Three main issues: 1) people coming and going at the bar without the mask-wearing policy being enforced; 2) no queue lanyard at the bar to organize the waiting lane. French people are known for how "good" they are at not respecting waiting lanes, and some were trying to take advantage of social distancing to cut in line... 3) I had to switch bedrooms because there was no way to regulate hot/cold water in the bathroom, supposedly because the hotel had been closed for a while (tip for the staff: what about checking each room before renting it??) and 4) lack of reactivity of the staff when there is an issue: I had forgotten an AirPod in one of the the two bedrooms I had occupied. On Saturday morning, a staff member told me that she would check and email me back right away: "due to COVID, we wait 24h before re-renting a room, so there is no way your AirPod will be lost". 12 hours later, I called back the reception, and was told that the staff member had not found the time yet to check the room. Not being contacted back ever, I called again on Monday. By that time, the rooms had been cleaned and I was told that no AirPod had been found in the bedrooms. I just hope the cleaning staff is enjoying how comfortable my AirPods are... Overall, very disappointing customer service and organization for a Hilton hotel. For my next stay I will stay at the Sheraton instead, at least they are located in the airport itself, and service is super.

The hotel is placed very closer to the airport which is great. It is a bit of a walk from terminal 3 but not terrible. Three hotel itself is very nice though slightly dated and s bit oddly laid out. Overall though very nice. My main complaint is that I got a paid for room upgrade which led me into a big but completely empty room with a tiny couch and tiny TV that sat 20 ft from the head of the bed. For the high price the hotel was definitely not worth it. At these prices ($200+) I wouldn't start again

Typical Airport Hotel from Hilton, rooms are reasonable and the service is good. It is one of the older one in the CDG area, but still good for a stay. From Terminal 2 via walking (<2 minuets) and if needed with a shuttle bus. The restaurant is ok ish and the menu is very limited. The Launch is at the end of life, but the breakfast is top. All in all, always again.

Nice hotel but the restaurant is way too expensive and 11 Euros for a Guinness is ridiculous for just a pint. I advise going to the grocery store near by but the rooms are nice and they have a nice lounge.

We expected better service as Honor members. The porter never came to take out bags so we had to take them to our rooms ourselves. Our room smelled and was hot. Reception seemed uninterested by did give us a bee room key. Once again, we had to move our bags ourselves. (All while an apparent manager watched on.)

All that said, the hotel is very pretty and the rooms sans any smell, are nice.

Bed is great and bathroom is clean. Not as clean as a 4 star hotel should be though. The rooms felt like more of a 3 star hotel but the bar and restaurant was great. It is pretty far from Paris though, about an hour away. Cab ir uber fares are around 45 euro and if youre doing public transit you need to get zone 5 tickets

We did not enjoy our 1 night stay. We arrived early but they did not want to check us in stating that there would be a fee. If a room is ready at that time of a guests arrival after a long flight, you should let guests check in early. The agents at the Front Desk were not helpful! The room smelt bad, like old carpet and mildew. There was stains on the toilet I guess from a previous guest. We did not complain to the Front Desk as we were too tired. Hot water took 10 minutes to heat up for a shower. Overall not

Hotel front desk staff very kind. Room better than expected with extra large towels and all bath amenities. Very good location. Only issue is locating hotel shuttle and return to airport. Very difficult to navigate to/from shuttle stop and so much area to cover to reach desired location. Great location within easy walk to M&S connected to airport. We actually found hotel on foot as unable to locate shuttle.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast. Walking distance from Roissypole in Terminal 3 (short train ride from Terminal 2). They also have an executive lounge which is OK. The gym and pool are standard for a Hilton. Parking for the night is expensive (29 Euro) and the front desk can get pretty busy.

Later on there was no complimentary water bottles provided and it took them 45 minutes to bring it. One night before the check out, they removed a single bed from our room. My party left for banquet reception for a wedding in the end I wanted to pick up a car I have in the parking lot of the hotel.
I paid 29 !
They are a couple and spend and I had to pay 12 euros!
So I go back to the one lady not nice take me from high

I went there as part of a convention, I will note that the lamentable performance at the bar (not to mention the menu at 15 euros for a slice of hard pizza and a drink, a big joke ..). A lot of waiting to be served when there is only one person in front of me ... Then server very malaimable from the start ... There were special prices for the convention in the morning, I did not know not, so I ask why 2 euros gap in the space of two hours ... The server takes me very high, I simply tell him that as a customer I still have the right to be Informed ... He takes the coffee, gives me back my money, and says "You're at the Hilton here, it's the price!" What a great way to treat customers! I was much better greeted and served at the George V or Peninsula, which are real luxury hotels and no vulgar airport hotels where you go because you have no other choice. Friends have had an unpleasant experience with this same gentleman, I hope not to see him again next year because I will unfortunately have no choice but to return to this place ... I do not rejoice !!

