The Hilton Paris CDG is a good stay if you are transiting the airport. The hotel is within walking distance and also offers a shuttle. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room as was very nice and clean as well. Breakfast and lounge area were nice but limited. I would stay again.

Barely in the room, we come to clean when it was Sunday evening 20:00. 29 parking for one night in addition to the hotel room .... A shame. Make pay the visitors who do not sleep, OK. But make pay when we took a room ... shameful and prohibitive tariff.

Excellent hotel, with large meeting rooms. Discreet food and excellent location to stop in case of connecting flights for the day following arrival at CDG. Large, spacious rooms, possibility of Spa and gym. Excellent value for money.

My friends and I decided to stay at the Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle during a long layover in Paris during the summer of 2014 because of its proximity to the airport and transportation into the city. Our room was clean and surprisingly roomy for Paris' standards. The cafe/restaurant in the lobby was a bit pricey but what do you expect it's Paris? The person that checked us in was friendly as well. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

HORRIBLE service. Neither the kitchen, or guest services cared enough to deliver an order, or even attempt to make up for it. Just doesn't care. Heard many bad things about this hotel, but this was real bad.

He has Hilton only the name and price (67 euros to 2 for a breakfast for canned fruit!) ... Service far from the height. 1 mini shower gel for 2, no bathrobes, no mini bar, outdated rooms. A nice staff but far from the staff of the hotel of standing: switchboard operator not made up with hairstyle little neat. I will test the pullman next time ...

Some of the staff are rude and when I asked for an omelette for breakfast the waitress told me they are busy to make one and took half an hour to make 2 fried eggs and they have no baguettes ( why wouldn't you have baguettes if you're an airport hotel in Paris ??)

The fridges in most of the rooms don't work, when you go to get ice from the ice machine, this is what happens: on the 7th floor they tell you it's out of service go to 8th or 6th floor, on the 5th floor it's out of service too go to 4th or 6th floor and non of the machines work in any of the floor, they're there for decoration only !!

Staff was very pleasant and room was large. Unfortunately the non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke (and it was worse in the hallway) and turning on the AC seemed to worsen it. I had checked in very late and had a flight early morning so I did not ask to switch rooms for only a few hours, but it was pretty uncomfortable to sleep in. Two stars for the nice staff and clean room.

Good welcome check in fast for a late arrival
Comfortable room with a minimum of products (shower gel, shampoo ...)
comfortable bedding
Breakfast rather good (but not enough ripe fruit and baked goods)

I wanted to love this place. The lobby and reception area is beautiful and the hotel is beautifully designed. The biggest problem was the cleanliness. Upon entering our room, there was a dirty tissue on the floor. There was a dried brown liquid around the base of the toilet, and the beds were not nicely made. When we tried to get ice, there was a machine on our floor but the door was locked and there was a sign that said to get ice on the fourth floor. We went there and the machine was broken. We then called the front desk inquiring about how we could get ice and we were told that we had to go to the second floor. I'm not sure why such a reputable hotel company could let these flaws happen. Lastly, we were charged a fee for moving the items in the mini bar. We didn't drink them, but they were slightly moved and we got charged 18 euros for this. There is no room for refrigeration because the fridge is packed with mini bar things. This was very frustrating to me.

The service is not at the top for a 5 star the room phone does not work or the toilet elsewhere and we found mm cockroach that walk in the room mm after calling and inform the reception no change n 'was to carry out after my charger to disappeared the only thing one finds to answer me c I am dsl ah also I forgot for a service 4 stars and a great name of the hotel the parking is paying it' is aberrant the front door did not work we hear the sound of early morning people working there so honestly for a 4 star and for the name you can find yourself honestly even a Novotel is much better than Hilton 4 star here is my disastrous experience that it is not a price nor the number of stars in France the quality of service was not here I'm writing so I put a star and only really because c is next to the airport with its practices just back or departure from a trip

I do not like to review a place after only one visit, since once is really hit or miss. However, for the Hilton Paris CDG, I have stayed numerous times. As others have stated, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

The staff has always been polite, professional and helpful. I really cannot say enough good things about the desk and bar personnel, they have always made this non-French speaker feel welcome. On the other hand, the lounge, when I once had access to it, curse Hilton for boosting access privileges from Gold to Diamond, was a bit bland and uninspiring. Nothing detrimental, merely meh by the hotel lounge standards I am accustomed too.

