For the second time in a row I have very big problems with HRS. Hotel rooms are offered that are not as they are offered when you call the support and we will contact you, but they will not answer you and will not support you. You promise me things that you don't keep and you hold me up, you try to put the blame on others and you try to sit it out and sneak money without having performed anything, this is my personal experience.
