Had a lovely stay in the suite. Had dinner in the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant but food was just average. Requested for medium rare beef but it came well done, fried rice was very dry and turned crispy after being on the cooker for some time.
Breakfast was less than average.
Room service food was also average. Nothing special or particularly good.
We will perhaps stay in other hotels in town due to the food choices.
Spa was good but expensive, considering that we are in Batam.
