Very clear hotel portal and that without the lousy advertising strategies of competitor Bo .....
I find it very nice to be able to choose a hotel due to the location, the rating without any annoying factors such as "20,000 are looking at it right now and 10,000 have booked the hotel in the last 24h., Reserve the last room quickly". HRS dispenses with such irrelevant advertising and that's why I always book there.

I had booked a holiday home on the Mecklenburg Lake District through HRS holidays for 786.59, the landlord provided the invoice with 967.59. HRS has not shown the additional costs and according to the terms and conditions, the booking price includes all additional costs and deposit, which was not the case, so the holiday was 181 more expensive than expected! Contact with HRS by e-mail not possible, no answer, no help could be given by phone.
Therefore I cannot recommend HRS

When the HRS Deals saw a good price for a hotel in Cologne on New Year's Eve when I was about to book the price was suddenly changed.
He had then only been increased 3.5 times for this one night. All other deal prices have been maintained.

Customer service is impossible. Emails? Will not be answered even after two months of waiting. Phone calls? I am happy when I get through this hotline. Then you can count yourself lucky that you understand a word at all - that is not German (despite the German telephone number)!
Follow up with queries at the hotel? Does not happen. then I tormented myself for a few hours through the queue. It's a shame they couldn't help me. Now you sit firmly at this hotel (that a rebooking had already been agreed in advance) and can't do anything with it. But hey, thanks for the great customer service. Never again!

The incompetent customer service is more reminiscent of a suspending department and is not worth the term "service", although the fish here clearly seems to stink from the head. I think the employees in customer service are deliberately kept powerless and clueless. You get the same hesitant answers every time, only actions don't follow.

At first there was no report for months and due to Corona we could not start the trip and nothing will be refunded. I can only advise against HRS. Then I prefer to book through Booking or Expedia, they at least show customer service. Hopefully you will go broke!

But in this case, see photos, hotel accommodation for a double room is advertised at the discounted #HRSDeal for 65 euros per double room with breakfast. The deal is very current but not available.

I just wanted to book, but even though the deal and discounted offer is still valid for 7 days, there is no such price.

The cheapest price at #HRS is 90 euros per double room in the promotion and advertising. This price is not a deal or offer. Because for 90 euros this hotel is often available without HRS.

.Bahn.bonus points still not credited after four months. The second mail to the complaint not answered. In itself, good portal, but customer service and customer bans underground. One expects prompt credit and not only after eternity. Payback will also be credited after one week at the latest. One should not make full-bodied promises, if the implementation does not work out.
Addendum: I was not helped by the service. After I contacted the BahnCard service by phone, I was credited with the points. Four stars for the BahnCard service. Furthermore, none of HRS has contacted me.

All this in the corona period when there is hardly anything going on in the hotel industry. Outrageous!!! With every other normal company a matter of 5 minutes. With HRS a life's work !!!
