Bonus miles are unfortunately only credited after 3 months, so it is difficult to check. Control is necessary, however, because the miles will only be automatically credited for a few months, after which everything must be added by an HRS service employee, and then the automatic credit will work again for a few months. Emails are rarely or not at all answered. Terrible service !!!
