I am so happy with Dr. AILANANI and his staff!!! They are all so kind and helpful!! Dr. A. from the start doesn't treat me like a drug addict looking for my next fix (like my old pain Dr did). He treats me like a person who is in pain seeking help. He will SIT AND LISTEN to me (not run out when a 3 minute timer goes off even if you are still talking..old pain dr). He is trying so many things hoping to find the one thing to help! So far he hasnt given up!! He keeps coming up with new ideas to try. He is so knowledgeable and informative!!!! I am so happy I switched to Dr A!!! I dont dread going anymore lol!! I actually look forward to it!! Dr. A. is THE BEST!!

You want a lecture? You want Physical Therapy? You want a case Manager invading your privacy? Then go here! If you want someone to help you get out of pain? Do not go here. What a waste of time. They work under the DEA and they forgot how to help patients.

I have ALWAYS had outstanding care with Summit Pain Management. I have had injections in my back and they took my fear of needles serious and gave me meds to calm my fear and relax me. Dr. Tom, Dorinda, and Dr. Jason are wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Don't go here! To them you are a number and a cash cow!!!

I first met Dr Allinona when he was 1st associated with another Drs business.It was their 1st day of opening a office here in Peru In.I was their 1st patient there.The experience was great, Dr Allinona was kind,caring and treated me as an individual not some $ like some Drs are.When the Peru office closed and Drs Allinona and Roth opened Summit Pain Management, I followed them there.Its been a wonderful experience each time Ive been seen there.The whole staff is fantastic,caring people.very repectiful.I was in a car accident and as challenging as it was Dr Allinona and staff were there for me every step of the way.I love their honesty as well.Ive never had a negative moment with any of them.Im honored to be their patient as for long as I have been

Was a little anxious as have never had to take meds along time for pain..Dorrinda was awesome..I felt like she was family as she assured me we could get pain managed..Knowing she and staff pray for patients meant alot..I now go to Warsaw clinic it's easier to get to and staff have been nice there too..Going for injection today..anxious again..but hopeful hopeful it's for nothing..nice,clean professional..

The chairs in your office are nice but the they are difficult for elderly patients.The patients on walkers struggle to get up or fall backwards.

I am so comfortable with Dr. Roth and his staff. This whole crew has been nothing but helpful. Every visit I've had so far I feel completely welcome and cared about. The PAs and Dr takes the time to listen. My only bad experience has been wait times but it's all worth the wait when you are happy with your Dr and comfortable. Thank you to all the staff at Summit. I noticed all of you doing the best you can under the circumstances you are given.

This place is ridiculous. Expect a 1.5 to 2 hour wait for a 5 minute visit, and prepare to be treated like a criminal.

I fought back pain for 6 months, and went to 4 different pain doctors in Ft Wayne, and finally after listening to my wife, went to Dr. Roth. Dr. Roth is the most confident doctor i have ever met. Anyone who says their staff at Summit Pain Management is not professional or are rude, need to go to the other four doctors i went to previously. They are very professional and kind there. All of them. I highly recomend Dr Roth and his complete staff of professionals for pain relief. Thank you very much Dr Dan Roth, You are the best!!!!

I went to summit pain mgt. After spending a good deal of my time explaining what was going on and what other doctors did in the past.THEY ACTUALLY LISTENED to me and made the appropriate arrangements to get my back and leg pain addressed without me walking around in a daze. I truly appreciate a dr that actually listens and will do whats nessacery to address your problems. Thank you summit pain mgt

Very disrespectful and rude staff. The one star is only for the Doctor that I know.

I have been with Summit pain for over 3 yrs. Love these ppl. They treat me for what is wrong with me and it's working. The pain is under control. Been on pain meds for 19 yrs, had many doctors, some no longer practicing. These ppl treat me good.

The doctor was very nice and he even asked me if any other doctors had explained this certain condition(s) I'm going through & the Truth is, no other doctors did, but this doctor at Summit explained it to me and I am very Thankful for that. They all was very nice and understanding. Thanks & God Bless.

Dr.Roth has been great with me, helped me when no one else could figure out what to do. With that said, the front office staff needs to learn some , manners, compassion, and patient. They seem very irritated by their jobs.Not just to myself, but you see and hear it while in the waiting room. And the phone is never answered and if it is plan on waiting, don't call anytime close to 4:30 when they close you'll be put on hold and then you'll get the sorry our office is closed message after waiting for 25 minutes.

