Majestic place. Very very much recommended. Staff behavior good. Scenic place. Loved the view. Its like the end of the world

Personally, it was like service, equipment, and rice.

One of the best places in Batami. And the prices are suitable.

The later Tirta wing I stayed that is pool and sea facing is nice. Weather was rainy during my stay. The little pier stretching from the beach between the 2 wings is under construction and I was told that it will only be ready in 2019. An alternative place to explore within walking distance is the marina next to the resort which you could also catch the sunset there. Indonesian food at the resort is good and the spa scrub and massage I tried are good too.

Very nice peaceful surroundings with helpful friendly staff. Make sure to locate the lifts as there are a few stairs to climb between pool and reception. Nice views from the beach side huts.

Was coming for a relaxing poolside one-day vacation somehow saw no one in the pool. The chalet itself is ok. But for the price Singaporean paying enjoying the Indonesian resort, it s just an escape for Singaporean but not for others.

Beautiful pier during sunset but the whole place is swarming with mosquitos

It's a nice place for Singaporeans to have a short chill getaway. Just make sure you do book a beach view room for it to be worth it.
Pros :
- Private beach. Not 100% clean but not dirty either. Nice for quier walks but stick to swimming in the pools.
- Bar built on the jetty (above the sea), giving you a nice sea breeze.
- Pools are clean and there is a long pool to swim your laps and another fun pool that includes shallow kids area and a pool bar too.

You may see many comments on mosquitoes but they do provide insect sprays that are fragrant. The mosquitoes are also avoidable with 2 mosquitoe patches daily.

On the other hand, several factors made us feel maybe we shouldn't go back (and should make this review a 3 star instead) :
- Our beach view room was on the 1st floor, the reception lobby was on the 4th. It's not an issue if you plan to laze in your room or take strolls by the beach, which is what the resort is nice for.
- First room had faulty wiring, technician tried to fix it but they had to move us to another room, which also had faulty wiring. We could not turn on the fan nor call room service initially as the phone line was down. Had to go and climb all the way to the 4th floor reception lobby to tell them of the issue.
- There was only 1 towel hanger when they very well know there are often at least 2 people occupying the room.
- The door opens to the balcony / porch with the beach view. Room service might knock on your glass door when you are naked and with the curtains open.

Great value for money. Rustic beach front villa was surprisingly relaxing. Unfortunately the place is overall tired looking due to its old age. Sewage requires maintenance and the pool bar needs an upgrade. Otherwise, long lists of beachfront activities!

Clean, good location, free pickup. But is expensive.

Given a room with a very okay view (but it is a bit far from the elevator if the view is okay. Unless you want to pay for a front sea room), the entire staff is friendly and care. The beach is clean and the sand is also smooth. The breakfast is varied: chicken porridge, bread with jam, small cakes, tea, coffee, fresh milk, juice, pudding, salad, heavy food (rice and side dishes). Unfortunately the weight of the food is less varied, but the menu (fried rice / butter rice, fried noodles, chicken sausage, chicken bacon, vegetables, chicken finger). The swimming pool also has 2 locations. The room service food menu is also very interesting for me, but the price is wow too. Love vacation here.

I liked the place very much. Though its far from the batam city and malls its a great place to relax your self. The beach is so clean, room service also good. Water sports are quite expensive but very safe.

Enjoyable and relaxing stay in Turi Resort. Facilities are a little old but overall the place is clean and tidy. We loved the Emerald Pool, especially when it lights up at night. One little complaint we have is that there are not many food choices around, and no vending machines to buy snacks or drinks from. While they do have a souvenir shop (Aqua shop) which sells snacks, it's very overpriced and at the other end of where we were staying, so it's quite inconvenient for us.

Overall is good.
We enjoy this short trip in Turi beach resort.
The staffs is very helpful and polite.
Especially the staff who served us on our dinner(His name is Rajel).

It's a pretty place, but not much works. It's decently clean and the rooms are spacious

Just from the lobby the view is already good, what else if you can get to the rooms there, and the recreation tour would also be good .. next trip want to try going there

Suggest to pay abit more to stay closer to the main reception counter level. Swimming pool wise is more accesible if u stay near main reception area.

If u chose to not pay the additional small sum for convenience sake...u might need to pay with sweat n strength by literally walking up n down very steep slopes to get to your rooms

Location was near the nongsa get terminal with a shuttle service to the beach resort. It was about a 7 minute drive. Arrived and was served drinks by the staff and they were very helpful with my requests. The view was great with a private bar and jetty, several pools and beach front area. The view from the rooms were facing the beach with a great view too

It was better in the early 2000s. The food quality has drastically dropped and rates they charge for additional adults per night is blasphemy.
This resort always served me as a fond memory when I was a kid.
But now, it's just another resort that pumps money our of your pockets.

Sleep is quiet because it's far away from the city noise ... before you go to sleep, spray it first, okay ... so it won't be kissed by mosquitoes ... so that it will get better.

Amazing view and being my the beach is beautiful. Water pressure in the showers is really low.

A nice place for a little road trip. Located in nongsa, so you might need a car to access here. Well worth tho.

Price is high. Less option for food. Service is not nice.

Great place for a short holiday (2 to 3 days). There's limited activities to do as the place is not the most accessible. However great view, facilities and perfect place for a BBQ. Rooms are great too, but it can be cleaner (the seats on the balcony are dirty, but inside the room is clean enough).

exciting .... can stay at Turi Beach hanging out with family

Very good place to chill and spend ur holidays or weekends with ur friends and family. Very nice restaurant with good food and breakfast is also not bad. There is a tiny gift shop and the beach in front of the resort is awesome. They also have a pool and each room has its own tub and ac. Service was also very nice as they also helped me with changing our ferry ticket back to sg. The reception can help you with changing and booking the ferry tickets which is a good tip to bare in mind.

After busy working for the whole year, have a break is a must ...In Turi Beach

Buildings are poorly maintained, with lots of mosquitoes

One of contemporer look resort in Batam. Which mean combine the traditional and modern design in the building. Near from international ferry terminal and other resort. Give us sea view from inside the room. A quiet place to relax and enjoying antoher side of Batam. The room is quite clean and neat. You can see the Singapore and Malaysia view from this resort. This resort also give you good sensation of the pool and the bar. Has a long jetty which let you walk to enjoy the sea. Overall quite recommended place to visit.

The quiet view is very comfortable, there is a unique golf boat, very suitable holiday here
