Did a staycation night with the wife. We stayed here years ago, but the newly renovated rooms are great. Modern and comfy. We had a king executive room. The living room space was cozy with comfy sectional. The new pool is beautiful and heated. Check in was flawless. We planned on just dropping off our luggage at 11:30am and coming back later to check in, but our room was ready before noon. Upon checkout, I called for our car and it was waiting for us when we came down. Which in my experience, is rare. Nothing but positive things to say about this stay!

Highly recommend this hotel. The staffs were very friendly to us. Our room was immaculate. Make sure to go to the sky bar for your cocktails.

$30 per day valet parking fee is total ripoff that you aren't informed about till check-in. Front desk staff & concierge not so friendly. Will never stay there again.

My stay was very nice. The hotel is beautiful, rooms were clean and quiet and I had a spectacular view. The only issue is that there's no microwave in the rooms. Otherwise, this hotel is amazing!

Our Hyatt Regency Dallas stay was great, I couldn't have imagined a better experience. Staff were superbly professional and accommodating and came across sincere. The rooms were clean, water pressure was good, the bar experience was great and everything was conveniently in close proximity to the Hotel Location. The only thing I regret was not being able to stay a few more nights. I would highly recommend friends and family to stay here when visiting Dallas.

Hyatt Regency Reunion is a lovely conference facility. The conference services are very hospitable. Of course, going up the reunion tower is always a cool experience.

I stayed here as part of a conference. My room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the Chromecast feature provided. The catering and staff that assisted as part of the conference were both excellent. The catering was better than some I've had in larger, more popular venues in Las Vegas. I would recommend the hotel for anyone needing to stay in Dallas.

Very nice and clean! Great restaurants on site. Staff very accommodating. Reunion Tower has a beautiful 360 view.

Nice facility with many meeting rooms. Almost any service you want is offered here from restaurants, bar, bag storage, etc... Rooms are standard for this level of comfort. Would stay here again.

Parking was conveniently located. The building was clean. The staff was very helpful.

It is a special of Dallas! Located right under reunion tower, the landmark adds to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well kept.

I love this hotel. It's right in downtown Dallas, near everything. The rooms are clean, modern and if you book the right way, you can get a good deal. You can get a view of downtown if you're lucky. Only issue is that parking can be expensive, so be prepared to stay out all day or pay for parking every time you come and go. It's like 10-20 bucks a night and up to $7 from 0-4 hours of parking. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel itself was well maintained and the staff was great. Upon check-in Kevin was great. We had an early flight so we were prepared to leave our bags and go explore. He didn't even hesitate to accomodate us and get a room. I went out on a branch (I mean, it was 9am) and asked for a city view. Not only did we get a great city view, but it was on the upper floors. Some people have complained about noise coming from the atrium. The upper floors are above the atrium, thus no noise. The train is just outside and you would hear it from time to time. But nothing abnormal. In fact, a tunnel connected the hotel to the train station, so there was easy access to both DART and the TRE. However, the fact the hotel is located on the other side of the train tracks and interstate means a long walk to anything downtown. Being separated from downtown gave great views, but took away the convenience of being downtown. With that said, taxi's were always present. So mobility isn't hampered by much (and most of Downtown Dallas shuts down at night anyway).

The rooms were well maintained. More outlets could be provided. The bathrooms could use some updating as they don't match the room style. Also, the doors to the bathroom and closet were a little bit of a pain to use. But overall, this was a great place to stay. The only reason I didn't give a five rating is because of the location.

My husband stayed at this hotel last week. After his stay, he was bitten by BED BUGS all around his upper body, I called the hotel and spoke with lady who was working for house keeping, and she siad that they would inspect that room and reach out to me. They never contacted me .
His body is in horrible condition due to Bed Bug and being treated with antibiotics and steroid .
It was a nightmare to stay at this hotel.

A bit disappointed, very uncomfortable bed and pillows not close to anything but the restaurants re good.

The location is right next to the Reunion tower which makes it a perfect location. The staff was nice and courteous and the food was amazing as well. Overall it was a pleasant visit and would definitely recommend to my friends.

The rooms were nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a great dinner at the Italian restaurant. Only downside was the parking validation didn't work because there was no attendant.

Ok if I am gonna pay almost $1000 to stay at this Hyatt for 4 nights.... I expect a complimentary breakfast (i understand thats not the norm), a microwave in my room, and a cleaning service every day. The whole time we were there the cleaning service came 1 time and didnt make the beds only changed the trash. Not very luxurious...

Not very friendly and basic mattress and room. A standard room rate at 177 should still have a good mattress

Was there to attend an event and it s beautiful. However, the parking is expensive. The ballroom was nice and the staff is friendly.

