It was okay. Honest to God review. A bit turi-sty but not a completely commercial resort.

A comfortable place to relax or have fun with loved ones , the swimming pool is clean

Location is great.
Service OK.
Food is not good.

Weak wifi in the room, only allowed 3 hours in Mega mall due to one shuttle bus timing. But relaxing and chill ambience, polite staff.

The resort is really tranquil and beautiful. We came here for the weekend, and felt really relaxed.

Positives:
- Amazing view and vibe, really relaxing
- Very instagrammable place
- Reasonably priced in-house food
- Shuttle buses to ferry terminal, and to town
- Friendly employees

Negatives:
- Not a whole lot of food options, so you have to be prepared to eat at the restaurants in the resort
- Only two in-house restaurants, and the main one tastes pretty disappointing
- The shuttle bus to town is very limited, it only goes once a day to a location at a fixed timing, and only gives you 3 hours in one of the malls. You can take your own transport back, but it's harder. 3 hours were just barely enough to have lunch, do a bit of shopping, and squeezed in a 45-min massage.
- During my stay, had an incident where the water became dirty and I was really upset as it was nearly midnight and we couldn't shower. They managed to handle and fix it though I wish they did so with a bit more urgency.
- The aircon setting is really not flexible: it's either really cold or nothing.

Despite more "negatives", I actually really enjoyed the stay, and will come back when I have the opportunity.

Awesome place....a resort to remember and visit again and again....greatly build touching the beach and a wonderful view to sunset....swimming pool with clean water and decent food... Lots of places to take photos....******do not go to beach water as it has oil spills in it******!!!!
Overall a great place for a two day stay!!

The beach is quite private, suitable for wedding and honeymoon

Awesome getaway for those who crave to hear the waves crashing against the shore and enjoy the view of vast waters.

Food here is not too bad, reasonably priced considering the extra cost to be incurred should 1 get out to the batam centre, which is a 50 mins ride out.

People here are nice and friendly. Rooms pretty well maintained, despite its rate of occupancy.

Spa here not too bad too, those coming on weekends/public holidays to do their booking early to avoid disappointment.

There are not many food choices and amenities nearby the resort other than the restaurants in the resort itself. Ordering a cab to the city is also fairly expensive. The good thing is the view and the scenary. It's gorgeous

they got surprisingly good massage in the resort, no need to travel to city for massage

Customer service was great, Room was also good and clean. The view is great with a view of the ocean and breach. The private jetty was a very nice place to walk at as well. They have restaurants and a spa onsite and seems pretty self sufficient

I love th view out into the sea. It's on a slope so get ready for stairs if you are at the breakfast area and you want to go to the lobby.

Nice place to escape from ur daily routine. beautiful beach and view, the room is quite big. but there are some thing i concern, the beach is smelly, because already polluted with oil from the ships. also, unfortunately, during i stay, i couldnt go to the jetty, due to renovation. hope can come back.

Recommended resorts because the facilities are okay

The facility is very niece with a great location. However it is not really suitable elderly people or mums with infants as there are lots stairs. There is a pick up service but you wait a long time to get picked up. The restaurant is poor with small food portions and expensive for what you get. Also remember the the price in menu is not including tax 11% and service charge 10%. Whilst I don t mind for paying a good meal this is very poor considering 5 persons eating meat courses were poor..On The plus side waiting staff were very pleasant.

nice hotel, needs to be remodeled, ac loud in the room, breakfast buffet is not good. There isn't much selection on the buffet and the food is very bland. Staff is very friendly and professional. Swimming pool needs to be redone or repainted. The place has a lot of potential but needs some work.

Stayed at the beach front Tirta wing. Really loved the view and environment. Rather quaint and peaceful. The BBQ dinner was fantastic as well, and the staff are friendly and responsive. Could use with more entertainment facilities though. A movie/games room (console games, board games etc) will give the resort guests more things to do at night, rather than sleeping. Island bar was under renovation so I can't comment about that.

For a quiet good holiday will be good, but not only 4-5 floor, it is difficult to go to the top, the hotel is located on a cliff. The food in the restaurant is not tasty and often use yesterday's food the next day. The hotel is far from the city. The sea near the hotel is dirty, the pools are nice and deep. Entertainment is there, but expensive for Indonesia.

Turi Beach Resort is very charming .. we stayed in the lgsg beach suite and the view is amazing .. the beach is clean and spacious .. the swimming pool is exotic and there is a modern ladder .. the service is amazing .. shuttle shuttle from the parking lot to our suite. . breakfast is varied and delicious .. Water sport is quite complete ..