A decent airport hotel. Had an overnight stay to catch a flight in the morning. Room was spacious and had a nice tub and shower. Executive lounge was hit or miss with the food snacks, but had a nice expresso machine. There was a bus stop right behind the hotel that I didn't try, but I assume it connects you to downtown Paris if needed. Will give this place another shot.

Not the best experience. Convenient access from airport but that's about it. 70eur arly check in fee I think is too expensive. Dining is expensive for what you get and is very underwhelming; food is just not that good. Room was clean but lacked an iron. Staff was nice but not overly welcoming. Don't think will be staying there again.

The rooms are good and the view of the planes is a plus for enthusiasts, the pool is great, the gym is ok.
Too bad the breakfast does not represent the image of France (American hotel ??), canned fruit, no fresh fruit, presentation to review, scrambled eggs resembling porridge, and the service as in all French hotels of this type are to be seen again, waiter clearing the tables with his cart behind him.
Room service is charged 6 to set up the tray !!! It must be for the charges !!

The rooms are nice and the view of the airplanes is a bonus for fans, the pool is great, the gym is correct.
Too bad the breakfast does not represent the image of France (American hotel ??), canned fruit, no fresh fruit, presentation reviewing, scrambled eggs like porridge, and service as in all French hotels of this kind are to be reviewed, server ridding the tables with his wagon behind him.

Far from the best Hilton hotel I've ever spent time in. Check in was pleasant and easy enough, nothing special about the 8th floor room & the executive lounge was bland with marginal offerings. Still, it is convenient to the airport.

In real time I am waiting for about 1 hour of the right accommodation in a triple room for which I have paid handsomely. Upon arrival at the reception I was invited to wait 10 minutes to check in ..... About 20 have passed and after meeting my accommodation I discover that my triple is a double .... With a corner living room complete with sofa and coffee table. I go to the reception to represent the fact ..... I am also kindly told that they will arrange to put another bed in the room. It is 2:59 pm and it started at 1.45pm ...... my patience has been exhausted ..... And I believe that in such a structure if mistakes happen ..... We must also promptly repair .... by asking first apologize to customers for the inconvenience caused not recommend .....

Not too happy. This hotel is in bad shape comparing other airport Hilton's. Prices at hotel are extremely expensive and there is no place to go outside from hotel so you just need to suffer. Rooms are OK but not special, very basics. Service is medium level, not any super special or friendly. Overall not good for this money.

Extremely good corporate hotel. Charming receptionist. Nice room. Only a couple of negatives make this a 4 not 5 star.... The signage from the airport to the hotel is very poor. You exit the airport at the back of the hotel, and the entrance is not obvious. The hotel is not in the airport, so a wet walk if its raining. Although the receptionist was charming, and very helpful, she was the only person on duty, so check in was quite slow.

Where would you get a hotel so full up its own ass that they only give free wi-fi to members of the selected club ? This excuse for a good hotel advertise free wi-fi but its only given for a limited 8 hours in the lobby. I paid almost CHF 400 for one night in a room that was only equal to an Ibis room with a camp bed for my 7 year old daughter. This is an insult to hotels and its a complete rip off. Avoid it if you can.

Love the staff at this hotel. Stayed here for a quick stop in Paris. Landed at 9am and they were able to get us into a room early without any complaints. Surprisingly quiet for a airport hotel and only a 45 minute train ride from all the sights.

What a shame our 2 weeks in France ended up in this hotel. Once checked in and settled we wanted a drink and found there was only one glass in the room. Called room service and asked for another glass and a knife. A few minutes later room service called and said there would be a fee to deliver the knife?! I was not happy and told them, they eventually turned up with the glass, and a knife, plate and napkin and very graciously told me there would be no charge - thanks for nothing!
Used the bathroom and the flush did not work, in fact the flush mechanism had totally snapped?
In the morning we tried to print our boarding passes but we were told the business centre, that is part of their advertising, did not work. They eventually allowed us into the Executive Centre just long enough to use the printer then escorted us back out.
On our return to Canada we discovered they had charged our credit card for $153 even though the room was pre-paid? Reply from the duty manager, Sonja, said it was our problem and to take it up with our bank? We still have not received a refund.
We found the check in and bar staff arrogant and pretty condescending.
