Professional. Response time was under an hour for them to test and make an assessment. Then contact a third party that had installed some hardware. Constant communication with updates. Strong technical skills. Over the years we've used Bellwether and the caliber of individuals they've hired is impressive.

They are closed on Sundays eventhough it says here they are open 24 hours.

Techs respond quickly and are always able to solve my problems resulting in minimal downtime.

I have always found the tech support at Bellwether to be professional, efficient, and effective in identifying the cause of any issue I've called them about. Sometimes, it takes very little time to resolve the issue and resume my responsibilities. There have been a couple times that the issue has taken an extended amount of time to fix. The associates have been tenacious in asking a proper course of action to bring resolution. They have great communication skills, and continued to provide updates as necessary.
