Transportation to and from the airport and city is great. You can catch a hotel shuttle by Terminal 2E or the train shuttle. Each choice is only a 5 minute ride. The same train station near the hotel can take you into Paris. They offer an executive lounge for nightly drinks and breakfast for diamond status. The rooms are recently upgraded and the carpet is still soft and stain free.

Quite convenient if you're just passing through Paris. Rooms are reasonably nice and not preposterously expensive. Shuttle to hotel available from terminal 2. Some cleaning issues in my room but nothing major. Haven't tried the other hotels at the airport but would gladly stay here again

I went for a convention so I didn't see the rooms, the rest was the only problem is that the food costs a lot and the quality is not as high as the price and they bring it to you after a long time

The rooms are very spacious, very well maintained and clean. The attention of the employees has been very good. Taking the train between terminals, which is free, leaves you 150 meters from the hotel. If not there is also a free transfer of the hilton own. The hotel is very quiet and quiet despite the proximity of the airport

On a business trip for the day, I was lucky enough to be able to walk through the door of this palace. Extremely beautiful, quiet, well decorated with valet parking and grom, this hotel has lived up to its reputation.
Go up to the 8th floor to see the planes taking off and landing
You can use the elevators.

I had a relaxing stay just before departing Paris. The hotel is easy to get to via the shuttle or a short walk to the airport train system. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and relaxing. Always a great bed and choice of pillows. Reliable WiFi. Staff was friendly in all departments, restaurant, lounge and front desk.

The one negative was the quality of the wine in the lounge and at the restaurant. I understand that at the lounge you are not going to serve the best wine but the red wine was sour. The white wine was good. The Pinot Noir bottle we ordered at the restaurant was past its date, barely drinkable.

I'm allergic to feathers. Not great. First room, 210, = hallway smelled like mold & so did room. Feathers in bedding, so they changed our room= also feathers. 3rd room change also feathers. Room service came & changed bedding in 3rd room. In all it took 1.5 hours & 3 rooms to get it right. They claimed my profile did not say feather free. OK, but why keep sending me to room with feathers? And I am in a knee brace with walking stick. All I wanted to do was ice & elevate. Instead I have to go to lobby each time as front desk busy & not answering phone.

Nice hotel, close to the airport. Quiet and has a nice restaurant. The staff was very helpful, polite and spoke excellent English. The only thing that really bothered me about this hotel was that they have three elevators, but yet only one was in service. It made waiting to get up or down quite painful...

Complete disappointment following a programming error via the internet, but honored all the same by paying double, plus billing for the reservation error the following week. Result of races paid 3 nights instead of one !! A nonexistent direction and commercial gesture. Last visit for my part. I could not put 0 star.

Overall a great hotel!

Overall a great hotel!

Getting here - It is located north west of Terminal 3 at CDG airport. If you have arrived at Terminal 2, you could take hotel shuttle bus directly to the hotel or terminal shuttle subway to get to terminal 3.

Downside*
Food option are limited - Be aware not many lunch or dinner options nearby. Beside Hotel restaurant the closest is the salad bar at terminal 3 and aeroville shopping mall about 5km away.

Very nice hotel conveniently located by the airport. Free shuttle to hotel from the upper level 5 in terminal 2. Nice size rooms, friendly staff, restaurant in hotel nice but a tad pricey.

Chic

Feels like l travelled back to the late 70s early 80s as soon as l walked into the lobby. Elevators are loud, making all kinds of noises while going up and down. Rooms are ok, good size but very dated, carpet feels dirty. Good size bathroom but the water temp of the shower fluctuate constantly while showering. Room is not well insulated, we can hear people talking or walking by in the hallway and the room next to us. Love the swimming pool.

Excellent place to stay in CDG airport. Very near to airport shuttle CDG val, RER station and bus parking. Nice ambiance, clean and comfortable room, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast.

Room reserved for 2 with shampoo / shower gel and towel for one person.
The temperature of the shower varies from very hot to very cold constantly.
The bedroom floor was dirty as if the vacuum had not been vacuumed for 1 week.
Considering the price and the Hilton standard we were disappointed with the reception, the staff was neither pleasant nor helpful (not answering questions, especially concerning breakfast: we therefore discovered that it was only starting at 6:45 a.m. (late for an airport hotel) and that in covid period only one breakfast box is available, not taking allergies into account)
Broken coffee and billiard machine.
Very long bar service: more than 15min to have a drink when we were a total of 8 clients for 2 servers.
Finally, the air conditioning indicated in the description of the rooms does not exist.
The other hotels in CDG that we have tried (ibis and holiday inn) have much better service for a more attractive price

This is not a quality Hilton hotel its a total dump! Dirty room, the bed had hair and some some of grit it in! Despite arranging for a late check out (which was agreed upon arrival) we were subsequently told they needed the room and we had to leave our rooms by 12 or our cases would be removed by a member of staff! We asked to speak to the hotel manager who was apparently too busy! to speak to us and the receptionist was the rudest most aggressive hotel member we have ever had the misfortune to speak with. We subsequently missed a meeting with a customer as we had to go back and pack and check out. We will never stay here again. Go elsewhere.