I have been treated with more kindness, respect, & basic dignity at SPM than Medical
establishment I ve visited and believe me over the last 35-40years I be seen them all! I ve been a patient of Dr. AAlinanifor the past 5 years & have gotten more help than from anywhere in the previous 30-35yrs. And I am almost completely off opioids! Very small dose compared to the mega-meds previously.
I just love everone here,they treat you like they honestly care about you, Duh... that s because they do!
As far as I m concerned, Dr. A is the Best Dr that ever lived!(no exaggeration here folks, no sir!)

Judgemental, discrimination, treated like a criminal. Been there? Need an advocate against doctor's Np's, Pa's that won't uphold their oath? Violation of your rights as a patient? Seeking justice? ******

My fiancee waited more than a month AFTER her doctor sent a consult to this disorganized flophouse for them to call her and tell her that they "weren't sure" if they were taking new patients. We're going to O.N.E..

I have been treated by Dr A for close to 2 years he and his staff are very caring and professional.

EVERYONE AT SUMMIT HAS BEEN GREAT. WE ESPECIALLY RECOMMEND DORINDA AND THOSE GIRLS IN MARION. THEY ALWAYS INSTALL CONFIDENCE, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS CHEERFUL & NICE. YOU ALWAYS FEEL RIGHT AT HOME!

awesome staff awesome people that truly want to help you live a pain free life, I would suggest anyone of any age to be referred to dr.roth he is a awesomely nice guy, as his nurse practitioner's.

The new building is open. They are still remodeling the extirior, as of Jan 2020. Also the parking lot is smaller and could use attention .
But the construction tralor and equipment is taking up some of that space.

Doctors so far have been very nice and understanding. The front desk staff could use a little more of a professional manner but other than that they have been GREAT!

I must say that I was very disappointed in the service. Especially from "Jason G", he was like a pack of uncooked spoiled pork!!!
One visit I sat in that cold room about 30 minutes waiting to be seen. So I finally got up to look out the door to see if I can find a nurse. It was very quiet no one in sight. I got a lil nervous so I began to walk around looking for anyone. So then I walk up the hall to a desk where I heard giggling. Well well it was JASON sitting behind the desk with his feet up on it crossed while one of the lying nurses stood next to him touching him and giggling too.. So I asked them who supposed to be checking on me today, Jason said he was. I was like I've been ready for a while now. Well they didn't like that so they created Lies so that I could no longer be seen there at Summit. He didn't half way know what he was doing anyway.
The one STAR is for the Receptionist that was trying to do her job.

Great staff at front desk the nurses and the Drs are great. Dorinda is a dedicated caring practitioner. It was refreshing to find someone who wants to improve the quality of my life and fight to find a diagnosis. My husband had been a patient for years & we never have had a long wait but once. The treatment is worth the wait so I was sad to read in comments about ppl walking out. It's a shame that it happened but so many people wanting the care offered there is a good sign. Thank you To Everyone at Summit for always smiling & the medical team that treats everyone as an individual. Being understood and listened too is a blessing. They take time with their patients so yes there may be a wait due to the idea they don't rush us thru on a conveyor belt.

If I could give a negative review, I would. My mother was a patient at this facility and they worked with her until she decided to go off the opiods. Instead of weening her off the medication, they prescribed a medication without getting prior otherization from her insurance company, who denied the meds..on a Friday. So my mother, who had been on opiods for more than 10 years, had no medication and no way to get ahold of the doctors. They then told her there was nothing they could do for her, prescribed the same medication that got denied again and told her she would have to go to a different place .so, because they weren't going to make money off my opiod addicted mother, they dropped her.

Thomas Straub PA and Courtney, his NP, are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can t say a negative thing about Summit Pain Management.

Actually it deserves no stars the service is awful!

I give them 0 stars I was a patent with them I had a back injury 24 years ago and I'm in pain 24/7 there a pain management office so I went to try and find a pain solution that was not a narcotic or opioid because I do now wish to take them and they said they would find something other than the types of drugs that drug Addicks are looking for. So Dr Roth give me something to try and say if this doesn't work let me know if will call in another medication to try so i did after 2 weeks the medication didn't help so I called in and ask if he could send the other after 2 days of back and forth with his office and being treated like a drug addick because I was asking to try the medication that is not the kind of drug ADDICK wants and the doctor "told" me to call and ask for. I got a call back and was told i could no longer be treated by there office and I was not even allowed to come pick up my medical records including the mri that wasnt even done at there office so i can find another doctor do not go to this office you have been warned Ithat will now take months to go through the process of finding a new doctor and may loose my job because I do not have anything from the office for work to cover my absence do to not getting the help they promised. DON'T GO!!!!!!!

Just recently started going to summit pain manag & have only seen Dr Thomas Straub excellent care & great staff.

