Nice quiet resort to go with family or for a company gathering...beautiful nature to relax and enjoy

Comfortable place for those who want to rest and sleep quality. It & amp; # 39; s just that because the place is far from the crowd, if you are looking for food or other needs you have to go out far, because the shop at the hotel on Saturday, Sunday is closed

Very warm welcome and well served by all staff. We did both check-in/check-out by a male staff name ''Teguh''..pardon me if its the wrong name. He's tall and slim gentlemen. We were both very comfortable staying in Turi Beach, and really enjoy the near sea view resort. Just hope the TamingSari cafe foods can be more tasty. Others was almost perfect!

Very in need of renovation, room cleaning poorly, sheets and pool towels despite cleaning very stained. A la carte food very simple and inexpensive. Not recommended.

Had a lovely stay in the suite. Had dinner in the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant but food was just average. Requested for medium rare beef but it came well done, fried rice was very dry and turned crispy after being on the cooker for some time.
Breakfast was less than average.
Room service food was also average. Nothing special or particularly good.
We will perhaps stay in other hotels in town due to the food choices.
Spa was good but expensive, considering that we are in Batam.

Horrible experience.
Upon check in no body initiated to escort us or give us hands with the bags even though our room was quite far away from the main lobby which was like 3 floors different without elevator and plus 5 muts of walking. We had to asked for it after we realized it was not possible to do it by ourselves.

Room was not clean. Bed sheet was dirty with hairs and stain. Had to ask them to change.

I ordered the room service and asked them to clear away the dish when they visited our room to change the bed sheet. They did clear away the dish from the room but put it in front of the entrance outside and the dish was there until we check out.

Mosquito... never die. We used up whole can of insecticide but had to spend sleepless night with the mosquito. Got bites on the face... No control for the bugs.

A good place if u r in one of the Nongusa Resort...It is free visit for the resident, however, if u r not residing in the resort, u need to pay 1,50,000 Indonesia Rupiaah.....There are several water sports to participate....The beach is not too long, but has a restaurant, bar and store fun like wakeboarding, parasailing, archery, jungle trekking, tennis court for children and adult....!!!

good place to holiday and clear up our mind, your soul also. The food is delicious and fresh.

had the teppanyaki buffet for dinner. The spread is pretty decent however most of the skewered food were very dry and tough. Not the most appetizing. lamb chops Were very fresh and delicious though. As for their teppanyaki, they were frying their ingredients and noodles with spoonfuls of seasoning which turned out a tad too salty. Would not really recommend this restaurant for a meal

The staff are very uptight about the usage of their facilities and items. When you arrive. They demand payments straight before any usage of their facilities. When you go to the toilet (male). The receptionist asks a male staff to sweep outside the toilet to keep an eye on you to make sure you can't go anywhere before making payments.

When you go to the pool side and borrow a towel to use for swimming. The staff calls after you when you go to the pool side toilet to make sure you return their towels at the towel kiosk.

Only redeeming factor is that their atv goes in an actual jungle track since their area is a private area. Their watersports club also has skyboard.

They have free shuttle once a day to Nagoya shopping mall at 10.30am. The shuttle picks you up from Nagoya shopping mall at 4.30pm

I would highly recommend this resort, staff are very nice and professional,food is good, they have live music at night ,the bars and pools are divine! My only concern was the beach was not clean, very sad to see such a beautiful private beach be do dirty.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The massage provided was comfortable though the environment and waiting time could be better improved. Husband and I loved the room! We stayed in the renovated Riani room and were super pleased with it! The pools and recreational services are very basic though. The schedule on the website needs to be updated as well.

All in all, a good place to just have a chill and getaway. Popular seafood restaurants are 10-15min drive away. You could arrange for a grab or ask the receptionist to help arrange for transportation at a fee.

Peaceful resorts next to the beach. Very clean. Not a single fly seen. Great breakfast buffet and dinner BBQ buffet by the beach side.

It's good, if relaxing on pool or room is your priority.....beach quality is just ordinary, nothing wow....some beach activity are available though....walk down the jetty is good. Rooms are also fine with old antique look but cosy. However, my biggest disappointment was food and room service. Food is just okay. Nothing exciting. Buffet has variety but apart from one or two dish, everything else lacks quality and taste, Especially the buffet served for lunch and dinner. Room service is also very slow. Couple of times, I asked for water and it arrived hours later. Only saving grace is that water was not chargeable. Massage service is available, but is expensive. Overall, I don't think it's worth the money we spent.

Classy resorts in the city of Batam, the place is comfortably beautiful, clean and well maintained, breakfast is also varied and tasty, the swimming pool has 2 spots, the white sand beach is also available, wifi with free access in the lobby and surrounding areas, for wifi in the paid rooms.

The resort is dirty especially the pool. There is not gym facilities. Food is cheap

Great weekend getaway at reasonable price for great accommodation. If you like quiet beach, this is the place.

The beach is nice, the resort is also good. Clean. Friendly, friendly employees. Vehicle tires are quite extensive. The scenery is natural. If the sunny weather is very good to enjoy the evening

This resort is owesome. I came with very nice weather, and good ambience. I came on week end and feel like wow. Event service is quite slow. But its ok. Because we are not rush. Food is good just smell of ingredient still quite strong.

