I feel so bad & disappointed with this Hilton hote...

I feel so bad & disappointed with this Hilton hotel. When I stay at Accor hotel group and Starwood hotel group, I feel more comfortable and convenient. Staffs're not professionally and don't have service mind, also every informations I get form inception are wrong.
