Family-friendly and well-equipped resort for a wide range of relaxing sports. The beach is strewn with rubbish but 2 superb swimming pools compensate. Extremely pleasant and efficient staff.

Clean and comfortabel. I was here just for one day to enjoy the nice stemming pools and the clean beautiful beach.

Very typical resort services by the local. For those enjoying more privacy for family time or couple. This is the ideal place to try but not ideal location near to any shopping paradise.

Very nice and tranquil resort with lots of facilities. They even upgraded me to a suite from the initial 2 rooms that I booked.

Breakfast provided was good with plenty of choices.

Very polite staff whom provided good services throughout.

A little out of the way from Central Batam City but hotel would be able to book a taxi for u for around $180K IDR.

We found the system very worn and partly dirty. Room service usually just made beds and picked up trash. Coffee was never refilled. The sheets were already dirty on arrival. Eating goes like this. All restaurants have the same menu card.
The WiFi connection is unfortunately very slow for mail but it is enough. The staff is really very friendly. They even smiled at complaints. So it was not possible for us. In our opinion, a lot has to be renovated in this hotel. The location itself is very nice, but there is absolutely nothing around the hotel. Unfortunately, this limited the evening walk very much.

We had 2 days in Turi Beach, the hotel is nice but a bit run down. The rooms are big but the TV is very small also they don t provide shower toiletries so if you didn t bring own shampoo then have troubles. Also they only provide water 2 small water bottles but only for 1 night.

The thing I really didn t like was the food options, they have lunch and dinner buffet but if you want order a la cartel need wait around 1 hour once the buffet start, this is really inconvenient since can t eat at the time you want, there is a small convenience store but sells very few things so if you hungry you have wait or go for buffet.

Food in general is very overpriced compared to the quality you get.