Like all Hyatt properties this hotel was gorgeous and had wonderful amenities.

I had a great experience though there could be more Hyatt representatives around to assist first time guest

Reunion tower is an awesome experience if you are staying at the hotel or visiting Dallas.

Rooms were a bit dated, but clean and a good size. Hotel staff was excellent.

The hotel rooms are nice I recommend this for business trips and staff is well trained and they know what they are doing.

Good place to stay, and get a nice view of this part of Dallas, and has good connection to public transport (the train station plus the train to the DFW airport). I didn't feel like I was being crowded out. It's rather a very huge space to explore. Tiny swimming pool for some reason, considering the size of the building. The room we stayed in has views of the detention center. The room itself was spacious and clean.

The Hyatt Regency Dallas was built in the 1970s but it has stayed contemporary and current. Rooms are nice and staff are friendly. A hotel shuttle can drop off and pick up within a 5 mile radius. Our driver was nice enough to drive us back to the hotel along the JFK parade route. Great place for a convention. The city view is nice from high up but train noise could be an issue for some.

Well laundry service was very pricey . One $5 load cost over $350. However with friendliness of staff and 24 hr available snacks , etc - it's great for insomniacs like myself.?beautiful and current artistic rooms . Looooove itb

Beautiful place to stay. In downtown with lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Was on the 25th floor with a city view. I travel to Dallas alot and will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel. The only negative was the quality of food. It would have been more appetizing and less expensive to eat outside of the restaurant. The staff is wonderful and the rooms well appointed. The food needs work

It's a great hotel with plenty of restaurants with good food. The rooms are a decent size, but the beds are sadly not that comfortable.

This hotel is in a great historical West end location, but the hotel itself leaves something to be desired. The staff was fantastic through all my issues. There is a train just outside one side of the hotel (city) that runs alllll night long!!! I moved rooms after 3 nights of no sleep. The staff moved me to a quiet location except an adjoining room. There's no seal between rooms so noise carries easily. I heard alarms, phone calls, toilets flushing, etc etc from the room next door. The pool is also very very small.

I went for an event and it was nice. Parking could have been better but it is a beautiful hotel.

Attended a conference here. Room was good sized and clean. Love the motion activated night light. Staff and food were great. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Everything is relatively new and clean. Couldn t ask for more. The only downside is it s not located in a great area for walking around, especially at night. Not much to go and most things close early. The hotel staff can give you suggestions on things to do though and there s a free hotel shuttle. There s also a train station next door.

A beautiful hotel in a prime location on the edge of downtown Dallas. This hotel had an amazing atmosphere, staff, valet and concierge service. My husband and I went on a staycation and didn't want to leave. We even extended our stay an additional 2 days. This hotel is known to be pretty busy with conventions, weddings and other events year round. If you don't like huge crowds, this might not be the place for you. The included breakfast buffet ( World of Hyatt Globalist member perk) was absolutely delicious. The table spread was fit for a king. I would definitely return just for the breakfast alone.

Great views of the city but the rooms could be better maintained (fridge & motion lights didn t work, shower head leaking) otherwise nice. Lobby is gorgeous. Good gym with city views. Pool was tiny. Tower had views but the tables/chairs were cheap plastic. Valet was great.

Some of the best views of Dallas and plenty to do Reunion Tower attached to the hotel. Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck is a fun spot to have some drinks or dinner the restaurant gives a 360 view of Dallas. Definitely a cool place to stay and enjoy Dallas.

Super pleased with the Hyatt regency Dallas. Rooms were clean and we'll laid out. Location is as close to perfect as you will find. The lobyy can be loud late into the night so if you are a little light sleeper then bring ear plugs or ask for a room that doesn't face the central lobby

Absolutely beautiful hotel five stars & all amenities you would want in a luxurious stay

I give the Hyatt 3 stars only because someone's child pulled the fire alarm around 2a.m. and I was sleep along with the rest of my family and emergency exiy message sounded off throughout the building to evacuate and to not use the elevator...so we were on the 25th floor and had to run down 25 flights of stairs and cross over 2 or 3 roofs in a panic. Just to hear once we made it to the first floor that it was a false alarm and my mother thats 73yrs of age almost had a heart attack...other than that everything else was good

Great place for conventions, but they charged me for the wrong room.

My room wasn't ready when I got there, so they downgraded me and said I would get the discount for the lower-end room. Turns out, they charged me the same amount and I ended up paying $90 more than I needed to.

you have pay toll 12$$$. their is no toll free road to get to the hotel . every time you go out you pay 12$$$.

Very nice hotel. I just wanted somewhere I could relax and they made it quick and easy.
