Booked a double room (double bed) for single use. I received a single bed. Since the booked service was not provided and I still had to pay the full price, I turned to HRS. Despite two calls and several emails (one to the management), I haven't received any response in the past few weeks. That is a shame because as a business traveler I need a reliable hotel portal.
