For the second time in a row I have very big problems with HRS. Hotel rooms are offered that are not as they are offered when you call the support and we will contact you, but they will not answer you and will not support you. You promise me things that you don't keep and you hold me up, you try to put the blame on others and you try to sit it out and sneak money without having performed anything, this is my personal experience. I used to be Very satisfied with HRS, but unfortunately I am not that anymore, because there were glaring problems for the second time and I cannot solve it and you just try to suspend it. That annoys me a lot, even if you tell HRS that you can agree Contacting the consumer advice center doesn't help either, they just want to sit it out. I find that unsuitable and professional.