But two drawbacks are not finding a gym, fitness center and you have to bring mosquito lotion ..

Mafia style Hotel:

The hotel has the monopoly of the taxis. Want to go to Batam Center, has to to use their taxis which are twice the price of grab (and +30% normal taxi rates). I tried to get a taxi from outside and the staff did not allow to the driver give me the lift.

Over all the view is very good, in Batam there is a view that feels like Bali knows.
It's just that the hotel breakfast menu is not recommended ne.
The check-in and check-out services are also not very impressive, maybe because it's crowded x y.

Turi Beach Resort is the best resort in Nongsa.
The place is nice with very beautiful view and you can have a romantic dinner there.
The room is clean with very comfortable beds.
The staff service is very good and the quality of the food is perfect.
But i think the price is expensive.

Traveling here even though it is expensive to pay, it's good to not have to come back, just come here it feels good

went there recently! amazing view and despite stories of being bitten by mozzies it was not the case for us. we did find 3 mosquitoes and a tiny spider but that's what you expect when you come in contact with nature. we kept the netting closed when we opened the glass doors. Love that we can wake up to such beautiful view in the morning! good for ppl who want to R&R.

Great accommodation for a chill beach holiday with in Batam. I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of service and quality of the food and drink there.

Highlight recommend the pina coladas there which were fantastic to have by the pool or beach.

The only negatives would be the poor wifi signal at the rooms (at least at our rooms). Otherwise everything else was fantastic and I would highly recommend spending a few nights.

Staff were friendly, room was clean considering it was a resort. The pools were very clean and beautiful. Jetty was insta-worthy as well and the view was breathtaking. Only cons was that some of the rooms were not very easily accessible, we had to walk up a few flights of stairs and a rather sleep slope to reach our room. No cutlery in the room as well.

Room is filled with sand and bugs. Amenities were a lot less than satisfactory. There s no shower curtain so when we shower it s wet everywhere. There s no floormate so our feet are always dirty with sand wet from water in the bathroom. The hotel staff speaks minimal English which is strange because it s a hotel. Staff should be able to converse with customers and take care of their basic needs. The hotel also double charge us on the extra bed and it took them awhile to get it sorted out. Waiters are not friendly and we have to call and waive at them most of the time to get the service. We expect more service and decent room from what we paid.

It is much more convenient to arrive at the Tanahera Terminal in Singapore than the Harbor Bay Terminal. (Operating shuttle bus) I stayed at Riani deluxe and the entrance is made of glass, and it's a bit of a disadvantage that it takes some time to go out into the city because it's a little out of the way, but it's safe because the guards are patrolling from time to time. The scenery is also very satisfactory, so even though it's only one night, it goes well.

A clean place with a good view and an interesting place to visit for a vacation

I recently stayed at this resort with a friend and his wife. I appreciate the convenience of free minibus service provided from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal and don t mind paying for the 45min rides into town too.

This is a pretty big resort so getting from one point to another requires some walking. Everyone here, from the drivers to concierge to housekeeping, were marvelous and always had a ready smile for us.

My friends and me stayed in different Riana rooms mine was on the 3rd level while theirs was beachfront. Both our rooms were spacious and comfortable with big balconies. My room doesn t have aircon but the high ceiling fan tackles the heat well enough. Wary of mosquito issues I read in some reviews, I didn t leave the balcony doors open at any time.

From the sheer number of activities available, I can see that the resort really tries to accommodate everyone. There s even a kid s club program where parents can dump their kids for the day and go off by themselves! The design of the place is beautiful - I especially love the undulating teardrop colors of the emerald pool at night and the nice long jetty that juts out into the sea.

Sadly, there were some downsides to my Turi experience as well. The 24h restaurant was pretty expensive, esp when the food quality is just average. On windy nights, a whiff of industrial smoke came in with the sea breeze from an oil refinery in the distance. The beach was small and relatively dirty while the sea was unfit to swim in. I stood in the water to take a picture and came out with a small patch of sticky oil slick on my leg. When we went swimming in the pool, the attendant was not always available at the hut when we need a swimming towel.

Upon checkout, we were charged an extra $40 per night for our upgrade from deluxe room to a beachfront suite, even though we were told that the upgrade would only cost $10 per night when we checked in. After we asked for clarification and the nice lady insisted that that price is definitely $40, we paid up to avoid making a fuss. We did have a good experience here after all and would prefer not to ruin it at the end.
