Awesome hotel, friendly stuff and reasonable breakfast. Unfortunately the beach was quite dirty (white filled trash bags and plastic bottles) but they have two very nice pool areas.

The number of mosquitoes in the resort is insane. My son got so many mosquito bites all over his face and body, even after applying mosquitoes repellent.

The quality of the food offered was bad. And the prices make it worst. With that kind of money paid, we expect better quality food.

The emerald pool is nice though.

A wonderful Indonesian holiday resort next door to Singapore.

All rooms in this sprawling resort rooms opens towards the Indian ocean giving a mesmerising view. The view is most breathtaking during dusk.

Innumerable activities are available at this popular weekend gateway. My favourite was the pool and the nighttime fishing at the jetty.

Further the staffs are responsive and sensitive to ones need. The food quality and taste is superb.

Overall if you are looking for a fantastic relaxing holiday, look no further

Great weekend gateway, good facilities, very kind staff and nice food. Everything was great except the beach, full of rubbish with no one seems to care. If you are a beach person, this is not a place for you, if you need some nice dinner and massage place, you will be fine...

Very relaxed resort, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent kitchen.

The rooms are not clean, they didn't change the bedspreads, the restroom was dirty, smelly and full of hair. A bad experience for me. High prices for bad services. We also waited around 30 minutes, for them to pick us up from the ferry terminal, even if is less that 10 minutes drive, they came and pick up a group, and we were still there waiting. The beach is very small, and mainly used for water sports, and it is not very clean either.

Service and scenery are pretty good. Love the beach is polluted. (There is asphalt or used oil on the beach that is difficult to clean).

Its great place for family and kids, played in swimming pool and beach.. All kids very excited..

Good place to stay and rest. Its not so crowded, and the service is good. Totally recommend fushion bbq buffer for dinner.

The teppanyaki grill serves excellent New Zealand sirloin.

One of a kind, best beach resort not only Batam, but also in the tropics. Majestic, Natural, Gorgeous, Secured,relaxing paradise. Once in your life you must go there.

Super friendly staffs, all willing to assist you when you approach them. Nice scenery, a great getaway from cities. Very relaxing!

The resort is by the beach and my travel mates and I went on the jet ski. The jet skiing experience was exhilarating and people should try. The prices of the water sports were generally expensive and the resort was located at a rather remote location. If guests would like to participate in water sports, they could get it at a cheaper price if they research online. The food at the Japanese Western restaurant was of decent quality but the portion was on the small side. Overall it was a good getaway but it is far from the best getaway one could get

Beautiful hotel, quiet and comfortable for holidays

There for water sports but tide was low, beach not open to public, need to pay to enter. Wasted my trip there.

Went to Turi Beach Resort and bought Couples Connect (packaged includes massage 60min, candle dinner at beach and bed decoration) for my partner's birthday celebration. The hotel was keen to cater to my timings and called to check on the bed decoration requirement. We own the place as it's a Friday (before weekend). The place is very clean, well maintained and swimming pool was nice. Security guards were very attentive to their duties although there is no much people. Unfortunately the famous island bar is under renovation but still accessible. Had a very spacious Tiara premier room facing the open seas. Candle dinner by the beachside was impressive and personal, which was wholely catered by a chef and waiter. The food was nice and the setup was pretty and personal. However feel that the room needs some touch up as electrical appliances and tiling are getting old. Overall 9/10 rating.

Turi beach resort is the most suitable place to fill your holiday, a comfortable safe place clean, friendly and satisfying service ... and also not too much in your pocket ...

The room is quite old, somtimes it has bug, ant...Food is not good.

They have a good private beach.
It's the place for watersports in batam.
A good place for a day or two to relax.
Downside is it's far from the centre. Food is average.u can try their cakes .

We had pleasant stay during our visit at Turi Beach. We enjoyed nice scenery for sunrise and sunset. Thanks for turi beach teams provide kind hospitality during our stay. Your friendly and approaching staff services provided to us really impressed us.

One of the best beach resort in Batam with an incredible atmosphere which is surrounded by nature and bird's. The staff's are very friendly and helpful and the rooms, foods absolutely clean and great. The price and amenities immensely great for what you pay for. Highly recommended for family outing and corporate events.

Had lunch at the hotel restaurant. Food was decent but service was slow.

Didn't stay here, but stay at nongsa point,so can't comment accommodation, 10 mins walking only. Nicer beach view compare to nongsa point.

Absolutely wonderful staff, elegant architecture and so very cozy. Came here for a weekend getaway and it's really a jewel. Will definitely come back here. All the amenities you'd want and more, and can't sing enough praises of their excellent service.

Beautiful beach except theres nothing much to do. Prices of food are comparable with Singapore cafes. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Yatch club has seen better days.

Its quite well maintained. We took the one day package. Priced at 360K IDR per head is a bit steep.
You get some good views though. The property looked expansive and quite nice

Really pretty resort. Water isn't the cleanest but the pool is really nice. Food is good. All around a decent resort.

Good location by the beach. Room cleanliness can be improved slightly more. Pool opening hours end at 5.30pm. Good service. Overall pleasant experience :)

I don't want to stay in the room ... Just photos with friends and playing billiards ... The place is cool ... Beautiful scenery ...

The view was perfect but not with the room. We rent 2 rooms. The 1st room had a problem with the electricity. We have to call the hotel engineer to fix it, but we still have the problem until check out. We can not change the room because they said the resort was full at that time..The bathroom is big enough but we have problem with the flooded floor for both room we rent.
The breakfast was okay but not much choice.
The staff was nice and helpful

The resort atmosphere is comfortable and the view is mantull. If you stay here you can get sunset & sunrise, it's complete ..

SImple resort of old. Kept up to date though. Has lovely sea views from virtually all rooms. On a clear day, you can even see MBS in Singapore. Very friendly and competent staff.

It's fun ... with a natural atmosphere ... unfortunately not with a partner ... just right here with someone in love ..
