In real time I am waiting for about 1 hour of the right accommodation in a triple room for which I have paid handsomely. Upon arrival at the reception I was invited to wait 10 minutes to check in ..... About 20 have passed and after meeting my accommodation I discover that my triple is a double .... With a corner living room complete with sofa and coffee table. I go to the reception to represent the fact ..... I am also kindly told that they will arrange to put another bed in the room. It is 2:59 pm and it started at 1.45pm ...... my patience has been exhausted ..... And I believe that in such a structure if mistakes happen .....