The restaurant I cannot really comment on, as the prices are not at all to my liking. There are quality, affordable options very nearby. The pizzeria in the Ibis, say, only get there early, like right when they open. The lines form quickly.

So in summary, the Hilton Paris CDG is a great place to hang your hat if you re in the area.

Good airport hotel, if you do not pay attention to price / performance. The rooms were clean and well stocked. However, one should start so slowly to renovate (chair was torn and everything looks extremely worn). The Wifi in the hotel itself is in my view too slow and outdated (5 Mbit / s) in comparison - Frankfurt Sheraton (25 Mbit / s). The offer of drinks and snacks is very good. The breakfast buffet was very poor for this price league. Otherwise great hotel with its own parking garage in good location to the CDG terminals.

Not what I was expecting. I arrived from Florida, USA and had the plane had a delay. When we arrived at the airport In Paris in the Hilton App it gave me directions to get to the shuttle. Short story the directions weren't specific and took it took 2 hours (yes I did ask directions as well but they weren't helpful).

Pretty good except for the fact that airport navigation was an absolute nightmare. The directions were very ambiguous and it took us at least 30 minutes to find our way. When we arrived we found out that the water heating kettle is broken, so that's a thing. Room is pretty clean and nice but that's about it.

A comfortable hotel with great easy access to the airport. The shuttle to the airport filled up quickly, so we ended up making the short walk to an airport subway. The hotel breakfast was good and I would definitely stay here again.

Terrible service in the lounge - servers looked at me directly several times and ignored all polite gestures for attention (it was 25 mins before closing). Otherwise it was a fine room and the bellman provided nice assistance with getting me a trolley to walk to the shuttles, etc. in the AM. Note: it's neither easy to get to or from this hotel. I tried to walk from terminal 2 to no avail. In the AM their one shuttle only goes to Terminal 1 so you have to hike your luggage to the train station.

The staff did not care that our room smelled like smoke and the AC did not keep up. It was hotter inside than out on the street. They lied to us by saying they did not have other rooms and someone would come check on our AC. No one ever came to check on the AC, and while at the front desk I witnessed a man without a reservation get a room.

Very nice hotel; upon arrive the wonderful check-in hostess informed me is was upgraded to the executive suite even though I booked through a popular online booking site, i.e., 3rd party booking. Generally speaking the hotel and hotel rooms are in good shape (at least the room I had). Tremendous lobby / atrium that houses the "Skylight" restaurant. Note: the Skylight restaurant is also pretty decent.

These two stars are for the staff, their kindness ...

These two stars are for the staff, their kindness and their availability. But for my part, I cannot give more. When you are squeezed in the restaurant of this chain of hotels, which was a benchmark in the hotel industry, a meal at 60 euros which includes a beef carpaccio, 10 tiny slices, accompanied by a salad, 5 arugula leaves. That the other meal is a simple smoked salmon entree and that when you ask for a Tiramisu you are squeezed a chocolate mousse, that the sweetnesses which accompany the coffee have an old taste, I find that it is really unprofessional. In addition, although the room we had with my daughter was spacious and clean, the mattresses are so hard that sleeping on the floor would certainly not have been more trying. And the experience was the same for my 23 year old daughter. I will not talk about the bar experience in the evening which was also inconclusive there but I will finish by talking about the breakfast buffet where we found damaged fruit in the baskets, drinks, made available, not identified and only in the several cut fruits were not ripe. So after having traveled 25 days across France and having had very pleasant experiences, both in catering and in hotels, I can say that the Hilton de Roissy was more than a disappointment.

It was ok, got to stay there for free after my United flight got cancelled. Buffet was bad, rooms ok. No wifi in the rooms unless you pay 25 euro which is a total rip off. Pool passable, customer service great.

