5-star hotel with shades of the beach and recommended for those of you who want to enjoy the beautiful nature and pause from daily activities

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The set up for the candle light dinner was a good surprise. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast could be better though.

I didn't exactly hate my trip here, but also wasn't overly satisfied with it. There was a wedding taking place, which meant my room had to be at the edge of the resort. The room I had booked was an ocean-front, but I didn't have a full panoramic view. Couldn't visit the bar too since it was booked out for the wedding, so the first night, I only had room service for dinner. I would avoid ordering the fish & chips or the satay. The staff though, were very friendly and quite prompt with my requests. The room was clean, although I did notice the jar of moisturizer wasn't replaced, and does seemed to have been used by the previous occupant. Overall, considering the price of the room, it was still worth the stay, and service was good. Just think they could do more to set themselves apart from other resorts.

Arranged a family trip over Chinese New Year holiday for our family of 9 and I had a few email exchange about meal service and ferry, etc. Team was eager to help but english language level wasn't always great but we got most of everything sorted. When we went to check-in at the ferry terminal in Singapore, I realized the travel date for the ferry was wrong by a month but the ground staff of the Batam Fast managed to change our tickets. When we arrived at the ferry terminal and the host was there to meet us but transportation to the resort was not very smooth... we had to wait for another family but at the end the bus wasn't big enough to have both family then we left first. Arrived and check-in was ok, not too warm a welcome; communications can be better. the rest of the stay, including all team at both buffet and teppanyaki restaurants are very friendly but could feel sometimes they were under staffed.
We booked rooms and suites on the Riani wing, size was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Love how those two pools on two wings of the resorts offers very different experiences!

The seaside resort, its long and wide beach is good for sports, as far as the eye can see it looks Kuala Lumpur

Service was great. Good vacation, just a little bit out of the way and no shopping mall nearby

The resort is good, but it might not be suitable for older people because the road to the room rises and is steep

Rooms are severely overpriced and the overall cleanliness of the place is quite poor. I paid a premium to get a beach front room, but upon arrival the room looked nothing like in the photos. There were ants randomly crawling about everywhere, the breakfast selection was limited and tasted quite bad, the supposed 'beach' was disappointing, and the pool was very dirty. There was nobody to oversee the area or check how people were dressed - I witnessed a group of boys jumping into the pool with their sandy beach shorts.

There are probably better (and cheaper) places to stay in Batam than Turi beach resort.

A great place to relax. The staff are very friendly and the resort is well-maintained. Variety of activities to try here, both indoors and outdoors. However, unlike the average hotel, there is only one room key for each room. Will come back here soon :)

Had a pleasant experience but maybe it does not suit my vacation style. Too far away from anything. Not quite convenient. Even travelling to the place was a hassle as Tanah Merah terminal was quite far out. Amenities were decent but not well maintained. Activities and spa within the resort are more expensive compared to other places in Batam. The beach bar was under renovation which was quite a pity. Buffet spread was better than expected. WiFi signal was good (my room was not far from the lobby though). The resort staff were pleasant and helpful. Loved the view from the beach hammock but will be better if there were more so partners can enjoy it together. Great place if you just want to get away from everything and zone out.

Was there with my sister last weekend for a 3D2N short getaway. We loved it! Everything went smoothly from the day I emailed the reservation team for my bookings, the day we checked-in right until the day we checked-out. Impressed that there were welcome drinks upon our arrival at the lobby accompanied by traditional Indonesian music. Friendly staffs too. We rented 2 jetski (1 jetski each) on the first day and we had a last minute jetski ride on our last day cause we didn't had enough fun. Food (breakfast included) at the Taming Sari restaurant was good too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Hope to come back again in the near future. We hearts Turi Beach! <3

A really nice beach resort with watersport amenities. Booked using a fave voucher from singapore.
Some shortcomings:
1. Beware of relentless mosquitoes!
2. Careful when you book water sports at the cabana. We got our jet ski 30-min ride cut short by 8-mins.
3. Caution if you are interested in parasailing please check the tides. As parasailing is only available during the cabana opening hours and high tide ~ a short 2 hour window.

Nice place to escape to for a weekend. Our room was good slightly dated but still an enjoyable stay. The food was good and available late into the night. The resident band were great fun and enjoyable to watch. The beach area was private to the hotel and clean. Turi Beach Resort is children friendly and even has kids scooters for rent. The staff really make you feel welcome and provide a nice experience.

It's okay to invite your loved ones to go, don't forget to bring a folding bicycle / scooter to park the vehicle away

Comfortable resort for weekends with family. The view of the pool is beautiful because it faces directly towards the beach. Beach games are also available with rental prices that are quite affordable.

Pretty view, super satisfying, alot of tourists. A resort with a great view. If you want to have a quiet and relaxing holiday then this place is a great choice.

It has several pools and it was just beside the beach. You can play a lot of water sports there. The workers are super friendly too. They will guve us welcome drink whenever we ask to.

There's a swing by the beach which you can take a good shoot there.
You can walk towards the sea and fishing by walking through a bridge. You will pass a pura before you get to the bridge.

The view is really nice, pack your stuff, bring your camera, sit down on a beach right in front of the sunset, and stay relaxed.

My family and in laws stayed at Turi Beach on a Friday and Saturday night. The environment was wonderful for a relaxing holiday, we all enjoyed our time, sitting on the beach walks out the pier and joining the activities. All the staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back.

Just went there for the water sports but was a little disappointed, not very much options, and everything is way overpriced. The surroundings/other facilities/ambience look nice enough though, so I suppose if you're there for that it's decent enough. I just don't recommend the watersports! It's just the usual corny list you'll see at any beach in the world, except rundown and doesn't look like anyone goes there

This is the place to go for some relaxation and cool activities. From room services to friendly staffs and other facilities available. The place is very well maintain and i super love the Emerald pool. The food always satisfy my stomach and they do change the breakfast menu daily. Everything we did here, have a beautiful view. The only downside was mosquitos. But not to worry, they have baygon spray for the room and lotion to be applied on before going to sleep. Trust me, it helps!

Turi beach is a wonderful place for holiday with an imaging view... I really love swimming and beach view from my room.. Sitting and having caffee in balcony was a lovely time here...

I enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were good. Beach view rooms! what else could I ask. Tried the jetski and stuff. Had private taxis if u need some of that sea food crave. Nice just nice

Great short getaway from Singapore. 45 mins ferry ride , quiet place .

The sea view is beautiful, the hotel is very Southeast Asian style, the restaurant is also good

Location is amazing and we were able to stay right by the sea. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Some times people do not understand English so you have to be patient.

Expansive and very well managed. Vegetarian food available, great breakfast options. Comfortable accommodation, though quite pricey.

Nice relax place. Great view and lots of activities for the kids. Only con is the distance to town. Pricey food in the resort.

The place is clean. Friendly staff. Watch out for mosquitoes if in Riani wing. Breakfast is fair. Nogusaya restaurant at the resort is awesome. 2 swimming pools are plenty. If you are unable to take stairs for any reason book the Trita wing. It has a lift.

Fantastic. Go during weekdays, it's like the resort is all to yourself. Great pools, great views, not so great buffet breakfast.

Great place for team building!

Serene place with pleasant surroundings. Love the spaciousness and yet privacy of rooms with good view of sea.

Not the best of beaches but probably the best on Batam island. Turi has sea sports and I like it that they hv a spectacular fire works in the evening.

Let me know if you are exploring a corporate function or next team building here, can give some insight coz I did a few there

Am here for Christmas. Dinner with wife under the moon with the sound of waves splashing against the beach. Perfect.

The resort is away from city. So if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place, this resort is ok.
