When the HRS Deals saw a good price for a hotel in Cologne on New Year's Eve when I was about to book the price was suddenly changed.
He had then only been increased 3.5 times for this one night. All other deal prices have been maintained.
On demand in the hotel it was said that HRS made a mistake at the low price.
HRS did not know anything about the price.

No one is up to his mistake and the customer is at the end of the looks in the tube.