Stayed on Riani beachfront room and the experience was OK. We found a little mouse when we were as sleep. But the view, the sound of nature, the beach were great. I believed this is the best one on Batam. And we have access to the Nongsa Point beach as well, since it is one group with Turi.
The breakfast is OK, not that great, and I am expecting more on this 4star hotel.

it is on north east of batam, quite far, 30 minute from town, cozy place it is good for a family stay, there is a nogusaya restaurant which served profesional tepanyaki with a reasonable price, and variable menu served, the villas is facing ocean, water sport is available and alot of restaurant, beach and playground for children, swimming pool is clean. served chinese food too.

Very nice landscape. Don't forget to apply mosquito cream due to natural landscape also means including the mosquitoes.

High security maintain.. reception is really good.. beautiful view.. and other water activities are also available there..

Stylish Indonesian resort with well designed rooms and villas.

Room is nice but service is very bad. Food at restaurant is very expensive, not nice and staff is not friendly. We came for lunch around 3pm in a group of 6. They refused to let us join 3 tables of 2 to sit under the shades but insisted on making us sit at 2 join tables of 4 under the hot sun although we were the only guests at that time. As a result, 2 of my friends had serious headache after sitting under the sun for the meal. Moreover, our room is all the way up the hill and no staff offered to help us bring our suitcases up there by car. Yatch club bar was stated to open until 2am on Saturday night but when we came in around 11.30pm, staff looked unwelcome and saying it s last order time. Plus point is the room and pool are nice but don t think i ll come back here again.

One of the best hotel/resort that I have ever been to. Driving here could be a bit of a challenge. Cheap foods can be found within 15 minutes of driving. I do not recommend ordering from the hotel as its a bit expensive. Swimming pool is awesome. Great scenery!

Location is remote as its near the beach, its directly opposite Singapore Changi Airport. The beach/sea view is beautiful. Many grab or go-jek drivers do not want to go there, therefore in the end you will need to take a taxi for transport, generally between IDR130,000 to 200,000. The resort can help you to call a taxi, but the charge is very high (extra IDR 30,000 to 80,000 compared to grab/go-jek). The resort room is generally clean, except that the bed and sofa have some stains on them. The water heater stops functioning after using the water for more than 15 minutes and the toilet smells bad. We stayed for 3 days 2 nights in the double deluxe room on a very steep hill, walking up the hill takes a lot of effort. During the checkout, we called for the bellboy twice, but no one arrives even after 45 minutes and 2 calls to the reception, we ended up having to pull our luggage up 3 story to the reception counter. After returning the key, they also forgot to return my deposit of SGD 100. I had to show them the receipt to retrieve it. Very bad check out service. The check in service is also very bad, the reception forgot to return the passport to us after check in & the bell boy had to go back and retrieve it for us. Overall, the staffs are friendly but the service is very bad. As for the food, the food served during the buffet breakfast and restaurants are also very limited. They do not attend to you when you walk in during the breakfast, you have to look for them and ask for the culteries. They also do not check the room number, anyone can walk in and just take the food. Note that you have to look for your own seats as well.

I love the resort , It has a complete package with lot of activities. The place is cool and peaceful to spend your time for relaxation and fun.

The place, the location, the room, the pool, the food, the view, the nature, the service etc ... really make a variety of events / activities ... OK Family Vacation, Office Gathering Ok, Reunion Program OK ... just OK! ! What's more, the Honeymoon ... added OK !!

Clean resort and good service by the staff, could do with better breakfast of more Indonesian speciality. Don t swim in the sea... jelly fish luring around.

We enjoyed the hotel and the food was OK but the service really was poor. We made dinner bookings that were not captured so when we turned up we did not have a table, I organized a golf booking and you sent me to the wrong course without the correct hire clubs I requested. The checkout was the worst - we asked for the shuttle to Batam centre and we put on a shuttle to the Nongsa ferry instead. we then had to go back to the hotel and were running extremely late for our ferry and were refused a shuttle to Batam despite it saying in the booking that there was a free shuttle service. No apologies or anything - we had to book our own cab and it left a sour taste to the entire break

A good experience although a bit lacking in maintenance, hence the 4 star rating. If you're not deterred by a few beauty blemishes this place is for you. Great and friendly staff, nice local and international food selection.

The room floor was dirty, sticky ... the rubbish bin in the toilet wasn't cleaned, so a lot of red ants came out of the room as a result of my bite being hit by the big red ant. The most resistant outside the room, if it's at 5:00 a.m., thanks to the DJ. After walking outside all my family was battered bitten by the face of my feet ...

Away from the hustle and bustle of cities, it is half an hour away from the center and 45 minutes away from the famous Nicoya Hill complex

Turi beach resort is definitely a go to place, not once but again and again! Located right on the beach with the beautiful jetty, awesome rooms, neat pool and lovely staff it would definitely make you want to go back. Not to forget all the water sports right there by Cabana! Best part is they accept international credit cards.

Kudos to the staff who are always helpful with a BIG smile!

A few things to make note of:
1. Ensure you book your spa appointment prior your visit as they are mostly pre booked! And you don t want to miss the spa with all the walking, ATV rides, water sports etc.
2. Expect slight delay in check in specially with public holidays around.
3. No options for Indian food: this can definitely be improved as there are lot of Indians visiting the resort! Highly suggest immediate action:) by the management
4. Please ensure you book the right terminal if travelling by ferry- Nongsa Pura!

Nice place to relax. Lots of stairs though so not for the disabled.