First of all the AC in the room was not working at all. Asked the front desk to get us a taxi and practically never came and then the guy who ordered it left.. Breakfast is fair but not a 4 or 5 star AND the smell of cleaning product in the lobby was overpowering. Convenient location for 1 night if you are flying the second morning

I typically enjoy staying at Hilton hotels but unfortunately this one doesn t even close come to the standards I m used to seeing. The rooms seem a bit outdated and the elevator was screeching on the way up. My rooms had a funny smell and one of the curtains did not close all the way allowing light to come into the room all evening. Additionally, I had access to the executive lounge where I had a small but fine makeshift dinner. I went to grab a Diet Coke on my way out, as I did all week long at my stay at a fabulous Hilton in the center of Paris, as I went to leave one of the workers would not allow me to take it with me. This seemed ridiculous because I was going to consume that drink either downstairs or in my room. I was outraged that I wasn t allowed to take a simple drink with me. This man was very rude and clearly does understand customer service. I fly frequently but will not use this hotel again.

I was impressed by the location. We ve spent 2 days there and it was very good. Can t really complain. Except for the fact that we ve arrived at a time where there was no food and I was starving. But the service was very impressive.

The hotel is located ideally in the center of Roissy Charles de Gaulle and the CDG Val terminal and the RER is perfect for one or more nights when traveling or relaxing breaks. The staff is very nice, friendly, welcoming and friendly with customers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is top and perfect summer terrace. The quality / price is respected both in standard and executive rooms with a private lounge offering breakfast and a private dinner aperitif in the evening. The pool is very nice and quiet. The only comment we have is for the latter. Indeed, to make it more substantial, a few more chairs would be nice

I had an early flight out of Paris and stayed here for one night to avoid an early morning rush from Paris. It was comfortable and convenient and the staff were amazing. Still, it was sort of odd being in such an American place in France, and breakfast was a contact sport.

My room smelled very bad when I arrived.

My room smelled very bad when I arrived.
Went down to eat dinner at the restaurant and the hamburger I ordered was not cooked at all. Not to mention when I requested for more conditioner, they never brought it. One last thing, the shower water changes from hot to cold contstantly while showering. If I could rate this hotel less than 1 star I would have.

Room nice and spacious, pleasant and smiling staff, outdoor soundproofing perfect for the positives.
For the negatives: the soundproofing inside, when you are in the rooms if someone goes down the hall and makes a little noise, you can hear well and sometimes even in neighboring rooms.
Another negative point: I paid the tourist tax for my 16 year old daughter. After a new verification, the tourist tax is due from 18 years! The person at check out did not know about the tourist tax and went to inquire to tell me that it is due from 12 years old, I think there was confusion with the breakfast. The fact of not knowing that the tourist tax is due from 18 years appears as a lack of seriousness or is bad faith.

A disaster this hotel. A service worthy of F1, the employees who do not care about queuing for check in. Unpleasant remarks. No invoice in good form and given at the check out. Short. I was used to Hilton, but this stay in the Paris makes me definitely put an end to this chain.

We stayed here three nights as part of a UK coach trip to Paris. Breakfast was plentiful but would have been better with warmer bacon and eggs. The room was impeccable and the bed was to die for.... probably the most comfortabilst bed we have ever slept in. Never sampled the evening meals. There is a marks and Spencer within walking distance for any special treats. Would definitely stay again

Very close to terminal 3. Good rooms and pretty good breakfast selection. Executive lounge was okish with not so good food and ok wine. Had also a quick bite at the restaurant. Service was very good and food average but only wanted something quick. Good place to stay if you have an early flight especially now with the transportation issues because of the strike. Was happy with my stay and got what I expected.

Poor service in restaurants, non-functional heating facilities, low cost employees overwhelmingly. And Apple tablet forgotten in room so disappeared stolen ....
No good reason to return except under duress.

Very nice hotel, and very clean room. Hyper convenient to get to the airport or train station via shuttle. The staff is super friendly and not "very good" what I personally appreciate!
I took advantage of the gym very nice ... But be careful a lot of broken equipment and nothing to clean the machines! Yuck? The pool is beautiful! Room service fast ... Big flat on the meal I chose: frozen french fries ??? The quantity is there but the quality is not up to par. Next time I will try the restaurant

Probably one for the worst Hilton properties I've been to in a while.
Good staff but the room was just ok. Felt like an office or something. Bathroom was the nicest part where it look alike it might have been renovated sometime recently. Executive room only had one staff working. The food was so so and beverage selection was poor. There is nothing near by as far as the restaurant and the restaurant in the hotel seemed expensive. Probably won't be staying here againwhen I return to Paris. If you need a suttle to the airport, make a reservation at the front desk day before and make sure you are on time.

Some things are surprising for a 4 star: empty mini bar despite the deposit of 200 euros!
Plastic trash without bag in the bathroom.
Lack of chrome on the amounts of the shower and flexible pierced!
The sole of the iron is very dirty and makes use impossible on my white clothing.
The soundproofing is to be reviewed because I enjoy hunts room service bottles of glasses from the room next door.
The pool floor is extremely slippery and the sauna was under maintenance.
Finally the coca at the bar is 6euros.

I would not call this a 4 star hotel. I was really disappointing with the service. I was left without breakfast on my departure day as a staff forgot to inform her colleagues about it. Room service is the lowest i have encountered in my life as a traveler. Quality of food for the amount you pay is very high. it is high time the towels are changed as they are very old.
I have many more complaints but also a few good points.
The hotel is located near the airport and walking distance to terminal 3 and very conviennent. You get into Paris in 30 mins by the RER.

Good and decent hotel, very convenient if you have to arrive at the airport in the early morning. If you book through a website that compares prices you can get a very reasonable price during low season.