I traveled through CDG in September and would stay one night. I went on my smartphone prior to arrival into CDG and booked Hilton via Hotwire. Upon my arrival to the hotel, having been up for at least 12 hours at this point, the front desk agent could not locate my reservation with the confirmation # or name. Various ways were tried and still nothing, she requested I get the email in it's entirety to show her as only the confirmation # was not valid. She directed me to the business center to print the email (this after 1 hour), I go to the center to realize the computer was not functioning as it should and the keyboard was not cooperating so I could not retrieve my email. I decided to contact Hotwire support via phone. I had the agent from Hotwire on the phone who was going to try to settle the debacle with the confirmation of hotel. After 20 minutes I go back to the front desk, in which the lobby is now quite busy. I advise her that I could not access email and that I now have the Hotwire agent on the line. Hotwire agent directly calls hotel line to speak with front desk agent. After some discussion the Hotwire agent lets the front desk know that they can FAX over the confirmation of the booked room but the front desk agent advises that the FAX is not working or unavailable. Hilton really! NO FAX! This is now around the over 2 hour mark waiting to get my room that was fully paid for via Hotwire. The hotel would not assign a room to me without this. As, I was waiting there a man came down to the front desk and apparently had the same issue with Hotwire the day before or so and he let them know that he still hadn't emailed them the confirmation yet?? But he had a room! Puzzled. Meanwhile, the Hotwire agent is telling me since they cannot honor the confirmation she can move me to another hotel and they will pay the difference in cost. I kindly stated that I have been waiting for over 2 hours to get my room and that the Free hotel shuttle provided my transportation to the hotel, would she be making accommodations to get to and from the hotel? No! At this point, for some reason (the male agent) was able to get me into a room...Hallelujah!! About 3 hours later and I was finally going to get to my room with my 9yr old son who was very tired himself. I let the Hotwire agent know that they were finally assigning me a room.
Long story short, as a paying customer and a guest I was made to fend for myself in this situation. Waiting 3 hours after my arrival to the hotel for a room is UNACCEPTABLE! If you will be arriving here with a Confirmation from Hotwire, please ensure that you do not go though this. If they have such issues with this companies bookings then they should not be listed as one of the hotels on the site. Lastly, I had to be up by 5am to catch the 6am shuttle back to the airport...Viva La France :(

Conveniently located between the terminals and close to the train and bus stations. Very quiet. A cosy room for a king size. Loved the detail on the wall with silvery trees against a dark slate surface. A kettle and a selection of drinks in the room, and other standard items e.g. an iron and an ironing board. Bed on a soft side for a Hilton hotel. Vanity sets have to be requested at the reception, not a standard in Hilton hotels, which is a bit disappointing. Good selection of food for breakfast. An impressive entrance. Hotel has it's own shuttle bus to get to terminals from 6am.

They like money at Hilton. Read more: I booked 4 nights with breakfast included.
I asked that the breakfast be mounted in room: it is 28 euro gentleman
Yes you read well ... We wanted to charge me 28 euros because in room is not included.
This is theft.
In Roissy, there are many hotels where we do not want to charge you 2 times a breakfast.

The rooms are large and comfortable; the cleanliness is not at the top and the aging equipment; the bar has improved and we eat well; if you use the shuttle bus, remember to book and watch the schedule; the service is free but you have to ask.

Not a nice experience. Under serving or overcharging issue.
I dined at the lobby restaurant, specifically ate there even as I stayed in a nearby hotel. It s the Hilton, they should have some standards I thought. I ordered a burger which is always an easy foolproof choice as a friend would say nobody screws up a burger. The food was fine, nothing to write home about.
However, it s about the wine that I wish to take issue. I ordered a glass of some common Beaujolais, Brouilly: they call it a large glass for Eur 12. They served in a tiny glass. Meant to be 15cl but was more like at most 10cl size. I called the head waiter/ manager to ask if that is their standard 15cl. He was pretty dismissive. So I let that be.
Wine is very cheap in France especially common regional brands. The wine I had must at most be sold by a merchant at Eur 10-15 per bottle. Hilton will be able to get it trade price at say Eur 5-8. So to sell it at Eur 12 for a 10cl pour is a right old rip-off. I would have expected at least 2 times the volume for the Eur 12 price.
I m a dissatisfied customer and the hotel management should know. They should have more respect for their guests. Not all are totally clueless to let them get away with this act.

I used in transit.

I used in transit.
A 5-minute walk from Terminal 3.
Since I arrived at Terminal 2, take the immigration exit to the exit and get off at terminal 3 roissypole.
Then follow the signs to the hotel.

Room was not good for Hilton and was old room.
However, the correspondence of the receptionist was wonderful and was able to spend it very well.
I think that only transit is enough.

Aggressive operator on the phone:

Aggressive operator on the phone:
I phone them this morning to get information because one of their client had to join the airport shuttle. At first she tells me that she is at Terminal 2 TGV station.
Once on the spot I wait with their client in the rain and call her back,
This time she answers me shouting "I already told you that the shuttle arrives every 30 minutes" then she hangs up.
At no time did she say that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes.
Such behavior from someone supposed to be a world-famous brand is unacceptable.
To check my comments you can see the conversations yourself since they are recorded