Some of the staff are extremely judgmental and will treat patients discriminatory if they don't meet certain criteria. I was in a car crash and was already in pain, and have been treated by Summit Pain prior to crash for neck and back pain. I cannot be seen for 2 weeks from time of crash and because I am on house arrest for a DUI from 4 years ago, the PA's have decided that i dont need to stay home from work and community service to heal, and be seen first by my doctor before returning to physical duties, which is the way any person in a car crash would be treated. Yet I do not get that same level of care!! I am pissed!! Dr. Roth is Great, some of his staff; not good at all.

If you have any form of Medicaid stay clear. They kicked me out cold turkey because the rules had changed & they flat out told me that they had 300 prior authorization forms to do & they were not doing them. No medication for any type of withdrawal symptoms, nothing. It was my normal refill date. That was in October. Plus the front desk staff needs some brush up work on their people skills & some of the nursing staff need a reality check. They have been rude to me since & will not take me back as a patient. Medicaid will pay for my medication, they just have to do it in 7 day supply prescriptions. Wow, that is so hard to print those out & stamp the doctor's signature. I guess that is way to much work. I filed complaints against them & they have been keeping my medical records from being sent to other doctors. They won't accept my back because of those complaints. You are not supposed to do that but they do & are getting away with it, which is wrong. Dr. Roth is great, the rest of them on the other hand need to go back & learn how to act in a professional manner & the nurse that chewed me out needs to be fired. I talked to the supervisor, she didn't care. I was kicked out along with well over 200 other patients. So beware.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is nice .An the DR is very caring an concerned with his patients.

I was there just before Christmas Dr. Roth is great and listen even some of the other staff but that da I saw Jason on Lima road and refued to give me my meds gave something for opid addict. He was unpleasant rud and take bad and did not wait to listen I think it time to write to the next one up from himm

A few of the nurses need to work on their bedside manners. Rude, confrontational, interrupting, condescending...or worse: don't care. You'd think that they should have some compassion for people in pain AT A PAIN MANAGEMENT CENTER. Giving this place 2-stars ONLY because the actual doctors are kind, patient, empathetic and overall phenomenal.

Dr.Ailinani is great but one of the receptionist her name was Jessica she was very rude . Did not appreciate her attitude at all. The rest of the staff was great .

They treat you good and very nice people. I would recommend them to anyone.

The doctor I saw was willing to go into extreme detail about how we were going to tackle all of my issues. Because I suffer from a horrifying number of differing ailments I needed someone who could handle more than one specialty. The Lutheran clinic was terrible, they only wanted to crank people through as fast as possible and didn t want to hear about how pain was impacting my life. Lutheran didn t even follow CDC guidelines for interviewing or dose reduction. Summit introduced me to a wide variety of treatments that I didn t know about previously, possibly because Lutheran hasn t kept up on their training?

Ppl are rude n treated me like i was on probation wanted knw where i go what i do who im with had my first grandson n couldnt make it in n they were rude like i need to come in when they call

I have been seeing the doctors and PA's of Summit Pain Management for a couple of years now, and I couldn't be happier with the treatment that I've been receiving there. They are so kind and caring and always listen to what I have to say. On my 1st visit I was offered treatment that was never recommended by my previous pain management Dr in the five years that I was a patient there. I highly recommend them if your looking for a great team that will work with you and help find the best treatment options for you!

Very rude to me on phone! I called several times to change my apt. Couldn't ever get hold of anyone!

This place is a joke... people walking out. Staff is a lot to be desired. They don't want to help you with your pain.. all they want to do is give you these shots that never seem to work at all . It's all a gimmick. Cash cows at their best. Do yourself a favor and go else where. Zero help here. If your shot don't work they want to drop you. Well drop them. It will be the best for you.

I honestly love Dr Roth and his PA Tom.
This is about a pain pump. I just don't know what to expect at this point. As I'm still in the faze of programming the dosing of the pump. The surgery when very well. Refilling of the pump is painless.
I'm waiting to see the true benefit. It's slow going..... I'm just frustrated that my relief isn't faster. Maybe it's the nature of the beast.....

They have helped with my lower back pain, but it has done wonders for my migraines.

Good doctors who know their stuff. However read the fine print about their billing. One can end up owing thousands of dollars for 10 minutes of work, for the installation of a "free trial" device.

Dr. Roth is Amazing! He is very caring, kind, and has an amazing bed side manner! He listens well, and is extremely knowledgeable about all the meds and treatments out there. Yes there is usually a wait, but that s to be expected with a great doctor. Also considering they do injections in between apts. Also I love that they count pills, and drug test to make sure you are taking it responsibly. I like that they take those kind of precautions in a opioid epidemic right now. I never have any issues with that at all. I also love that they offer cbd oil at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Summit Pain Management!
