A very, very, very bad company. I advise dealing with them at all. My worker has exceeded her contract period for a week, and no one responds, and no one takes it, nor do I want her to go out with them, they say, wait wait !!!!!

Honestly, everything is pretty much horrible. Their employees - from customer service to cleaners - are not trained. They never answer the phone. It took us over 45 minutes to be able to change the dates of the house cleaner. Our complaint about the customer service agent goes to the same agent, so it never actually goes through.
On top of that if you don't constantly have an eye on the house worker, they just stop doing the work, and they skip the most obvious things and nothing ever gets placed back in its original place. They also can rarely ever be bothered to actually do their job, and it takes them 3 hours to finish just cleaning the floors of a two bedroom apartment.
If you try to change the timing of the visits you have to pay 60 riyals for EVERY SINGLE visit you change. So you may end up paying more than the contract is even worth.
If you cancel the contract you DON'T get a REFUND!
As for the company's app, it's completely useless. So if you need to change anything, you can't actually do it from there, you're forced to call them, praying they actually answer the phone after waiting for over 20 minutes. When they finally do answer, there is literally ONE customer service agent who is so unbelievably incompetent, that talking to them is a joke!

With this company??? I don't know what's their process. What I witnessed, a lot of employees are long overdue and have long waiting days. Some reach 2 months not been deployed and worst no temporary iqama esp for expats. Literally they are like PRISONERS! Sad but this is the reality and is happening right at this moment. I don't know how they will improve it but their services is not good. Promised to have given work but til now 2 months already here doesn't have work.
