The hotel is nice...the pool is pathetic. It's like they got the entire building finished and forgot about the pool and borrowed one from Walmart.
SPECTACULAR staff. I am here for Texas Furry Fiesta and the staff have been amazing. The food is a bit expensive but we are making do.
Very nice facilities, excellent service and tasty food. Highly recommended.
Everything was amazing however there breakfast is not worth $20. The Hyatt place FREE breakfast is way better.
The room was great, we selected a city view and it did not disappoint. There is a bit of ambient noise in the area with a train station right next door, but nothing that bothered us. The breakfast at the restaurant was also great. We would stay again for sure, and you can't get much closer to Reunion Tower!
Stop at lobby bar for a drink. Good service and nice space. Menu options were a few and a bit pricey in my opinion.
Bad Hotel, bad staff specially the Night manager Leo. he didnt do nothing for me. will never return.
We were in the area to see the Reunion Tower. The location was gorgeous.
Nicely appointed hotel near downtown. WiFi was very expensive, and spotty in the lower levels, however.
Stayed in this hotel 2 nights. The hotel is very nice but not amazing. The valet at 26 dollars a night is a little crazy. You would think at 200 a night they could comp your valet. So that being said between valet and tips to the workers it was about 100 dollars for parking. Also the other comments about noise is true. It's not overwhelm but is amazing how loud it was on the 14th floor. All in all it was a nice place for business and conventions. If your looking for a weekend getaway like my wife and I was doing I would go somewhere else.
I on the 14th floor at the very end, yet near the elevators. Room service is quick and has accommodated all of my requests for extra water, coffee & towels without the extra charge many hotels give. The room is comfortable and perfect for 3 people since there are 2 queen size beds in this room. I even have a view of where a historical event occurred.
Lovely hotel, handled the event well for a first year thing, staff friendly and helpful
Good location downtown close to convention center. Proximity to train makes it hard to sleep. Otherwise, decent hotel that was clean.
Great hotel! Ask for the city view room. (The higher the better)! Hotel is at walking distance from down town, and you can also use Dart to move around (station is through a Tunnel from the hotel).
Great place to stay for the National Rifle Association National Convention!
Great hotel. Hotel restaurants offer great food. Rooms are spacious, staff is nice and very helpfull. Self park or valet. I stay here every summer while I attend an annual seminar.
The Dallas Hyatt Regency is a very nice hotel with a great staff, comfortable rooms, nice large bathroom and comfortable seating in the king room. They have several restaurants all of which are very expensive. That to me was the only negative of my recent stay. $22 for breakfast plus tip is a bit much.
Rooms were really nice. The service was alright. There weren't a whole lot of restaurants nearby
Fantastic hotel with an amazing view and connected to Reunion Tower
Great location, rooms are nice and up to date, staff was nice.
Very nice hotel. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Area around hotel seems a little sketchy. Service is great, but is very pricy.
Love the Hotel& The staff were very polite! I will stay again
Not what I have come to expect at a Hyatt Regency. Service definitely wasn't great. Food was lousy... Area rough. Won't be back.
This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Dallas. The service is excellent and the employees treat you like family every step of the way.
Gorgeous hotel with wonderful staff in every aspect. The only disappointment came in the bed being rather hard.
Rooms are clean, staff is wonderful. The events team did a wonderful job accommodating me and 1200 of my co-workers for a huge event.
Visited for a work function. Great venue. Friendly and professional staff. Event food was above standard. Not a dirt\trash that I could see.
The room was beautiful, neat, and a pretty good size for a small party. The patio and view of Dallas and the reunion tower was stunning.
I went to a meeting for the school And the Hyatt is amazing
Great Service, clean rooms, right next to Reunion Tower. Nothing negative to say at all
Great hotel to sleep in. the room service is, of course, overpriced. the pancakes i ordered tasted more like eggs than a sweet breakfast.
Attended an expo at the hotel - parking was easy and fairly close
There was a longer than expected check in line on the day we stayed, but the facility was wonderful.
Hotel room is great beautiful view of downtown but I wish they had maps to the pool or other specific locations instead of having to wonder around or ask people
Nice spacious rooms, friendly staff and a good experience. Only downside is there are no vending machines or microwaves other than two in the coffee post area. With 28 floors and during a 2000+ convention didn't seem like enough. Also staying for a week, wish the mini fridge had a little more space.
I was here for an event my employer hosted, the staff were great to work with, the facilities were a little dated, but it was still nice. Similar feel to the Grand Hyatt in downtown Seattle, far better than the Grand Hyatt in San Diego
It was really nice looking on the outside and in the lobby, but, my room wasn't properly cleaned, some kinda of red residue on the toilet. Make up powder or something. Hair/fuzz in the sink. Crumbs in the bed. TV had long green line through it, made it unwatchable. Bathroom door lock was busted. Won't ever stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else, costs way too much for a low level of careful cleaning and maintenance. The decor was amazing, but when everything is dirty, that's a deal breaker. Upon informing the staff, 1 of a few times, of my problems I received a droll "thanks for letting me know" response. I don't care if it's made of gold, ain't worth living in it if its run like this place.
We hear planes everywhere no way to open the patio door, to get out and entrance to the airport you have to pay all the blow with your car
Taxi drivers are waiting for you to go and come back with an exorbitant price (rate price ) ... Take Uber! Half price.
Clean, modern and comfortable with all the services and amenities we've come to expect from Hyatt.
Great view of Dallas. With a good camera you can take beautiful postcard pics.
It is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely go back
Very nice and elegant. Star is fabulous and the location is center of downtown Dallas. Great place!
We were there for a business conference. The hotel was absolutely huge, and pretty nice. My room was clean, updated, and had a great view. The staff were courteous and helpful as well. A couple of issues though. On Friday night, the hotel was packed with college/high school kids attending a football game. There were kids everywhere, cops stationed in the lobby, and overall a relatively chaotic atmosphere. The stay was still enjoyable, but there was a good amount of noise that night.
Very expensive, very nice. Some trouple with parking, especially if visitors drop by to see you.
Staff was excellent. Made me feel at home. Will stay again
