There will never be a booking through HRS again. I've never seen a company so unpleasant. At first there was no report for months and due to Corona we could not start the trip and nothing will be refunded. I can only advise against HRS. Then I prefer to book through Booking or Expedia, they at least show customer service. Hopefully you will go broke!
