A lot of waiting to be served when there is only one person in front of me ... Then server very malaimable from the start ... There were special prices for the convention in the morning, I did not know not, so I ask why 2 euros gap in the space of two hours ... The server takes me very high, I simply tell him that as a customer I still have the right to be Informed ... He takes the coffee, gives me back my money, and says "You're at the Hilton here, it's the price!" What a great way to treat customers! I was much better greeted and served at the George V or Peninsula, which are real luxury hotels and no vulgar airport hotels where you go because you have no other choice. Friends have had an unpleasant experience with this same gentleman, I hope not to see him again next year because I will unfortunately have no choice but to return to this place ... I do not rejoice !!
