Excellent environment for relaxing. Meal quality can be further improved at their cost (exp). More restaurant options will be better too. Utilities are great, room service is awesome. The water sports - Canaba club service was a bit slow thought crews were friendly.

The place was fine with friendly and helpful staffs. However, it was highly disappointing to see that the beach was covered in black tar, the jetty which was an attraction for photo shoots was closed for monsoon season, room was not well-maintained and overall facilities quite under par.
The watersport activities are amazing and everyone should try them... Awesome ambience and great locations for photos!
It's great to stay inside for a long period, but getting out is a big trouble, considering it's fairly remote and there's no taxi around, not to mention Grab.

Good place for hangouts with family. relaxing, clean and covid19 protocol is good. the food is so so though... must remember that every person cost 150k rupiah for get in and they will give you 150k for dining vouchers... pretty ok for the value... but the food is average... the only thing i can recommend is their burger... and some shortcakes...
if you're looking for a nice short escape you should visit here. the beaches is clean and because its a private beach, its very peaceful and a nice place to rest.
greta place , weird there were only 12 sun loungers , breakfast was cold and toaster kept breaking , but the room on the beach , monkeys , etc far out weighed the problems , just a bit of work and this would be a 10 out of 10

I was a few times at this place as a visitor and I was staying at the resort once as well!
things that i like:
The have a bus to pick you up from the ferry! A huge one, I was there with my GF, so it was a big bus for only 2 of us!
the resort looks amazing, they know how to maintain that. And believe me, its a very important part because I was mostly everywhere in Batam and unfortunately, its rurally happens , some places could be open a year ago and already in a bad condition!
Its a quiet resting place! it means its far away from the central! but dont worry , you can find everything there!
they have a nice pierce and amazing pool side!
They have some cocktails promotions going on at one of the bars!
Drinks are nice and usually strong, otherwise just ask the bar to fix it up.
Food, well. i like the breakfast and some of the food items but of course they can improve on that part.
The have a live music bar.

Great value. Clean, large modern rooms (stay in the Tirta Premier Wing). Friendly staff, 2 swimming pools including a large two-tier modern one. The restaurant serves good international and Indonesian dishes. The TSPA is pricier than those in town but a good option for those who just want to amble backs to their rooms after treatments.
Lots of public spaces to chill in. Oh and water activities on offer.

For those looking to relax at a beautiful, secluded Batam resort for 2 days 1 night/ 3 days 2 nights, Turi Beach Resort is the perfect choice. You can either come with your family to dive into the resort facilities such as Jetskiing, Parasailing, ATV, Segway etc, or you can just enjoy the pool and chill by the beach with your partner :) their service is very good as well. The only downside is that the main touristy mall area such as Nagoya Hill Mall is 30 to 40 minutes away. You may use Grab or GoJek to travel around Batam. (sidenote: We found out that we are not allowed to take Grab/GoJek right outside these malls as the local taxi drivers can be very territorial. Hence, do try to find another spot instead.) All in all, a very good stay at Turi Beach Resort, Batam and we would definitely recommend! :)
Turi Beach Resort was one of the best attraction at Batam. They have well infrastructure, good water sports, and located at an awesome place. Enjoyed kayaking there.
One of the finest beach resorts in Batam. Actually, its best fit for a family getaway. 40 mins ferry trip from Singapore. Nice, Clean and Very Well Maintained cozy rooms. Free WiFi - with better reception. Friendly, Cooperative and Gentle Staffs are a plus point to this resort. Love the swimming pool. Overall it is an enjoyable and cherishing memory to stay in Turi. The view is good, the room is nice, friendly staff, full breakfast is just the usual taste. Too many security guards seliweran there are old people who are young to be uncomfortable.
My second time back to turi beach. Had a 3 days 2 nights stay to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Booked a candlelight dinner package by the beach, both my husband & I were overwhelmed with everything. From the service, to the food, everything was perfect. Turi beach even suprised us with an anniversary cake and the cake is delicious! We stayed in Riani Deluxe beachfront and we didnt have any regrets coming back to Turi again! But of course due to the nature surrounding, we encountered about 2-3 lizards outside and inside the room which makes us petrified haha! No matter what we'll still be back again, who knows next time round celebrating our anniversary with our baby! Turi Beach staffs, you guys are fantastic!

This is our SECOND trip within a few weeks- mid October and end November 2013. This time we came with more people and our friends bringing their relatives. We extended an extra night instead the initial two nights because we were totally immersed and really soaked in the atmosphere enjoying the variety sea activities offered or just lazing around the swimming pool. Everything about the services were efficient from getting the taxi at the last decision to town and our needs were attended to pronto especially with the assistance of the Front Office Manager, Pak Zaenal who seems to troubleshoot our problems effortlessly and one of it was when we decided to change our return destination port last minute; he personally called the port and ensured his staff did the necessary changes. We also have no problem changing the room based on our needs at that moment and the very courteous staff were ever ready try within their capacity to accommodate to our every needs. Frankly, because of the sincere and efficient service that Pak Zaenal and the resort staffs rendered is one of the reason why we decided to return to Turi Beach the second time round :) Every one of the staff from front office to restaurant and maintainance were ever so helpful and polite.
A few suggestions for the management here:-
My only pet peeve for the hotel management to look into is to install electronic mosquito killer in the room especially for nights when i was awaken by insects bites.
It be good if there were more benches installed at the beachfront for guests to relax and a playground would be an added advantage for the little guests.
The balcony lighting could be brighter the current one is too dim.
Its a waste that the main (old?)swimming pool were left unmaintained for it could attract crowds looking at the size and space.
The current jetty snack bar would be great if its being transformed into a weekend only alfresco seafood restaurant. Perfect if that were to happen :)
Also to add icing on the cake a Spa like the award winning Holiday Inn Tea Tree Spa
(Highly Recommended) should be franchised to the hotel as the current T'Spa is not up to standard and service that is only mediocre and not worth the dollar spent.
Just a suggestion to add on to the almost perfect beach getaway near Singapore.
We are looking forward to our Third visit bringing our loved ones and recommending to acquaintances.

Great place for a short gateway near Singapore from Tanah Merah ferry terminal. Free transport from terminal to their resort, staff are friendly nice swimming pool please try out their live cooking dinner at night with a reasonable price! Or you may have to go out of the resort to having your dinner.

This resort offers really beautiful view heading towards the sea. The swimming pool is quite clean and comfy. I enjoyed having a relaxing weekend here. Highly recommended place to stay for tourists.
there is no hospitality in here, check in at 14.00 but at 14.30 the room is not ready ... it's been a month of reservation via email, no info from the first check in if the room gets twins bed. I'm not sorry at all.

Free upgrade to sea view and king size bed. However, pool closes at 5.30pm (means no evening swim) and mosquitos in the room is a concern.
Advance payment for shuttle pick up is required. Check out was a huge delay as the front desk was not informed of our advance payment and double charged us. Had to wait 30 mins to resolve this.
