What a shame our 2 weeks in France ended up in this hotel. Once checked in and settled we wanted a drink and found there was only one glass in the room. Called room service and asked for another glass and a knife. A few minutes later room service called and said there would be a fee to deliver the knife?! I was not happy and told them, they eventually turned up with the glass, and a knife, plate and napkin and very graciously told me there would be no charge - thanks for nothing!
Used the bathroom and the flush did not work, in fact the flush mechanism had totally snapped?
In the morning we tried to print our boarding passes but we were told the business centre, that is part of their advertising, did not work. They eventually allowed us into the Executive Centre just long enough to use the printer then escorted us back out.
On our return to Canada we discovered they had charged our credit card for $153 even though the room was pre-paid? Reply from the duty manager, Sonja, said it was our problem and to take it up with our bank? We still have not received a refund.
We found the check in and bar staff arrogant and pretty condescending.
