After my booking I had some accounting questions (accounting bills). I waited in the queue for 55 minutes .... and then I hung up .... All this in the corona period when there is hardly anything going on in the hotel industry. Outrageous!!! With every other normal company a matter of 5 minutes. With HRS a life's work !!!
