Then while there I payed for a $20 wash. After having my car for 55 minutes, totaling my overall time in the dealership to a little over 2 hours after the oil change, the detailed wash I payed for ended up being a poor vacuuming job to the front floorboards ONLY! The outside AND the inside were both still dirty! When I asked for a refund, I was escorted to the billing area where a young lady appeared but had no idea how to refund money! By this time, I was so frustrated I walked out, having wasted $20 of my money and 55 minutes of my time. I definitely will not be buying my next car for this dealership if this is the customer service i can expect from the service department.

I had my Nissan serviced here yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and informed me of all that was needed. An added bonus, I did not have to wait as long as I had anticipated for the service required. It helps to make an appointment. Thank you, Nissan and staff for keeping my car up to date on service.

Would recommend to anyone ! Traveled down from Ny state to purchased a used NV 3500 passenger van from them. Stephen Hardman took excellent care of us . He was honest and friendly. Everything was as he said it was on the van .He even went the extra mile and recommended interesting tourist attractions in the area for our family . Thanks again Stephen !

So before coming into this dealer. I negotiated a out the door price before deciding to drive to this dealer for a used car. Not a nissan by the way. After we agreed upon a deal which i was satisfied in which i decided to drive 8 hours from south florida to charleston. Upon arriving we started the paperwork. After two hours they noticed they made a tax mistake as the florida taxes weren't correctly inputed. Honest mistake. After reviewing the pencil we realized an unnecessary add on was shown of $1300. Its a non certified pre owned vehicle. This add on is not listed nor it was discussed. Honestly if this shady add on was removed it would have been a deal. Beware with this dealer. Do not waste your time here!! Very disappointed! See yelp as i couldnt place attachment on here!

Josh Laro, my Service Representative, went above and beyond all my expectations. My Frontier was damaged when I filled up the fuel tank on February 26th at a local Spinx station, which a tanker operator had accidentally filled the pump's tank with Diesel. Josh had the vehicle fully diagnosed for damages that occurred. Over several weeks Josh worked with adjusters from the Spinx Corporation and with an insurance adjuster that finally represented Spinx until final decisions were made and repairs were agreed upon. Josh worked to have parts ordered quickly and had my truck repaired as quick as possible, as well. At the time my vehicle was completed and ready for pick up, I had recently had major surgery, which prevented me from driving. Josh literally had my truck delivered to my home in order to help me get my truck home while I recovered. This entire situation was made easier to handle by all his work and made my experience much better for me during my surgical recovery.

Deceiving practices with initially undisclosed fees/costs, unfortunately. They listed a 2011 Murano CrossCabriolet on cars com for $9,629 and say that the "closing fee" of $629 is included in the price. When I was approaching closing I learn that there's a $1,300 "security package" that can't be removed (they install some protection on the car) and that closing fee isn't included in the list price, in other words - the actual price is roughly 20% higher than what they list online. Sales person was super nice, but the dealership practice is terrible.

My father Willie came here as a first time customer. He was helped by Will and Eric as a team. He wasn't able to get the car he really wanted but they called him the next day and said they found him the perfect deal. It was truly appreciated that they didn't give up on him and helped him find the best fit vehicle.
Also Kristen I believe (in the finance dept) was also pleasantly sweet and made him feel so comfortable when finalizing the paperwork. Thank you all for everything you've done for him.

The service department was great. From the welcome you get when you pull in the door for the drop off, to notifications and service advisors when you pick up the vehicle, the customer is always number one! What a fantastic dealership.
Steve H. in commercial sales and the rest of the staff offered very professional help when purchasing our vans last year and now getting the vans serviced has been flawless.
I continue to recommend Charleston Nissan for all your vehicle needs to everyone who asks about a car dealership in the Charleston area.

Last month I decided to look into trading my sedan for something a little bigger and with a few more amenities (but had a set budget to work with). I ended up connecting with Brad Braun at Charleston Nissan and he seriously went above and beyond any other auto sales manager ever has. He met with me multiple times, showed me many cars and was constantly on the look out for the perfect car for me. And he was never sick of me! Brad cares about his clients and it shows. Now I'm driving a 2016 Nissan Rogue SL with the pano sunroof I've wanted so badly! I would highly recommend going to Charleston Nissan as we worked with many helpful people there throughout our car buying experience.

The credit card charge of 3.5% should have been stated before service. The cost of service was much higher than the old Charleston dealership.
I appreciate being able to get an actual appointment for service, but completing the service was confusing for the employees.
